Background:
Formerly a mere disused oilrig abandoned somewhere out in the Pacific Ocean, Offshore become a sovereign nation when a man called Sim WAYG proclaimed it to be so and wrote the nation’s sole, short law text, comprising only three articles. Offshorian nationals are people who, from abroad, have requested Offshorian nationality in addition to their own. Most Offshorians have never set foot in Offshore.
