Story so Far, ( as much as I have been able to follow :) )
Alleluia a young Angel was sent by her Supervisor Archangel Ruth to determine whether or not humanity was ready for the appearence of their kind. There were several that opposed this as well as supported the young Angel's mission. One who vehimently opposed this was Simon, another Angel who halfway convinced his childhood friend David that the Archangel was doing a diservice to the Host by insisting on this course of action and they needed to take her out so Simon could take over as Archangel. Well a Defrocked Angel, Alessia, was sent on a dubious mission to protect the naive Alleluia, from exposing herself to humanity and upsetting the balance of good and evil. Others watched the Angel, one a Goddess in disguise, as well as another Angel to protect Alleluia.
Some of the first people Alleleuia came across were travelers from a distant land. They were kind to her and she was beginning to feel comfortable and shopped he market when a unplanned miricle brought the attention of Alessia and when she was startled by the voice of the Goddess she inadvertantly spread her wings which have an 18 foot span and black as pitch. needless to say the villiagers noticed and surrounded the young Angel much to her confusion when the Guardian quickly retrieved her and Alessia to protect what she saw was the balance of things slew all those who saw the Angel.
Alelluia heard the voices of those being slaughtered and confronted Alessia, who was in a murderous rage by now and was determined to end the Angel's mission permenantly. Through the Power of her Voice Alelluia convinced Alessia to throw off the bonds that her nefarious master had placed upon her and to join with her and to perhaps earn back her wings that had been ripped off her back.
Simon seeing all this thought it an oppurtunity to convince others that this was a bad idea by reporting back to the Eyrie that Alleluia was consorting with devils at the Archangel's behest discrediting both Alleluia and Ruth. When confronted by others Simon exibited signs that something was just not right with the Angel as well as Striking down David when he dared to disagree with him. After Simon beat a hasty retreat the Godess and the Humans took the exausted Angels to an inn where they could rest for the night. Alessia and the Guardian went after Simon where they confronted him after seeing him trying to choke the life out of the Archangel Ruth. He was stopped by the Guardian and Alessia and the Guardian Flex, took Ruth away form the scene while Alessia stayed to confront the possesed Angel. Simon, horrified by what he was made to do while under the influences of dark forces took in upon himself to impale himself on Alessia's blade....
Alessia was on the verge of doing the same when she was stopped by the Guardian....
Now if i have missed anything..lol please feel free to add it....
OOC: Ok, for those of us not at the Eyire.... (if its ok to "start" from here)
At the inn: Alleluia, David, and Cora are currently (I believe, but I could be wrong) are in one room. Katarina is across the hall from them (or something :?:). Dranon and Kirith are in the room next to them. Kain is downstairs somewhere. People are sensing all sorts of things. (ie: Kain's blade, and Kain himself, but I think he's magically cloaked or something).
But yeah, feel free to correct me. I'm not sure if we all agree where we'd begin but LET'S BEGIN! :D
Alleluia was on the floor of her room weeping bitterly at the loss of the Angelico.. David sat up and went to her, surrounding her trembling ebony wings with his golden ones. She lay her head on his shoulder and their tears mingled as they wept for the loss of an Angel's soul....

((That I shall. There is also an underlying story between the goddess, Kirith, and a Rastabanian (?) prince, Dranon. Kirith can see that Dranon will be needed greatly in the future for a reason not yet exposed, and she has been watching over him to make sure that he comes to no harm. When Simon harms David, Kirith attempts to heal him using a massive amount of energy, but she fails because Simon's attack has shattered David's soul as well as his body. This failure drains Kirith immensely, because to cure an Angelico is difficult, to fail at such a task...yeah. So, Kirith is drained, and Dranon takes her back to the inn and gets her a room. Kirith has a short "moment" with Dranon, but stops herself and goes to sleep. In her sleep, she is visited by Corellon, "leader" of the elves, and he shouts at her for falling in love with Dranon while watching over him (she had been watching him from before this thread, it just hadn't been posted or anything). Kirith wakes up, and calls Dranon to her, where, in total disregard of Corellon's orders, she professes her love to him. Ahem. Now, Rastaban, you must have Dranon react.))
Alessia was kneeled on the floor, with the head of Simon still resting in her lap, looking at Flex. Her eyes were full of tears "No...I don't deserve to live, not like this...You tell me that I can help...help to what?, all I know is how to kill, how to spread suffering, how to tempt. If I keep living, I will harm more innocents, even if I want to save them. I had forgotten how to help people, I'm just a monster, and a lost soul." she says "I'm suffering...please let me stop my pain. I killed Simon, because I couldn't save him as Alleluia saved me back in that market. I'm useless to anybody except for the hell masters, they want me back. But I don't want to come back to the flames and the darkness, let me ease my suffering, just give me that sword, so I could be as brave as Simon"

Flex dropped her sword, it clinked on floor. He went over to her and fell to his knees beside her.
"Alessia, I trust that you could help. You may only know how to kill, but you could use your power to stop evil. You do not necessarily have to kill them, but you could stop them."
He still trembled. The adreneline that caused him to act with such speed, left him and he knelt there trembling.
Alessia stops crying, maybe this strange guy was right, maybe I could get my revenge against the ones who tempted me a long time ago, who turned me into this sad and cruel mixture of an angel and a succubus. "Who are you?", she asks to Flex, taking his hand with hers, "And why are you trembling?, Are you afraid?", her huge eyes was staring at his face, now free of tears.
a Rastabanian (?)
((OOC: LOL. Rastabite, actually, but most people don't know that. Hehe. Ah, yes, continuing...I'm just kinda play it like I did before.))
"Kirith," Dranon said softly. "I hope you're not hurt when I say this, but I'm not sure I love you. But that isn't to say I don't care for you, because I really care for you." He sighed. "I haven't know you a whole long, and I don't want you to feelt that you're rushed into anything." He rubs her arm. "It just may take me a little while."

Cora watched as the angels wept. She wasn't sure she could comfort them a whole lot. She went to the other side of the room to give them space.

