The Capital Freier Edelstein is underground in the Mountains, as many other cities in Slagkattunger. They are connected by an advance underground electrical monorails, which carry the majority of travellers and freight between cities.

The Port City Swiftwind and the Slagkattunger Spaceport are in this region, with the Spaceport connected to the Port City by advance electrical monorail carring passengers and freight. The Port City Swiftwind is connected to the rest of the monorail system, but can be disconnected in advent of an attack to prevent access by hostile forces.
The main activity of this region outside the Port City & the spaceport is beef agriculture where cattle are raised for consumption for the nation. It is common to see free range cattle herds being watch by herders on the backs of horses.
The Port City Swiftwind serves as a focus point of interaction with the outside world; indeed most visitors to Slagkattunger rarely leave the city. This is encouraged by Slagkattungerian officials to prevent potential deaths amongst visitors who enter the Rainforest seeking to see the sights of this nation.
The Spaceport is home to the nations growing space industry, it is also the location of the Space Elevator development site. (This will replace the current launching facility, with launching of rockets & shuttles done by a contractor.)
Free Land Of Slagkattunger Monorail System Information (Basics)
This ever expanding network already connects the major cities of Slagkattunger in a circular loop. There are two main tunnels in this network, one goes clockwise and the other anti-clockwise with interconnecting tunnels every 350 meters which are part of the safety system of the tunnels. Each of the massive tunnels is sub-divided by a thick concreate wall the outer track is used by frieght trains, while the inner track is used by high speed passanger trains which travel on average at 500 km per hour. Please note I will not go into more detail as to how this works, also I cannot mention all the safety features involved.
