"Gamma's and Beta's incompotence changed my mind" said Alpha

"you had no problem when we blew up half of the capital city"

Beta fell silent for a moment to let the suspence grow "civil war" he said finaly
Andromada, Intar, Erti, and the other senators looked at one another, extreamly worryed, and Seta ran out, as well as Phobos, Garnos, and 3 other senators

"where are they going?" wondered Intar

The Liberty Fighter Battle Groups arrive at the front and form at AO's Right flank, (closest to the planet?) the Fighters are scrambled, as the Destroyers and Battleships position for thier virst volley. The crusiers drop back to the carriers and prepare their special surprise.

OOC:If any of my location facts are wrong AO, just let me know and ill edit, Im meaning to be on ur flank that is closest to the planet, seeing as I have a couple SMD's that are itchin to get on the surface.

The ships did exactly as he ordered, thier role in this battle had begun

It was possibly the quickest military mobilzation of any kind ever seen in New Empire.

The 3 Sarlham Class BCs, 12 Frisia Frigates, 3 Auerstadt carriers, 20 Shrike corvettes, and 50 gunships all began loading up and very quickly made a jump to Maia, to support Govt. forces.

After the jump to Maia, the VF-2SS squadrons loaded SAP gear, which gave them an extra 10 Salhamya Missiles, and a 90mm Railgun.

An Elarian Fleet jumps out of hyperspace close to the Atlantian Fleet. It was only a short journey for the Elarian Fleet and morale is high. The Elarian Fleet decloaks and releases volleys of Plasma Torpedoes , Laser fire and Plasma fire. Destroyers launch Hiryn Tracker Missiles and Mwto'ar Class Figates launch Derisar Fragmentation Missiles.

The fleet arrives at Electra, and begins to deploy against enemy ships stationed there. The enemy appears to be surprised, because they are driven back quickly in the first minutes, before toughening up and turning the battle into a slugfest.

The Liberty Fighters rejoiced as thier Elaran comrades entered the frey, an in turn so did they, Plasma Barrages continues fro mthe gunships, And the Fighters Flew defenseive around the fleet as well, engaging enemy fighters that came in range

Communications officer on-board the Victoria: "Admiral sir, Staff Admiral Kennith says his 'babies' are ready sir."

O'Tool: "Good! tell him to target thier planetary flank and fire!"

The 'babies' were actually the Liberty Fighters' newest development in space munitions. Nick named '2-tones' the special variant 2-part fragmentation missles were a combined plasma charge and minor EMP charge. The plasma charge would detonate first as the second part of the missle hit second triggering the minor emp wave. Each Crusier Fired 2 of the missles one after another. 2 waves of 32 '2-tones' screamed towards the flank of the enemy.

IC-The 48 VF-2SS launched from the 3 carriers, preparing to use railguns and their 6 Hypervelocity heavy missiles to engage enemy capital ships. They move under the cover of Mach 60 "Rod of God" 9 foot massdrivers, and anti-fighter/missile lasers.

We have been monitoring this situation closely and seen that our ally Elara may get involved. We are prepared to offer 3 full fleets to your aid in defeating these terrorists( 1st 7th 13th. Each fleet would contain:

15 missle frigates
120 Zero all purpose fighters

This fleet is warping along wiht the elarians. Where ever their fleets stops our will be with them.

The "Fhianna Ilúvatar" engages the capital ship of the rebel fleet, accompanied by her escort frigates and one of the carrier barges. Firing their Dark Cannon batteries, designed to erase the energy shields of others ships.

From the carrier, dozens of squadrons of bombers depart to make a raid against the enemy dreadnought, looking for the energy core to disable the ship. Another volley of boarding ships adhere to the capital ship's hulk, delivering special navy commandos trained in the saboutage of spaceships.

The Admiral in the bridge was happy. Just five of his gunships were destroyed, and 1 frigate. And now, he can bring the whole firepower of his fleet against the flagship of the enemy fleet.

"Send the cruisers to surround the dreadnought now, I don't want it to escape. Fire the batteries against the bridge, it's important to erase their leaders".

The mighty lasercannons and torpedo tubes were aimed at the bridge of the enemy, launching a huge amount of firepower...

"This is Corps Admiral Welsh of the 1st Liberty Corps, we have been released from security detail in the Liberty System and have been ordered to assist in the putting down of these rebels, We will drop out of warp soon, where do you need us?"