Flex looked at her, still trembling.
"Yes, I am afraid. I thought you were going to kill yourself. I could never allow you to do that. You scared me."
"Why?, you don't know me....you don't know nothing about me. Well, that's why you care about me, because you don't know me. When you will find out what I really am, you will be real scared and you won't care about me anymore", she says, her face showing deep shame and sadness.
"But I still don't know who you are, and why you wanted to save me"

Kirith shakes her head and smiles.
"No, I don't want to rush you into anything at all, that's for certain. Take your time decyphering your feelings." She says softly, looking up at him.
Her heart skips a beat as their eyes meet.
"I just couldn't keep it inside..."
(OOC Kain will be participating later on, he is currently in the inn, sitting down watching the proceedings. He is in the main part.)
(OOC Just to repost my old descriptions etc)
A robed figure, dressed in deep red watched the two. He knew what they where, the power within them...it was unmistakable. Why in the seven realms where they here...the figure wondered.
He pondered this, as he continued to watch, a hood over his face, concealing his identity. if you looked into the darkness, there was nothing there, an impentrible blackness. The man was covered head to toe in the red cloak, not a trace of skin was shown. He stayed at his own table, watching. He had paid for his room.
Kain wathced them as they attempted to get up. He would speak to them later...they obivously had detected him, Kain knew of this. They would know of what he was...but hopefully they where not prejudice. but...there was something they would see also....and sense. The sword.
"I-I understand," Dranon sputters as their eyes meet. He has the urge to pull her forward and hold her in his arms. He lets the urge take over for a few moments. Then slowly pulls away from her. "Sorry, I didn't mean to act so rash."

Kirith frowned slightly in confusion.
'I must be gentle with him.' She reminded herself.
"It's alright, Dranon. Take your time to find your words and actions." She told him, giving him a comforting smile.
Dranon returned the smile. It was true he more that just liked Kirith, but was it love? He wasn't sure. He'd never been in love and couldn't say for sure what he felt was love.
"Do you need anything else, Kirith?" he asked after a pause.

"Perhaps, I do not know you. Perhaps, I will be scared. But, I will still want your help. I could not allow you to kill yourself, when you have so much potential.
"What am I? I am...I am...Flex, an Angelico like those we saw coming here, but I am different. For one, I am shadow. I remain hidden from both worlds, a gaurdian, I suppose. I protect those that I am told to protect and will die before I allow them to be harmed. I...I"
Flex could not continue for his emotions took over. He knelt there, his cloak, spread out around him like a pool of blood, embroidered with gold.
"I am sorry," he said pulling his hood over his head once again, concealing his sad face, "I have said too much."
"Don't be ashamed, you did the right thing". She takes his hand "Don't go, I...I need your help...help me to find again the Angel inside me, so I could live without this pain and this resentment against myself. Can you just...stay with me for a while?"
She takes his hand and looks at him with her bright eyes, one of them blue as the clear sky at dawn, and the other red as the bright flame of the underworld. "I see...I, I want you to help me. I want you to help me to find the Angelica inside me again, so I could ease the pain and suffering inside my soul. I deserve the strongest punishment in the world, but I want to suffer it, so I could live in peace again...just...stay with me, will you?. Don't leave me here, alone, without friends...without noone to take care of me", she starts to cry again like a little girl, fearing to be alone again...covering her eyes with her hands

Flex looked at her again, her eyes mysterious. He felt bad now. He should not have made her feel that way.
"I will stay with you," he said extending his hands to pull her up. "Cheer up. I will help you redeem yourself."
Dranon smiled back at her. "So, are you feeling better?"

Still unsure how to comfort the crying angels she walked over to them, offering them a handkerchief. "Here, I think you need this more than I do right now," she said solemnly, but with a comforting smile.

Corellon came to her once again. 'I will make you submit to my will! Come back to me, Kirith, you belong to me.'
'No!' She sent back to him. 'I am no longer your pawn! Get out of my head!'
'Hahaha! You shall always be mine, Kirith, always!'
"Get out of my head..." She wimpered, tears clouding her eyes.
Dranon takes Kirith's hand that had been caressing his cheek. "What's wrong, Kirith? Who is in your head?"

'Get out of my head, you sicko. I won't let you do to me what you did before.'
'I'll be back for you...no mortal can stand against me. I will take them away from you, and you'll have to come back to me.'
'No mortal can stand against you. But I can. Now go!'
Corellon's mocking voice fades from her head, and Kirith faints into Dranon's arms.
"Corellon?" He mumbled, just before catching the elf girl as she faints.
"Kirith," he said softly, and picked her up, bridal style, and took her back to the bed. Gently he laid her down, brushing some strands of hair that had fallen in her face. Dranon smiled and kissed her forehead.

Kirith's eyes flickered open as Dranon laid her down on the bed.
"Thank you." She said, her smile coming back to her.
"Corellon is the creator of the Elves, and the self-imposed leader of them. He was a fair and good ruler, before one day...he just changed. I fear some outside force has corrupted him. He became harsh...and...I really would rather not talk of this. It's just to painful to think about." She said, looking into his eyes.
A tear rolled down her cheek.
"Don't worry about it, though, I don't want you to worry about me. You're the one who's more important here." She said, trying to sound reassuring and wiping away the tear.
Alleluia takes the offered hankerchief and smiles tremuously at Cora," It is alright... Thank you for your kindness"
David watched them both with empty blue eyes, but his gaze lingered on Cora.
He wipped away her tear. "I'm hardly the important one here, though you keep saying that," Dranon said with a small laugh. "I'd say that an avatar of a goddess is pretty important too."
----------------------------------------------------------
Cora smiled at Alleluia. "Anything I can do to help. Today has been rather eventful, and both you need resting. Is there anything you two need? Food? Water? I'm not really sure what angels eat or drink." She laughed. "I've never met angels before today, but dispite what has happened, I'm glad to have met you." She caught David's gaze and smiled kindly at him. "Both of you."

"Alessia, please. It is alright. They wil forgive you, you have a purpose. Join me and help me to help them."
Dranon kissed her back softly. He didn't want to be too eager, but didn't want seem indiffrent. He was definitely not indiffrent about kissing Kirith. Far from it. Dranon just needed to stop being nervous about her.
Kain looked at the mug with odd and bored fascination. He turned over in his hand, look at it, with it's still full liquid of water. He lingered upon it for a few seconds more before putting it down with soft clunk upon the wooden table.
Kain sighed and reached for a small pouche. He pulled out a book which could not possibly have fitted within it, the pouch was a magic storage devise.
He pulled out a black book with a lighting blue spine and thunder marks upon the covers. The pages where fresh and new, white and clean. Upon the cover was a few illegible words, and a symbol. To those who knew, it was Kain's icon, a symbol to which was his.
Kain opened the book and set it upon the table, flickering carefully through the pages. The words where completely illegible to anyone else who looked upon it, the words hurt the mind to look at, and strained the eyes. Kain understood it perfectly though, the enchaments upon his diary would prevent others from reading the words until he chose to do so. Like the event of his death.
Reaching the next clean page, he paused before taking out a silver runic pen, a fountin pen which Kain held within his talons. Kain soon learned that he could not hold noraml pens as his talons would go straight through them. The pen he had enchanted where imperivous to his claws and wrote the script upon the page.
He began to write his recent experiances and feelings, where he was and his current situation. How he thought about Daniella. How he worried for her and himself. Azari's fledglings had been killed...yet Kain's had not. It was strange...most strange indeed.

