OOC: Ragh, puppeteering. Now, I understand getting nations from another players. Nothing bad with having multiple nations, if you don't make them to roleplay with eachother. So, getting nations Out of Character is fine.
But purchasing a nation from another nation IN CHARACTER is ridiculous. When you create a nation, you create an indenpendent state (unless it's some puppet so that you can watch other regions.. But they are a different thing).