"Welsh, it's O'Tool, I need you on my planetary flank ASAP, fighting is heavy here, and we need to get onto that planet, ready your SMD. The Drops groups are staying back and thier escort destroyers are acting reserve, My SMD is ready to land also. The 2-tones have been used up, yours would be very useful"

"Very well Admiral, the spearhead has arrived, Semper Fi!"

The 1st Corps known as the 'Spear Head' of the liberty Space Corps dropped out of warp near the planetry flank, they were beginning to round the end of the rebel craft, crossfires in thier advantage were soon to come

THe ReichsAlliance is withdrawling its forces from this conflict.

the enemy fleets decloaked and fired on the Atlantian fleet that was being repaired. The skys above the Atlantian homeworld became a blood bath as the Atlantian fleet was obliterated.

Andromada ran down the hallway. In the distance, she herd the sounds of gunfire. the enemy troops had landed. she was to rondaveue with the others at the front door.

"where do we go?" asked one of the senators"
"I don't know" said Andromada "but we have to wait until Intar get's back with Orion. All of the sudden, here cell-phone rang.
"Hello?"
"Andromada, I've got Orion, and I've contacted the Zoir, a ship of theres will get us to saftey"

The Zoir Couriership arrived and with full shields up quickly raced though the Besieging fleet to make the pick up, firing back all the while at any ship that tried to attack it with barrages of lasers, Ion and Plasma cannons.

Intar reached the other senator's position
"when are they coming?" Andromada asked
"any minute" said Intar

General Creneaus winced as the C-Dec Serpent detonated in front of his ship, the Superdreadnought Noble Stand.
"Casualty Report!"
"General, we have lost 3 Lampreys, 47 Space Falcons, and two C-Decs, including the Serpent."
"Thank you Ensign. Tell all Superdreadnought commanders to engage the spinal hypercannons!"
"Yes sir!"

The SHCs were the biggest guns on the 3 km long dreadnoughts. They were capable of firing every 5 minutes, and could either collapse the sheilds of or destroy completley an enemy ship in one hit, 2 if it was something such as a demon mothership.

"Sir, the SHCs are firing!"
"Good."


Meanwhile, a second fleet is headed to the Battle of P3.

OOC: okay I had a really long very well thought out very well done RP post written and then when I hit post it gave me the 'cannot find server' stuff and of course lost my whole post, so heres and OCC summary please bare with me:

My 2 Corps(fleets) at on the Maia front, the 2nd Corps has had very minimal damage seeing as they fired from bhind the lines not being in direct range, the 2nd corps' crusiers dont have thier 2-tones any more, but the 1st does. Both fleets just went to warp in oder to combat the rebels there, my 3 drop groups are soon to follow

The second fleet arrives at P3. Another Lamprey from the 1st fleet has been destroyed, and a few more Falcons, but all else is going well. The two combined Republican fleets begin to press there attack, fighting their way towards the planet.

2 capital ships decloke and fire on the Zoir ship

The Sheilds flare as the barrage hits them but hold and the Courier Ship takes off after the senators are onboard, returns a Barrage of Plasma, Ion and Laser fire and rushes though the Besieging fleet.

Suddenly, a Republican fleet arrives at the beseiged planet. The dreadnought fires its SHC, destroying an enemy cruiser in one shot. Ahandful of Lampreys and C-Decs form up to protect the dreadnought.
A transmission is sent to the Zior ship.
"Greetings ally. Dock at the Superdreadnoguht Yofatuma. We will get you out of here and do some damage to the enemy.

The Zoir chuckle their humor evident though the universial translater. "Very well even though we can out run anything we can't fight and fight off anything that can catch up to us. We are coming in."

the bridge junior ifficers followed his orders as salvos of missles and torpedos flew at the rebel fleets, Swarms of fighters came out of the launch bays, torpedos locking to targets. The Capital ship over the capital suffered a direct hit and was showing serious damage, the hole had been opened...

O'Tool: "NOW!!! Send the landing craft through! 'All fighters, make SURE they dont hit those landing craft! Destoyers, I want a wider hole, move up, we will follow, Crusiers of the 2nd Corps, when your missles are gone follow the destoyers, 1st Corps crusiers, hold back with the carriers, battle ships, HIT THOSE CARRIERS!"

again the massive stream of orders were issued, the hole had been made and an eruption of fire went to the other neigboring ships that were part of the blockade, the landing craft made it through under the cover of destroyers, fighters, and crusiers, the ground battle will being for the Liberty Space Marines...

with the rebel fleet at P2 and P3, an atlantian fleet heads in the back door and captures P3 (ment to be 5, I'll change it) P4 and P6 with out much resistence. The AO fleet heads to P3 to help the Vise fleet

the current situation

The Elarian Fleet over Alcyone decloaks , these were not any Elarian Vessels before seen by outsiders. A new fast and dangerous ship the Empire had constructed. As the many ships take off they split into three groups flying with amazing speed across the rebel vessels hulls firing rapidly. The Elarian Transports that were with them went down to the planet itself where streams of Elarian Warriors began to spread out across their several landing zones.

