According to recent reports taken by the Central Government, both by their own Officials, and through the Officials of the various Provincial Governments, the population of Elves in Kecha is shrinking, last year the Elves made up about 4% of our population, this year they are shown to make up only 2%, and the average birth-rate of Elves in Kecha is obviousley falling, several Elves are claiming this is due to a secret Government project to test anti-Elf weaponry, we deny this of course, but several of the Elves are starting to demands that the Government be subjected to a foreign investigation.

We believe it's the use of DDT. DDT reduces the fertility in all animals, but have found elves are very vulnerable to the effects of DDT.

We, as an elven nation, offer to send several neutral inspectors to investigate what's happened with the elves of Kecha. Of course, we are asking permission to the goverment. We're almost sure that the rumors about anti-elf weaponry are just slander to frame the Kecha's goverment

Anything suspicous happens in the nation during the time they will be conducting tests and inspections they will ask to see the problem for themselves unless it is obvoiusly not related to the problem (for example, a crime increase wouldn't bother them, they would just increase security).

Liza Canten was excited, elated even. She had been given control of a sensitive mission to the Holy Empire of Kecha, to help that society in solving something of a biological mystery. The most interesting aspect though lay in the fact that the problem involved Elves. Elves! Most Valians were suspicious of nations that claimed to have such persons amongst their populus. Few Valians could claim to have seen an elf, but soon Liza Canten would be one of them.

The plane lurched softly as it touched down on the Kechan runway and, as it taxied towards the terminal, through the window from her seat she could see a Kechan delegation were waiting to receive them. This visit was going to either make or break her career in the diplomatic corps. She was nervous, but wouldn't have missed it for the world.

The plane came to a full stop, she stood and gave her team one last look over. They were all in their smart, State Official clothing. Lots of Blues and greys mixed in together, very calming. As the door to the plane opened and she stepped down the ramp she had to admit, she didnt feel very calm.

Iuthia: Assault Infantry can do a lot of damage, and they are pretty heavy by capabilities, they just lack the long-range capabilities of most Kechan soldiers.

We are pure and strong. Once we found out that refugees were hiding in our lands we immediatly had our navy sink a boatload of refugees just off our shore. I recomend a similar tactic for any purist elven nation.