Cora nodded. "Yes, that be great." She saw the elf girl and smiled at her. "Oh, you're up. I hope Dranon got you here in time to get enough rest."

"I can fix that." Kirith said with a grin.
The elf forced some magic into Cora, making her feel light and bubbly for a moment. As the sensation faded, Cora felt very refreshed.
"Better?" She asked, cocking her head to the side.
As she intercepted Dranon's thoughts again, shame quietly burned inside her.

OOC:
You will receive a summary once Flex comes back. He will be coming shortly, so send someone to find him and bring him to the Inn because he does not know the location or know where any of you are for the matter of fact. Flex will tell of everything that happened on Eyrie once he comes back, in return for a summary of events from inside the Inn.
IC:
Flex watched as Alessia ran away in her blinding speed. He made to run after her but a strong Angelico grasped him by the shoulder.
"You will not be leaving her that easy. What did you do to Ruth?," the strong Angelico demanded.
Flex, hiding beneath his hood, frowned. He knew that this was going to be harder than he imagined it would have been.
"I am sorry, but I must leave. Please help Simon, he may still have a chance."
Upon hearing this, the angels bustled their wings; some in anger, others in fright, and still others in curiousity. Flex began to shift, still holding Ruth. He knew the situation would did not look good for him, but his only proff of innocence had fled. He stood there when the strong Angelico, the one with steel grey wings stood before him. His face filled with anger, he raised his fist. Flex cringed beneath his hood, awaiting the blow.
"What did you do?," he yelled at Flex, but Flex still was poised ready for a blow, that was about to come.
Other angels crowded asking questions as well, but Flex had not heard them. His mind flooded with images of Simon, Alessia, and Ruth.
"Whoa, thank you." Cora said, looking at the girl. "What was that?"
"Huh? What was what?" Dranon asked, looking from one to the other, confused. "Help. I'm lost."
"N-nothing," Cora said with a laugh. "So what have you two been up to. I do hope that you let her rest."
A slight blush came to her brother's face. "Uh. Yeah, she got some rest. We...talked and stuff."
Cora hid her smiled and nodded her head. So, her brother had taken a liking to the elf? Good for him. "Well, I'm going to head outside. If Alleluia or David come looking for me, tell them I'm going to be looking for Flex and Alessa. I'll see if they've come back or not."
"Right, see you. Do you need any protection?" Dranon said.
She shook her head. "No. I left my stuff by the horses. Hopefully no one has taken them, and the horses are still alive after that whole 'display.'" Cora gave nod to Dranon and Kirith and left the inn.
But as she passed through the main floor to the door she fealt a presence, somewhat dark. Cora let it pass, taking it for a local criminal or something.
((ooc: She was feeling Kain's presence, or his sword's, btw.))
kain shut the book he was writing in, and put it back in its proper place, along with his other books within the tiny magical pouch he had constructed. He rapped his fingrs on the desk and pondered upon the many different soaring energy levels around him....so many different magical entities...surely this cannot be normal.
Kain rapped his fingures once again, but this time a tiny wave of blue flowed upon his two cloven knuckles. Kain activated a mild spell, most people knew it. HE allowed his mind's eye to soar and see those around him. He saw a great deal of normal people....but those different...he could not really define who they where. Kain canceled the spell with a swift soft knock on the table. Kain certainly did not like it when he nothing about those around him....it added a sense of insecruity to it all.
No matter, I will proceed onwards. I have spent enough time here loitering. Still, it is good to have a roof over ones head I suppose....
Kain, still covered by the red robes all around him, left his mug of water still full and walked out. His face was not seen, his hands where hidden beneath the folds of the crimson robe. He appeared some kind of beggar....yet to those who where sensitive to such things, could detect hidden power, from the cloak, a strong force under the cloak, and the person himself.
Alessia stopped "What am I doing?. Flex helped me, and now i'm abandoning him just beause I'm feeling uncomfortable. Damn, I'm still a stupid, he needs me right now". She turns and heads back to the Eyrie.

Flex did not respond. He stood there silent holding Ruth. He felt Ruth being pulled from his arms, but he stood there powerless to stop them.
"Tell me what you did to her."
Flex stood silent. The blow came upon him. He lay on the ground the Angelicos looking down upon him. They were all talking, but he heard not one of them, for a ringing sound filled his head.
The large steel grey winged Angelico stood over him now. He extended his hand to pull him up, but Flex could not lift his arm to accept the hand. He just lay there his head beginning to pound, his hood no longer covering his face. The sun blazed above and Flex stared at it. The golden rays shining down on them all.

Kirith smiled secretively at Dranon as Cora left.
"'And stuff', you say?" She asked with a small laugh.
The elf let her aura expand, searching through the inn. A soft light lit up the room, slowly growing brighter. She had felt a dark presence before, but she could not locate it now. She thought for a second about letting her aura search further, but decided against it. If the dark aura was an enemy, it would sense her seaching for it if she tried any harder. She allowed the magic around her to dispell, and appeared as a normal girl again.
Dranon laughed nervously. "Uh, yeah. I could have told her the 'other stuff', but I didn't think she need to know."

Suddenly a voice shouts, a secure and firm female voice
"Leave him alone. I'm the one you're looking for. I was here to find Simon, and Ruth. I'm sure you remember me. If you want to yell at someone, or hit someone, then I'm the right one. Leave Flex alone, he's innocent of everything that is happening here. He's here to save Ruth"

Flex heard Alessia's voice through the ringing in his head, which was noisly pounding. His vision blurred and images began to spin around him. He tried to sit up, but the Angelicos spun around him too fast and he fell back down.
"Help Ruth," was all he managed to say as he slipped into unconsciousness, his ears still ringing.
Alessia charges forward, sheathing her sword. She throws a punch to the first Angelico under the chin, hitting him hard, and then picks up Flex. "I said leave him alone, and I really mean it. The next one who makes a violent act against him or against Ruth will face my wrath".
She grabs Ruth and back off. "If anybody apporaches me, I will harm him, don't make me do things that I could regret"