The enemy fleet has been destroyed, and 3 of the Lampreys descend and drop off a battalion of ACS to mop up enemy ground forces. The ground war is over within the hour. Creneas sends out a transmission to the two fleets. "All forces, make repairs to your ships and prepare to leave. We're going to head for Alycone as soon as possible. That is all."

As the message arrived in Zoir space an Imperal force of one Zoir Imperal Battleship, 3 Zoir Imperal Cruisers, 6 Zoir Imperal Destroyers 9 Zoir Imperal Frigates and 12 Zoir Imperal Corvettes jumped into Gersta space and headed for the Atlas system. Since they were not using Jump nodes the enemy would not be expecting where they would pop up even if they were detected.

Lord Geinx chuckled. "To be a fly on the wall when the forces sent to the Atlas system show up. They are not going to be happy rebels."

At the Atlas system, all is going well. Its a nice, calm day, etc. etc.

WHEN SUDDENLY, UNEXPECTEDLY, A HUGE AMOUNT OF HYPERSPACE SIGNATURES APPEAR!

Destroyers, battlecruisers, frigates, more destroyers, more frigates materialize approximately 200,000 km from the rebel base. The centerpeice of the fleet is the massive Michael Strogoff class battlecarrier. (Mothership class, for all you homeworlders out there.) It begins to launch the first wave of fighters and corvettes.

In the huge fighter bay, pilots scramble into their craft. The Sajuuks exit the bay first, forming into a giant claw shape. Then come the Super Acolytes, manned by some of the most experienced, and also the most reluctant pilots around. These were no rookies. The S. Acolytes formed into the claw, filing into the larger gaps between the small Sajuuks. Scimitar corvettes formed into four claws above, below, and to the sides of the formation of fighters. The scythe corvettes formed into a fierce-looking wall formation behind the initial strike group. The idea was that the fighters and anti-fighter corvettes would rip through the rebel fighters, corvettes, and picket frigates, leaving the way open for the Scythes to attack the heavy ships. Nearby, the Revelation II destroyers were forming into a delta formation, with the LRRSV Willian Penn at the lead. This was the craft of Adm. Horus Diirette, the famed insectoid and hero of the battle of the derelicts. (Song of the Cosmos, for refrence) The three Emancipators also form into a delta and gain the head of the destroyers. The Sajuuk Cor ion frigates formed into a wall, and prepare to perform a flanking manouver. The fleet tugs and salavage teams ready their craft, tasked with picking up de-shipped pilots and crew, and capturing any ships which they have the oppourtunity to.

The Real Clincher was when the Zoir raiding force poped out of Gersta space and opened a hell fire of a barrage on the Rebel ships. Warships that were used to scare the Atlantian Outcasts as childern and worse had came out of nowhere in firing range of the Unexpecting rebel forces and opened fire. The Atlas system had become a whole lot more deadly for the rebels.

The AO forces attack with unparreleld fury. If a weapon is charged, it is fired. Fighters are not afroid to collide with Reble ships. Seeing that they are out numbered and losing, the Reble ships begin to head for the jump node, 1st in an orderly fashion, then they brake into a free-for-all frenzy

The Zoir aboard the Imperal ships, the enemy did not know what they were going to face. In the anceint past the Atlantian Outcasts aceinsters fought agaist an powerful Zoir fleet, they had faced Zoir Noble Warships and Imperal Corvettes, Frigates and Destoryers, the Fury ships had never known or where planed to deal with the even more massive Imperal Cruisers or an Imperal Battleship As the Imperal fleet moved into attack vectors in which they could unleash the full fury of the fleet, thosands of Zoir Defender fighters moved to protect the fleet from any attackers while thousands of Zoir Heavy Assult fighters moved forward to attack.

