Edward Black looked at everything, all the documents. He tossed them aside. "I can't do it. I can't order them to attack Resi Corporation."

"Edward?" Dean and Edmund asked.

Edward stood up. "I can't! I" He clutched his hand to his chest and collapsed.

The councilors rushed over. "Get a doctor!"

This was last night. His condition has stabilized, but he is close to death. With his son en route to Reach, there is no one to run the country!

Warlock Devian had this to say "We have no idea what we are to do. I have sent word to my superiors in Tor Yvresse."

President Takeo Katana looked over the morning's intel matrix.

"Hmmmm, looks like problems in Roania," he said to his advisors.

"Should we send something?" One asked.

Takeo looked at him like he was an idiot. "yeah, let's send them a spare leader until theirs gets back."

Javin Katana, his younger brother and Special Envoy, leaned against the wall looking out the window. "You mean like flowers?"

"No Javin," he said with a grin. "You're taking a medical team over to see if you can assist their leader."

Javin looked at his brother, This is cause mom always liked me better isn't it...

Takeo hit a button on the chair, "Arina, please come here."

A leggy asian secretary walked in, "yes sir?" she asked.

"Get a medical team ready to visit Roania with Javin. Message ahead and see if we can assist them."

He sat down at the desk, and called up the encoded email program.

Javin read the email, stood up and dialed his cell phone.

"yes, Dr. Mariana, this is Javin Katana. Please have an emergency medical team meet us at runway 31 at Golden Agate International in 2 hours."

He hung up and turned around to see Takeo staring at him.

"Javin, this is important. Please try to be...."

"... my usual charming self?" Javin asked.

"Actually I was thinking more than that. I'm still getting calls from the Celebornese about your tact, or lack thereof in Iansisle."

Golden Agate Int'l Airfield

Javin walked up to the Airbus as the last of the medical supplies were loaded up.

"Sir, it will be a quick, two-fuel stop trip to Roania," the pilot said. "Today's in flight movie will be 'Alive'..."

"Who are they sending?" Duke Darquis asked Edmund during the council meeting.

"Javin Katana."

"What? The man involved in that incident in Ianisle?" Dean Gray asked, leaning forward.

"Yep, that's him."

"Bloody Roania Pharmaceuticals... when are they going to fix their problem?"

(LOL, Poor Javin, he gets no love.. and it wasn't even his fault ;) )

Several hours, three movies and a meal later...

The Airbus streaked through the sky, slowly approaching Roania Airspace.

"Sir," the pilot said on the intercom, "We're approaching Roania."

He switched the radio to another frequency.

"Attention Roania tower, this is Larkinia four, requesting permission to enter airspace."

"Permission granted. Remember, no arguing with uniformed soldiers."

The pilot chuckled, "I'll pass that on to Mr. Katana."

He switched back to the interior comm system, "Sir, we've got permission. Apparently they've heard of you, they said no arguing with the uniformed soldiers."

Javin groaned, "But I didn't argue with the soldiers, it was High King James and former First Speaker Niven of Celeborne." He sipped his water, "Ambassador Williams will be the death of me yet. Talk about knocking your career back several years..."

Later

The Airbus cut its engines down and slowly swooped in for a landing. It taxied to the gate and the door opened, showing a muscular young eurasian man in a black suit straightening his tie.

Several Inquisitors and Polizei greeted him. "Thank you for coming, sir."

The man extended his hand, "I'm Javin Katana, this is Doctor Steven Mariana and his medical team. It's a pleasure to meet you." Javin said.

Doctor Mariana also extended his hand. "I hate to be insistant, but we have a patient to get to, Our medical gear is stowed in the cargo section. Give us a few moments and we can get it unloaded."

"Yes, sir." The Polizei faded back, but it was obvious they could quickly draw their weapons...

Javin picked up his briefcase while the medical team walked down to the cargo section and clicked it open. The team walked into the cargo unit and grabbed various bag, boxes, and diagnostic equipment and loaded it into a small van sitting in the cargo section.

"The medical team will follow us in their... well, ambulance," Javin said. "If it's all right, I'll ride with you and we can talk while they come up with a plan."

"Very well, sir."

Javin slipped into the car, "Where are we going?"

The small van pulled out behind the car, Doctor Mariana and his staff were busy examining their equipment.

Discussion in the van

"If it was a heart attack, which the scant reports hinted at, we might be able to implant a pacemaker or artificial heart if we need to. Keep an open mind here, if we find puncture wounds, he could have been stuck with a needle and some air might be in his bloodstream. If we can get a blood sample, there might be something there...."

"To the palace, of course."

((TAg for now I have sent Roania a OOC TG setting out my RP proposal, RESI nice plan but I don't want to do it OOC quite that way. But power struggles happen and a Warlock is in the Roania Command structure what if he gained a little extra power, Tor Yvresse interests are boosted without a direct line to Tor Yvresse that way.))

We are very concerned about the death of Edward Black. The death of my royal relatives Lucy and Rachel was bad enough. As an indirect relation to existing heir, we hope the situation does not deteriorate.

He hope Edward survives, but may God judge him fairly if judgement day arrives.

The Queen of Jeruselem is niece of the Emperor of the Holy Latin Empire. Lucy was the sister of the Emperor who married Edward Black. From memory, twins were born. So the HLE/Jeruselem and Roania royalty are linked by bloodlines.

Camera Pans out, it's Roanian soil, Port Aqua, a Large Military garrison stands proudly within the City, directly controling the Port. Camera Pans upwards the Flag Of Tor Yvresse flys proudly above the Garrison, Gaurdians can be seen moving around. A Huge Webgate sits openly in the middle of the Garrison.

Camera Pans out some more shops appear, strange writing scrawled on signs out in front of it, the writing bares a similality with the that of Quenya yet is very different. The shops are owned by humans.

Image shifts a Treaty is now on screen the Treaty speaks of the Protectorate state of Roania.

'Seized... seized they agreed to join our Empire you fools a long time ago now be silent on matters that do not concern you.'

The propaganda plays on, showing an Eldar soldier go home penniless from trying to manipulate the 'simple' monkeigh. "Yes, who is truly in control here? We can rule you wholesale!"