(OOC Where are all the characters now?)
Kain stood just outside the inn, and snapped his fingures. A small spell was cast, one which was quite unique. It brought up a small map within Kain's palm as he studied it with careful eye. He knew where he had to go, and planned his route. He traced where his path would be and shortly, faint blue lines appeared before Kain's eyes, waypoints. A rather ingenous spell, it tapped into the world's constant flow of magic. He simply followed the line which ran through his path, he simply improved his own vision so that he could see specific parts of the ebbing and flowing of it.
Kain sighed, and waited a moment. He checked his items for damage, he had already lost one potion due to damage.
Dranon nodded. "Yeah, I'm actually very lucky I can do that. Its only a few and far between that can read auras and telepath. So, I'll have to take your word on it."
He looked as if he was pondering for a moment then smiled. "Are you hungry? I'm hungry, so I was thinking if we could go downstairs and see if they have any food." The stomach spoke for the growing boy.
--------------------------------------------------
"There you are," Cora said, seeing the horses her and Dranon had been on earlier. That had wondered a little outside of town and were grazing on a small patch of grass.
"Come on. I'll get you some grain and water. There's a stable near the end." She came nearer, but they didn't move. Finally she got on her horse, checked the bags. Her things were all there as were her weapons. Dranon's things were also on his horse. She was surprised thevies hadn't stolen the horses or their things. 'Probably all got scared away when the "world" was falling down around them.' Cora thought.
She took her brother's horse by the reigns, and went head back into town. All the while trying to keep her senses cast out to feel for Flex and Alessia. 'Maybe I should send a thought to them?' She shook her head against it. 'Nah, I'd probably distract them if they're busy.'
As she came into town she knew a spell was being cast, but where its was coming from didn't comprehend. With the two horses she came outside the inn she found a beggar standing there.
She eyed him. She could feel something come off of him, but what?
"Excuse me sir," she said to the beggar. "But you haven't seen anyone...suspicious looking have you?"

Alessia runs, taking Flex and Ruth away from the Eyrie. She was strong, and fast, but with so many weight upon her back and maybe chased by a lot of displeased Angelicos...
"I need to reach the village, find the half ddragons and the elven goddess, tell them what happened in the Eyrie. I need to save Flex and Ruth, I need the help of Alleluia..."
She reaches the town's entrance, and covers Ruth with her cloak, to hide her wings. Then she searches for the Inn, trying to find the rest of the party...
"It depends on what you class as suspicous, I see a lot of things." Kain said normally, his voice not his own, one of a simple commoner, with a regional dialect. He still had his red robes around him, and the illusion that he had normal hands and feet. He kept them under his robes whenever possible. The illusion was not a too powerful one, one which a skilled mage could dispel and detect. Kain did not have the time or will to disguse himself that skillfully. But to those who where close, Kain radiated magics, one slight hint of evil from part of him.
Kain looked on from the protection of his hood, his face hidden, but his brown eyes gleaming under the light.

Flex stirred about, but still could not pull himself out of this state of unconsciousness. His head pounded and he tasted blood. He did not realize the strength of the Angelico who had hit him. He was grateful though that only minor injuries were taken and not worse than what he had taken.
Dranon could tell something had changed about Kirith, but didn't say anything about it as she lead him down to the kitchen. He decided that she could sense something, and if she need his help she'd ask him. "Mmm, I can smell the stew from here," he said, and his stomach made a slight grumble in agreement.

Fear struck him, for he feared that Ruth was in danger. He struggle to stand up quickly, too quickly and fell foreward, hitting the course ground. He head pounded more and more and his vision lapsed.

Kain's innate curiousity for this took over. He walked slwoly over to the stables and opened to door to the stables, his Cloak still within a robe form, covering all of his features.
"What...what's happening, Where's Flex. Take me to him!". She tries to rise, but she stumbles and falls in the floor.
(OOC Where is everyone? Is this occouring in the stables? If it is not, Kain goes to your position to investigate what the hell is going on. And it would really help me in all of my ignorance if I could have a name before a post. Just trying to figure out who is there is hard enough :? )
((This is happening upstairs, in one of the rooms of the inn. My character is Alessia, a defrocked angel, turned to a devil and now trying to achieve redemption. She's blind right now by the magic of her former hell master, who wants to have her back into his ranks))
(Thanks for that. When/If Kain walks in, can you say who else is in the room. Sorry to be a pain, but I cannot keep up on these things.)
Kain walked back into the inn, determined to find out what was going on. The owner frowned and asked, "Back again so soon?" but Kain ignored him and went for the stairs.
"Hey! That is for paying customers only!" The owner shouted to Kain. Kain paused and said, "I left soemthing upstairs. I will only be a minute."
"Oh...OK. But be quick." The owner said warily, he did not trust this mage. He did not like mages in general, well the ones who robed themselfs up like that.
Kain went up the stairs and made himself more sensitvie to the auras. He tok a few steps....he was sure he was at the right door. He gave a gentle rap at the door. He was not exactly sure what he would say.....
Kain knew he would project a certain evil aura, due to the sword he was carrying. It might not help him one bit, he relised, but it was unavoidable. Practicly everything one him radiated magic, the Cloak, the sword, his pouches, himself. Unavoidable....
((Maybe can help you describing the auras, so you can be aware of the characters inside. In there's is Ruth, the Archangel, Flex, a Guardian angel, both of them injured. Here is Alessia of course, and Kirith, the elven goddess. Dranon and her sister Cora, both humans, are nearby too))
Kain was about to knock again, when he felt the auras stronger than before...he was very familer with two....humans. The other two he knew of...and that fact showed Kain's experiance. He knew about angels....but they where slightly different from the last angel who had encounter. Of course, none of them could possibly be like Rave....she was too unique.
But the other....that one. That one Kain had never encountered before, and his mind re-thought the wisdom of the action. Such power....surely with angels about it must be good? It certainly seemed good. But then Kain relised, how would they look upon me, with this accursed blade, and my heritage....
Too late now.....Kian thought and hoped for the best.
Alessia opened her blind eyes wide "Kirith...I'm feeling something. It's a demon, I can feel his aura, he's in the other side of the door. give me my sword now!. He's here hunting the angels"
Anyway it's useless, is he's a demon. We're doomed, I can't defeat a demon blind as I am now. I just can't do nothing. But at least I can die fighting...
((Kain, what Alessia is feeling right now is the aura of your sword...is it demonic no?. Otherwise I'll edit it))
(It is demonic. Forgive the upcoming picture sizes, I do not know how to resize.... )
Kain hesitantly rapped on the dorr again, his cloven talons clicking against the door.
((It's ok, I had seen the pictures before. The Kain of Soul Reaver and the Legacy of Kain, no?. By the way, nice RPing. your actions reflects the nature of your character. I think we must wait the Cyberutopia's response. Kirith has to open that door anyway))
(Yes that is right. Thanks for the compliment. The "Brightblade" is the Soul Reaver, in shape etc, but not what it can do. The Cloak which Kain wears is that red one, bu the difference is it can change colour to suit Kain's mood when they are on each other. The Cloak is a creation of Kains, it can speak, it is sentiant but it is basicly a servant which does things for Kain, but mostly he just wears it. It can change to a larger form, hence the robe.)