The AO forces attack with unparreleld fury. If a weapon is charged, it is fired. Fighters are not afroid to collide with Reble ships. Seeing that they are out numbered and losing, the Reble ships begin to head for the jump node, 1st in an orderly fashion, then they brake into a free-for-all frenzy

The formation of LRR ships, numbering around 700 in fighters and corvettes storms at the onrushing enemy fighters. They hold formation until very close, then, in one massive volley, thet let loose their nuclear blasters, tearing through rebel fighters. The LNB was a one-shot kill weapon. The fighters then broke formation and wheeled around on the confused rebel formation. The Scimitar Corvettes then plow through from unexpected vectors, their four LNBs tearing the rebel craft apart. They then speed away before the rebels know what hit them. Back at the Leonardo Da Vinci, the heavy caps wing starts to move, the carrier itself leading the massive formation of battlecruisers, destroyers, and frigates.

"ATTACK!!!!!!"

The small, nimble Scythe class corvettes go for the orbital defense guns, firing their single MNBs into the hulls of the guns. The captial ship formation storms through to the rebel fleet yards. Using their speed and manouverability to their advantage, the LRR vessels swerve and doge weapons fire, while dishing out plenty of it themselves with their Heavy Nuclear Blasters. The yellow and red bolts of radiation emitted by the HNB fly about the void like lances of fire, finding their mark on rebel hulls. A good deal of the Sajuuk Cor frigates have been lost, but they still fire intensely on the rebel cruisers and destroyers, destracting their fire while the Revelation II destroyers, Emancipator battlecruisers, and the Michael Strogoff carrier continue to do battle.

The Liberty Space Marines who landed first on Cirrus had surprised the air defences and suffered no losses of landing craft. Once on the ground, south west of Posidopolis, they dug in and faught off light patrols of enemy rebels. As ordered, no offenseives have been made until more support can arrive. The 10,000 Elaran Warriors have not been contacted either, General Helsinki fears that the out numbered Elaran Unit landed at another LZ and may be under heavy fire.

"Colonel, have the shortrange scans picked up our elaran comrades?" Enquired General Helsinki.
"No sir," Replied the Colonel "the only Elaran signatures picked up are those of the main forces elsewhere, what are our orders pending the offensive? The men are getting restless sir."
The general took a second to think, he was still worried about those Elaran Warriors, he knew they were quite capable of doing good damage in battle, but there being at least 100,000 rebels in and around the city, the could be out numbered very heavily. "We will stay for 48 hours, then we attack, hopefully we can get some bombardment and more intel on ememy positions before then."

At that close range, the weapons on the Penn will be very effective. The 50 fighters attempt to destroy the jump node, thus preventing the escape. A portable jump node is positioned nearby, for use by allied forces. Torpedoes streak from their launch tubes, aimed for the destroyers. The heavy ion cannons are concentrated on the Rein, while the smaller point defense cannons ward off fighters. Soon, the Isaac Newton and horde, a fully equipped battlegroup, moves out to help the Penn.

The 5 Marine Divisions got thier orders to move. The tension was so thick you could cut it with a knife. They were attacking a superior numbered force, on thier home turf. The troops began to move. Initially they were only supposed to be basic infantry for a larger ground campaign along side the Elarans, so they were mainly moving on foot. They didnt have any heavy equipment and they would run out of rations in a week. They needed to take the city.

20 minutes into thier march, the skies were lit up as wing upon wing of VF-17C fighters flew over thier heads towards the city. The Corps in orbit had managed to spare some fighters for an advance bombing of rebel defenses in the city. Plasma warheads zoomed towards the rebel installations.

Following the fighters are cargo ships. the ships drop thier cargo moduels and continue to fly, thier speed vastly inproved by the weight being removed. The Cargo Moduels droped ahead of the marching divisions.
Teams went foward to open the crates, inside each one were 2 Viper Gunships(Viper gunships are an advanced cousin of Ospreys, they can fly as high as 100 ft and can go 150mph. they can hold 18 Rockets, 8 Sidewinders, and have Miniguns) The Hundreds of gunships now gave the marines an advantage. General Helsinki Ordered a full stop, with new equipment, the assault on Posidopolis would be quite different than expected.

IC: The Penn was hanging by a thread, venting plasma and other such substances. The fighters swarm around the Rein like a pack of angry Sirian Howler Weasels. And the fighters have nuclear blasters.

Nodes are natural phanominons (I know I misspelled it) while one nation, the Mindset, can edit the direction the node travels, it is still invurnarable. Think of it as a wormhole

Several LRR dropships prepare to descend from an Orion class destroyer. Each one carries 10 Megadoomer mechs and 150 infantry, all bicycle-borne. The group heads twoard Atlas IV, escorted by LRR's handfull of Najid fighters.