((I agree with Aelosia on both comments. :P ))
"Calm yourself, Alessia. That is no demon." Kirith said, opening the door.

"Kain." She said, her aura immediately shrinking from the presence of the Brightblade.

Kirith levitates Alessia's sword to her (Kirith's) hand.
"Alessia." She said sternly. "That is Kain Brightblade, not a demon."
She walked over to Flex and knelt beside him. The elf placed a hand on his chest, and transfered some of her energy into him.
((I will TG the Angelica, It's kind of difficult to keep going RPing this without her))

"Perhaps Kain should explain that." Kirith said, rising from the floor. "He knows the story better than I."
((Perhaps we should put the thread on hold for now?))
"Alessia." She said sternly. "That is Kain Brightblade, not a demon."
kain felt a little pained at hearing that name.
"Please, I am no longer called that....I am Kain Irenicus...but the reason I am called that now is a painful one. I do not wish to discuss that." Kain said as he walked in.
"As to the demon presance you feel, your senses do not decieve you. The blade I carry, ironicly named the "Brightblade" the name which I used to carry with such pride and responcibilty holds within it a trapped ancient demon. It and I have many things in common, are objectives the same for a time, till our paths inevitably split. It and I are inextribly bound, it requires me, as I require it now. Destiny seems to be acting from the sword. To good or evil I cannot tell....But regardless the demon's intetions only effect my actions when they coincide with my own. I do not consider myself evil, nor do I consider myself good. I hate the black and white distincition...the world has many shades of grey....But I can obviously feel a gathering of good spirits, one of which intreges me most greatly...." Kain said, as he looked over unknown to Kain as the elven Goddess.

"I...Ir...Irenicus?" Kirith stammered, struggling to not ask 'why'. "Kain, you have changed greatly...that much I can tell..."
She noticed Kain looking at her as he talked of good spirits.
"The ideals of good and evil have become muddied, there are no meanings to those words any longer." She said, a hint of sadness in her voice.
"I understand you", says Alessia in a low tone, trying to focus her sight on Kain, withour success. "Inside my soul is the same struggle. A devil and an Angel share my spirit. So, I'm not good nor evil".
She takes a brief pause "I'm sorry about what I said about you. I'm afraid that demons can arrive in any moment to hunt the angels, and now I'm just a blind and useless stupid girl...unable to protect them"
"Time has changed me greatly, for better or for worse I cannot say....I bear many curses, yet have many joys in the results of my actions. Irenicus seems an appropraite name, for the things I have been through." Kain remarked, the word "Irenicus" meant "Exiled one, Broken one" in elfish.
"You do not need to apologies for your actions, the precautions are understandable. As to your current problem, I would be happy to help...and I assure you are not stupid. Never think that, to think something is to be something." Kain conforted her.
"Is there something I can do for your blindness? I must admit, I am not the best healer, but I am not the worst. Do you require some magical aid either to yourself or to your freinds?" Kain asked Alessia, his Cloak was a lighter shade of blue, but the once proud and pure white symbol of Kain, was now tarnished and had brown streaks accross it.
Hence his name....the actions he took he understood the punishments now, and gave his judge no bitter thought or intetion, as he knew why the laws where in palce.

"You being upset isn't helping me cure you." Kirith said, attempting to cure Alessia's blindness once more.
The goddess stopped again in midspell, and Alessia's sight faded again.
"I apologize, but I'm too upset right now, I can't help you. Visions of the future continue to haunt me." She said, sighing.
'Dranon, where are you?' She sent to him.
"Allow me to try...." Kain said quietly as he closed his eyes in rememberance of the spell. He rubbed his talons together, as he drew the untapped energies around him into him.
Breathing out, his calmed himself. His Cloak changed to a lighter shade of blue. Kain closed his eyes and began to chant, his deep voice resonating throughout the room, the spidary language of magic being spoken.
Whisps of blue energy trailed into Kain's outstreached palms, he continued to chant, the energy swirling arround him as he moved his body. It seemed like a sad song Kain was singing, and he was dancing along to it, his hand gestures drawing more blue energies.
This lasted for a short time, Kain begin lost within the joy of magic, it felt like all the positive energies where being bubbled up like in a champaine bottle being shooken up.
Kain knew the feeling well, and enjoyed it while it lasted. Then he opened his eyes smiled and placed one hand upon her head, and one to the floor. The blue energies spiraled down his hand, the feeling of warmth surronding his arm and going to her. The blue energies swirled around her eyes, healing.
Kain took a step abck and breathed out, the feeling of depression coming over him. He knew that feeling too, it was normal. Like a drug addict from a high felt depressed when that feeling of bliss left. Kain smiled and watched hopefully as the magic did it's job.
Inside the head of Kain a sinister voice speaks You're not powerful enough to dispel my spell, Kain. I know you. I'm Asmodeus the ninth Lord of the Hells of Baator. Leave her alone if you don't want to suffer my wrath. She's mine, and mine alone
Kain heard the voice...
Your wrath...nothing can compare to the punishments I have already faced. Your threats are empty. But regardless, what purpose would you have with her....I can understand your observation with myself, what demon hasn't taken interest in me? But what has she done that has angered you so as to rob her sight?

"She resisted his rule over her mind. She redeemed herself, and now she is paying a price she should not have to." Kirith told Kain, listening in on the coversation.
Kain looked over to the blind woman again, and considered his own punishment. "Considier yourself lucky, there are far worse alternatives...." Kain siad quietly...his own vision still hurting him, the spectres of death flying around and killing all mortals before his eyes, the sight of nature seemed appaling to person who had once had held it so dear.
"Why would this...Asmodeus take interest in Alessia?"

Kain hummed in some agreement.
"True....dare I ask what befell her to make her a "fallen" angel? You need not answer...I have my own painful past. I would tell of my story if you where to tell of yours if you wish." Kain said, his words calm, he seemed in control of everything around him.