OOC:Welcome to the planetside party, the rebels must be really unhappy with 132,000 Zoir heavy assult troops with equipment, heavy plasma rifles and other heavy assult weapons, and vechicles surported by the 66 Zoir Imperal dropships and few hundred heavy assult fighters. Then throw in more forces.

IC:The jumpnode opens for the rein, just before the ship is compleatly obliterated. There are no survivors. The leader of the rebellion is dead.

OOC:I will but at the moment, the Drop ships and the heavy assult fighters are blasting to rubble any rebel stronghold or constration they can. However I am sure the Rebel have strongholds that nothing short of bombardment by Orbital warships will have a chance of distroying them.

Behind the LF fleets in cirrus, several dropships jump out of warp. Thier Destroyer Escorts and Fighters begin to engage the rebels. More LF Marines have arrived.

Comodore O'Tool took the little extra reserves' arrival as the perfect time to launch another offensive...

The remaining 2 tone missles hit thier targets. The combine EMP and Plasma War heads wer leathal. Swarms of fighters went full throttle at the remaining rebel capital ship. Having saved thier torpedoes, they each laucnhed the 2 they held. The capital ship had no chance. To surprise the rebels, every Destoyer in the fleet suddenly catapulted into the fray, cloe on engaging the enemy. Enourmus fire from the battle ships hit the carriers like stones against leaves. Crusiers followed the destoyers. It was either bravery or stupidity that the LF troops had, maybe a bit of both.

The KAF-90E Tanks rolled out of the Massive Cargo vessels by the 3's. They were in such proximity to the ememy that they only needed to advance a few hundred yards to be in firing range. The 4 Mech Infantry Divisions began to unload. They immidietly got thier orders to start the roll towards Posidopolis. The west end of the city was repotred to have the most resistance to the rebels. The plan was to have the Infatry enter the city under the cover of the armored divisons. The basic infantry divisions would arrive 3 hours later to close the deal. The operation was under way, the vehicles began to roll.

The Zoir assult forces had be nearly unoticeable losses only because they were moping out and surrounding the major cities and clearing out the rebels outside with bombardments from the dropships and hundreds of fighters and armored assults. Above with the enemy fleet destroyed, thousands of Assult fighters enter the atmosphere and began attacking rebel placements while the fleet moved into place for a bombardment of the Rebel strongholds.

The reble strongholds begin shooting down Zoir fighters with anti-aircraft guns. Meanwhile, Reble divisions begin attacking Zoir lines. These include Mechs, Tanks, and Infentry.

The Zoir forces suffers a few hundred causalities as they run into serious and unexpected resistance and Dozens of Zoir Assult fighters are downed but thousands tand they attack the battaries as well as bombard stong points. Meanwhile also the dropships start bombarding the Mechs and tanks as Zoir heavy and Supertanks go head to head with the enemy armored forces and the Zoir Heavy assult infranty counter attack.

Seta opened a channel to her forces. In 5 minutes, the guns on Atlas IV had fallen silent. That is, besides Babylon it'self.

Another 10 minutes later, her body was laying on the floor, bleeding to death from the knife she had thrust into her heart.

As the Zoir finish disarming and rounding up the rebels another report is sent including the fate of resisting Babylon. Emperor Gernx a message. "Atlas is yours. The Rebels are no more or captured."

OOC: I'm just going to end this, I'm sick of it, and I am ready to move on to another RP

IC: what is left of the reble fleets are rounded up by Atlantian fleets, many give up without a fight (some even go looking for allied fleets so they can give up). The citys on Cirrus give up one by one. Soon, everyone is under AO control agian. The other systems still under the control of the Rebles surrender as well. The war is finaly over.

CLF troops march into posidopolifull parade style. They make it apparent they are no longer on the war path, but there to resotre order. They were no longer rebels, but citizens in need of aid, the soldiers were there to provide it. The CLF showed that they can deal with rebels in a human way, unlike others who level cities to save a couple soldiers lives...

Any remaining reble leaders are rounded off, and are to be exacuted for high treason.

OOC:Well the Zoir aren't human in the frist place. This was a merciful war with the Zoir.

The Zoir disarm all remaining Rebel forces on Altas, it was a rather nice war for the Zoir. They had leveled only one city that refused to surrender as an example, the rest of the cities were other than some bombing of miltary inslations mostly in tact. The Zoir had targeted only miltary targets and after they distroyed the rebel arms they returned quickly control to the Atlantian Outcast goverement authrity and left back to Zoir space.