Flex looked. His vision slowly focused and he saw clearly that Ruth and Alessia were there.
"You both are alive."
He bowed his head and said a prayer. When finished he looked back up.
"Where are we? Where are the rest of the Angelicos? That one...is he still mad at me. Have we been taken as prisoners by the Angelicos? We did not mean any harm, we tried to save and Ruth and stop Simon. Simon...(he bowed his head again)...I am sorry I could not save you..."
Flex mumbled on for a bit and just ceased. He still believed they were on Eyrie, that they have never left. He was not conscious when Alessia left.
Flex placed his head in his hands. He felt something warm touch his palm and he pulled his hands away. He was bleeding. Blood dripped from his mouth. He wiped it away with his cloak and the color blended in. He looked confused, but said nothing.
"Flex", says Alessia, "Are you here?, I...I hear your voice. She steps forward, her hands looking for the guardian angel, only guided by her hearing. "Keep talking. I can't see you". she turns to she thinks Kain is standing, (as a matter of fact Kain is standing a few feets away from the place she's looking). "I was convinced by the words of the lord of hell. "Enough of this." Kirith said, and chanted a spell to give them both clarity of mind.
A soft blue light filled the room, and was absorbed into Flex and Alessia. Suddenly, both the disoriented people could then think much clearer.
"You are not near the Angels, Flex. Take a moment to calm yourself, you are safe now." She said comfortingly.
I wanted to be free of the laws and the rules of heaven. I wanted to be all I could be. That's why I fell from grace"
"I know the feeling well....you have my sympathy...often within the darker points in our lives tempation comes over. Still, I do not know the lifestyle of angels....I base my words upon my own experiances." Kain saidly slwoly and calmly, his mind recalling events long past, but still hurting him deep down inside. He might have just breaked down and cried from what he had done even now had he not have had self-control. Few understood or knew of his pain, from his sight, from his extreme constant thirst and from his consitant shame. Only one eprson truelly knew, and she was the one who he could not speak to, due to this shame. He had failed her and her family name.....the Shentavos....
Kain hearing Flex's question replied.
"Robbed of her sight by some demon of hell, I know little. As much as I try, there are stronger pwoers than myself working to remove the gift of sight from her.....I can nothing, nor would I suggest doing anything yet I am afraid, lest powers below grow angered. We do not need that right now......" Kain said to Flex, he contineud to lean against the wall, a common position for Kain to take in conversation remaining an observer who said his piece accasionally. His Cloak wrapped around his arm warmly as it was a deep blue as it ocmmonly was, still displaying the once proud pure white symbol of Kain, now tarnished from his recent actions.
(OOC Small character description about Flex will be really helpful.)
"We're in the town, Flex. I rescued you and Ruth from the others Angelicos. Kirith is taking care of us now. I can't see nothing. I think I'm blind now", Alessia says
"I am Kain naturally, a simple observer in this game of life...." Kain said with his regular flare of intellegence and some would say melodrama.

Flex is an Angelico, who works on the inside of Eyrie as a Guardian. He hides from mostly everyone, including his own kind, and especially humans. His only powers are spawned by his emotions, which are minor powers, nothing major. He was sent to protect Alleluia, but when Ruth's life was at stake he had to leave.
However, no one really knows much about him because he has not revealed himself among you all yet. The only ones who know are Alessia, Alleluia, and Ruth.
IC:
Flex feels mysteriously calm. He hears the calm words.
"We are safe then?," he asks calmly. He looked at Kain who was speaking to him. "What? Alessia...blind?"
He listened closely as Alessia explained the matter to him.
"The Angelicos are not after us then? Good. I did not mean to upset them."
He sat looking down. He was not used to being in groups and talking among them.
I seem to be in the middle of a chain of events....if it would be not too much to ask, could you please explain the recent events to me? It would help me act upon these events....as a wise man said, "Pointless being part of history if you do not understand it.".

Alessia left to chase after Simon way back. Flex stayed behind with Alleluia until Flex felt a bad premonition about Ruth. Flex went back to Eyrie to see if she was alright. Flex met up with Alessia. She went to see Simon and Flex went to see Ruth. When they got there they found Simon trying to kill Ruth. Alessia managed to break free his grasp and save Ruth. Simon and Ruth tried to settle the problem, but Simon committed suicide on Alessia's sword. Alessia then tried to kill herselp, but Flex would not let her. Flex and Alessia went to leave, to come back to tell of the happenings at Eyrie when Alessia ran off. Flex was faced with angry Angelicos who thought that he harmed Ruth. One took their anger out on Flex and hit him too hard for Flex to bare. He went down and passed out. Alessia came back and saved Ruth and him and took them back to the human realm. There we were found and taken here. That brings us up to date.

Flex stood up slowly, stumbling awkwardly for a moment before regaining himself. He looked around quickly, sliding his hood quickly over his head and covering his face once again. He was not good in groups and tended to become very nervous. All his life, he had remained in the background, watching events, protecting, not interefering. But, now he was in the middle of something and he felt nervous...awkward...out of place among these beings.
He walked toward the door placing his hand upon the door knob; a hand made of olive colored skin. He twisted the knob; his hand slid off. He twisted it agaim; his hand slid off again. For about a minute he continued this routine, but to no avail. His hand fell limp to his side. He could not open the door.
Weak and light headed still, from the hit he received, he slid down the door and sat in front of it, facing the others in the room. From under his hood, he looked out and observed all those there. He was very nervous now and say queitly, watching each one closely, observing them...trying to analyze them.
He wondered why they were all here; what brought each one to this room, why they all decided to come here. They were all different, and yet, by fate they were all in this room together...but why? He thought upon these matters intently going from one person to the other trying to figure out what each person was here for.
His thoughts diverted quickly, bringing him to the death of Simon. He trembled quickly.
"...I am sorry," he quickly and silently muttered.

Once clear of all spectators, Flex spoke to here.
"Alessia, you have saved me back at Eyrie. For that, I owe you something in return. I will give you back your eye sight, if you consent to it."
He waited patienly and anxiously for a response.
"I...couldn't ask you to do that. I don't deserve your help. Please don't waste your energy on me. Ruth needs you. Kirith and the others need you too", says Alessia, shaking her head.

Cora and Dranon cautiously went into the portal Kirith created. It seemed like they were walking down a long hall to get to their destination.
"This is taking for ever," Dranon groaned after a while.
"Maybe it just seems like it. Maybe its quicker than we think. I'm sure elf magic is diffrent than ours, as this portal demonstrates."

"Is someone there?", said Alessia standing up and trying to fix her gaze in the newly arrived Dronan and Cora. "I hear voices, Who is it, Kirith?"

Flex continued to fly above the towns and country sides, the cold wind whipping around him, while he pounded his blood red wings against the air.
He looked down to Ruth, she was still sleeping. He shivered as the temperature suddenly dropped five degrees and the wind picked up three miles per hour. A large gust unbalanced his flight. Dark clouds begun to stir.
"A storm," he muttered.
He dropped down quickly. He needed to find shelter soon. His feet hit the ground and he looked about, no one in sight. He was on an open field, no huts or homes in sight, the tree line, far out of reach.

"Prince Dranon and the Queen Cora are here, Alessia." Kirith answered her. "They came though my portal."
"Alessia seems to have developed some kind of magical blindness." The goddess whispered to the two, concern in her voice. "I cannot heal it..."
"Ok, thank you. How are they?, Are they ok?, I hope nothing happened to them", said Alessia in a worried tone.

"They're fine, they just took a little longer in the portal than we did." Kirith said, looking over at Alessia.
((OOC: Crap, I just realized my post from yesterday didn't, well, post. Ugh. ::kicks the board:: )
"Yes, there was just a slight traffic jam," Cora joked.
"What have we missed?" Dranon asked, his eyes not leaving Kirith.
Cora looked at Alessia, trying to see if there were some way she could heal it, but in the end she came to the same conclusion that the elf had - she could not heal it. 'I wonder if she's like David, only she'll be able to heal it.'
Then she gasped. "Are Alleluia and David alright? I just kinda left them by themselves. I was worried that something was after them when I left the room."

Kirith's eyes met Dranon's, and she smiled softly at him.
"Well, Flex is taking the Archangel to some fortress that Alessia knows about, to keep her safe." The elf said in a soft voice. "I can sense the Angel's auras, they are fine, though still upset. I've been keeping an eye on everything, and everything's normal."
Cora breathed a sigh of relief. "That's good. Thank you."
Dranon smiled back at Kirith. "So what are going to do now? I mean, are the angels safe? I mean, all the angels, are their anymore threats to them?"

Kirith sighed.
"Yes, there probably is some threat that does not wish to show itself." She said somberly. "But it is assured that whatever it is is going to come up sometime..."
"Demons, the demons want those angels dead. That's why I came here in the first place, to kill the oncoming demons, and preserve the equilibrium. It's just a matter of time before they arrive to this plane of existence. And I'm not in a good shape to fight against a spawn from the abyss", said Alessia, extending her hand in front of her eyes, as if she could regain her sight just by forcing her eyes to look.

"That's right. I think I can hold them off if they come...I hope. Oh, everything that's happened lately is just too much." Kirith said quietly, looking unsure.
Dranon put a hand on her shoulder. "You're not going to be alone if and when they come. I'll be here to fight by your side."
Cora nodded. "As will I. No one is going to force you fight these demons alone." She looked at Alessa. "And I'm sure there is a cure for this blindness. We just have to find it. That's all."

Flex looked about him, panic setting in.
"Oh, this is not good." He rushed across the open field, the cold swirled more and more, the air becoming colder, the sky darker.
He carried Ruth gently, running across the field. In the faint distance lay a house, or what appeared to be a house, it was too far to tell. He spread his blood red wings and lept into the air, flying close to ground swiftly. He was in mid flight to the structure when a sudden bolt struck the ground before him. He landed roughly, falling to the ground. Rain and hail pelted from the sky in a sudden instant. Thunder roared and shook the Earth.
"No," he cried out.
Pressing Ruth closer to him he began to run again, limping while running for he injured his ankle on the fall. The cold hail and rain was like needles piercing into his skin. Each bolt of lightening faltered his step, but he pressed on. The house, for he was close enough to distinguish it, was not too far, but the storm was picking up and becoming more malicious, as if it were trying to prevent him from getting there.

Flex could hear a voice in his mind, seeming to come from the malevolent storm above him.
'Turn back, leave the Archangel, let her die and save yourself!' The sinister voice repeated over and over in Flex's mind.

Flex looked up into the storm.
"Had I just heard what I thought I heard? No, impossible. Never, I can not," he thought to himself.
He continued to press on, limping worse now for wind seemed to be holding him back. He had to get to that house. He forged foreward.
"I....must....save....Ruth," he persistently stated, driving himself foreward and holding onto Ruth protectively.
Alessia lifted her sword, passing the tip of her fingers over the blade, trying to admire it with her touch.
"The demons are opening the gate, I can feel the disturbance in the dimensions. I think my swordmanship is reduced to a poor state, but I still have my magic. I can help, to a limited degree, just help me to reach the place of the portal. They must be stopped" said Alessia extending her hand.

A bold of lightening struck the ground before Flex again. He was growing more concerned by the moment. Ruth stirred some, and Flex looked down on her.
"Ruth, I am trying," he desperatly told her as he raced toward the house.
Suddenly a hand, clad in an armoured gauntlet took Flex's shoulder.
"Hey!. What are you doing outside with this storm?, Are you insane?. And what the hell are you carrying?", said a male, friendly voice over the noise of the strong wind, almost shouting.

"I need to help Ruth. I must get her out of this storm."
He tried to look to this person, but the storm obstructed his view.
"Please, help me," he called out, his wonderful wings hanging sadly down, drenched from the rain.
"For the love of God!. This man have wings?. What kind of demon are you?", said the voice, now accompanied by the sound of a blade leaving its sheath and an armoured man stepping back. "Answer me, Are you one of those hellspawns?. I'm Sir Rodrigo Palacios del Corazón Blanco, Knight of the Sacred Paladin's Order, and I compel you to answer me!", almost screamed the man, now approaching the place where Flex is standing.

Flex backed away from the man's sword.
"No. No. I am Flex, Guardian Angelico, protector of Alleluia and Ruth. I....no, no hellspawn. Please. If you must hurt me do so, but at least save Ruth...."
"Paladin......Paladin. Yes, that is the place I was headed. Please, help me. I mean no harm. I....she.....needs to get out of this weather. Please my friend."
Flex's heart raced, beating heavily against his rib cage. He was defensless out here in this weather and with Ruth still unconscious.
"Guardian Angelico?. Those words....Dude, Are you trying to say that you're an angel?, angels are legends, they can't enter the world of mortals, they live in heaven with the Holy Father". The man finally appeared, a young lad dressed in a full armor, a sword held in his hands, he sheated the sword, still looking at Flex, not believing entirely in his words. "And who is this Ruth?, Is she a Mistress on danger, a Princess in need of rescue?".

Flex tried to calm down, but the scare had not yet passed him.
"Ruth is the Archangel. We had to take her from Eyrie, the land of the Angels, because one of the Angelicos tried to kill her. We could pass in the human realm, in times of need, but most prefere to have nothing to do with it. There is something wrong now, that is why I am here and I was directed to this Paladin's Castle. Please, you must help."
The rain came down in torrents, hail pelted them hard, lightening struck around them, as thunder rumbled the Earth.
The knight extended his hand to Flex. "You look like a character of a fairy tale, but I don't see any evil intent in your eyes. I will help you, I'm going to the castle anyway, I live there". He whistles and soon a white, beatiful warhorse appeared near them. "The castle is near, you just need to ride for three hours, more or less. Take my horse, and wait for me in the castle, I will arrive tomorrow. Explain what happened to the guards of the castle, they'll help you".

He nodged the horse gently, setting it at a trot. Faster the horse broke into a gallop as they set off toward the Palace.

A massive bolt of red lightning struck the ground in front of the horse.
'Go back!' The voice said to both the knight and Flex.
'The angel is really a demon in disguise, and a terrible curse will descend upon you and your fellows if you bring him to the castle. Look at his wings, a blood red, the sign of hell. He is nothing but an acursed deliverer of death! Leave him, and the woman who is is with, and you will be spared.' The voice whispered persuasivly in the knight's mind, with a voice that seemed to control his every thought.
"Corellon, he's becoming more consumed by whatever is controlling him. He's trying to stop Flex!" Kirith said, reaching out with her aura.
"Who are you?, How you know that?", enquired the knight, facing the storm. "What kind of devil he is?", he shouted to the mysterious wind.

"That so called guardian is really a fallen angel, a slave of Hell. I know because I must pass the knowledge on to you, to save you and your fellows." The voice said, it's tone benevolent and kind. "You have stumbled into something far beyond your comprehension. Get out before it is too late, and leave the demon to die."
"How can I stop him?. He stole my horse!", said the knight, his face and his voice now different. I can't pursue him, he's riding and I'm on foot!".

'I shall help you. Here, use this to pursue him.' The voice said to the knight.
A part of the clouds touched down close to the knight, and when the dark swirling mist lifted, a majestic looking horse with a coat so black it seemed to dim the light around it stood there, it's firey crimson eyes looking down at the knight.
'Go now, you haven't much time.' The voice said to him, with a tone of delight in it's voice.

A red bolt of lightening struck the ground before Flex. The horse reared backward, nearly knocking Flex and Ruth off. Try as he may, he could not steady the nervous steed. It's tenacious mein would not move forward, for it could sense what Flex had felt.
Ruth stirred again.
"Ruth, I am trying," he softly spoke to the still unconsious angel. He readjusted his cloak on her, to protect her from the furious weather.
"Please, keep moving. We can not stop. We must get to the Palace. Please," he begged the horse as he gently caressed it's neck. The horse grunted in disapproval, but slowly moved in a trot, afraid to move faster.
"Thank you," Flex spoke to the horse as they worked their way closer to the Palace.
The Knight rode the black horse, pushing the mount to the limit to catch Flex before he arrives to the castle.
He took a shortcut, through a forest, finally exiting thr woods before Flex arrives at the croosroads of the castle. He waited for him there, sword drawn, ready to defend the entrance of the castle from the angel's usurper.

Flex rode for some time uninterrupted toward the castle. The horse, feeling confident once again took to a blinding gallop.
In front of them stood a figure. From Flex's view point it was undestinguishable. He pressed forward, the figure slowly becoming clearer.
The horse reared to a stop once again. In front of the mounted on a brillant black horse was the knight, sword drawn and blocking the path.
"Ah, my friend. You have bet me here, but how."
Flex quickly looked over his shoulder, in fear that perhaps something was following him and the knight came to warn him. He waited for a moment...nothing. Slowly he turned around, the truth not yet dawning on him.
"What is it? Is someone following me? Is there danger? I do not understand. What is going on?"
The horse grunted in disapproval of the black horse. A cold chill ran down Flex's back. Something was wrong, once again. The horse moved back some, still grunting, digging its hooves into the mud.
"Calm down, calm down," he spoke softly to the horse. He looked up once again to the guard, a inquiring look filling his face. He went to speak, but could not. Fear struck him silent.
The Knight approached Flex, his hands over the hilt of his sword, riding the strange, black horse. "You deceived me!, devil. And you stole my horse!. Now prepare to meet your worst nightmare Hellspawn, By the Paladin's Order I will bring you back to the hell where you belong", said the knight, charging at Flex with his sword ready to cut down the Guardian.

The black horse's nostrils flared, and it was consumed by dark mists. When the mist lifted again, an utterly perfect looking Elven man stood there. To untrained eyes, he looked like the most perfect, angelic being ever, but to those who could understand the high magics, he had a dark and evil aura around him.
That's right, get him! Strike down the demon! The Elf said, urging the foolish knight onwards.

The horse stood upon its hind legs, Flex slid off its back, Ruth following after. He caught Ruth and held her, while upon his knees, and looked up.
"What is going on? You lent me your horse. I would never steal. Have I done something wrong?"
He looked nervous, staring up in fear at this dark horse and its rider.
Kirith placed a delicate hand on top of Dranon's, and looked up into his eyes. She smiled softly.
"Thank you. Both of you." She said quietly. "It always helps if you don't fight alone."
"One should never have to fight alone," Dranon said and gave her a kiss on the cheek.
The action surprised his sister. She knew something was going on between the two, but had till that moment realized that it was more. Cora had a brief image of the two getting married. Shaking her head she smiled faintly at the two. 'Their too young. A few years maybe,' she thought.
"You will die today, Devil, this sword is ensorcelled to smite the evil beings like you!" shouted the knight, slashing at Flex with his blade...
However, suddenly a flash of light surrounded Flex, and his sword was smashed to bits by an invisible force field, the knight falling from the black horse, pushed by the impact. "This...this can be...my sword.. broken", said the knight, holding his hand in from of his face, the fingers burned, almost carbonized.

Flex was surrounded by a brillant light. He looked up to see a sword broken into pieces, laying before him and the knight holding his hand before his face.
The knight looked injured.
"Are you alright? Sir, are you alright?"
He looked nervous and worried, as he stared in shock at the knight.
"You...you are not a devil. My...my sword broke when I tried to attack you. You're a holy being, protected by the same power that protect us the paladins. I...I'm dishonored, I broke my sword because I attacked a celestial being", the knight said, tears appearing in his eyes "I have only an exit, an honorable death", finally he said as he plunged a knife inside his chest, falling to the floor.

Flex rushed up to the knight, but not in time, for he had already stabbed himself. Flex dropped beside him.
"Why? Why all this?"
He made his resolve. Angels all had the power to heal, whether they acknowledged it or not. He decided to use this power, although he had promised that he would not accustum himself to doing so.
He leaned over the fallen night and spread his wings out to their full length. Water dripped from his wings. He bowed his head whispering a prayer.
He pulled out the knife slowly. He could only heal if the person had the will to live. The rest was up to the knight, it was his choice whether to live or die.
"Please live. It is not your fault. Please, I only blame myself."
The Knight looked at flex, amazed at the sight of the wings. "The elf, the elf told me that you were a devil of the underworld, and that you were going to the castle to attack the paladins by surprise", he said to Flex, pointing at the place where the elf stood. "He convinced me like a little child. but I have no honor left, my only purpose is to get revenge for my ow death and dishonor!", the Knight rose picking the knife again and pointing with it at the strange elf, "Why?, Why you misleaded me, First born?".
