Zoir: Empire.

Emperor Gerx studied the three Dimional star map, he was worried about the return of the ancient enemy's forces. The fleet had been destoryed but surely there were more where they had come from. It was time to rebuild the empire and decide what course it would it take. Would the Zoir follow the anceint path of conquest and subagation, would they make allainces, colonize new worlds or a combaniatiion of the three. He had a hard choose before him and the course of Zoir History would be shaped on what he would decide.
WarShips of the Zoir Noblity: These ships are commonly seen Patroling and defending Zoir controled Star systems, answering destress calls and enforcing Zoir Law in Zoir controled space. It should be noted that Zoir Star Sytems alrightly have a massive protective network of Solar defense stations, satallites, and orbital stations to defend agaist invasions, these bases are were from the Patrol fighters and Patrol ships set out from set out from.

To help with these these ships use a cloaking device as well as various devices for blocking communtations from their targets so they can't send out distress calls. However they are very lightly armored and have to depend mainly on their shields for protection.

A Herald enters Gerx throneroom with news. "Emperor, a Garbled message from the Durezi has come in. They are requesting our aid agaist the Kejian who is attacking their star system." Gerx frowned. "Very well, dispatch the second fleet and smash the Kejian forces. You know this is the seventh time that we have asked by deal with the Kejian. I want an example made of this Invasion force. Smash them, wipe out all but one of their smallest ships to take a mesage back. That if we are requested to stop them again, we will take further actions then just smashing their invasion forces."
Duke Lorx, read the orders given to him and groaned thinking, The Kejian again... Bloody primitives need to be put back in their place; its geting annoying to wipe out their invasion fleets that they send at nearby nations. They thought since they controled two solar sytems that they were a empire. Well nothing to do but to put them back in their place. He wrote out the orders and soon the Second Imperal fleet was on its way to smash the invaders.
The Durezi home system, 5,000 Kilometers from the Durezi homeworld, on Board the Kejian Captal ship.
High Lord Admiral Druyz was in a good mood, his ships were smashing the pitful resistance being put up by Durezi, soon they would reach the core world of the Durezi Duchy and went it fell the rest of the Durezi worlds would follow and the Kejian Empire would expand yet again...
One of the Bridge Techs cursed and called out. "My Lord Admiral, we got incomin ships, Its.... Holy Jera its a full Zoir Imperal fleet."
Druyz cursed, how did the Zoir find out. He stared at moniter as the Zoir Imperal arrived and opened fire and watched as the symbols showing his ships began to dispear as the ships they sybolized were destroyed. "Send the order Retreat..." He never finished the order as the Captial ship was blasted apart under the Zoir unslaught.
A few hours later, Duke Lorx smiled coldly from the bridge of his Battleship. The Kejian invasion fleet hadn't a chance and as ordered he had allowed one of the enemy's fighters to excape with the message. Personally he wanted to take the fleet and wipe out the Kejian miltary forces but he had his orders and knowing the Kejian he would have another chance to do so.
Interludes: The Zoir Protectorities
Imperal Protectorites: These are races, Solarsystems and natons under the Miltary and Political protection of the Zoir Empire for one of various reasons.
The Durezi and the Votreni: The Durezi turned to the Zoir for protection after repeated attacks by the Kejian and other agressive races, They inhabit 7 sytems on the edge of Zoir space. The Votreni are a peaceful race that turned to the Protection of the Zoir because they abor vilence but reconize that there is races that are highly agressive. They inhabit 3 Systems bordering the Durezi
The Seral, Texik, Btivin, Uteri, Opeti, Herix and Jeryi Systems: These Star Systems are inhabited by Races that that not yet have space travel or they are not advanced enough to travel beyond their starsytem and are under the Protection the Zoir to protect them from more advance races and those who would take advantage of them.
Part two: Forging of Allances.
Emperor Gerx stared at his court, at least seven members of it and spoke to one of them who was wearing a crimson robe. "I want you to go to Atlantian Outcasts, take a Courier ship and see about forging an alllance, the rest of you look for countries we can form some allainces with."

Added Protectorites of the Zoir Empire.
The Jerigi and The Hernii: Inhabiting 3 Star systems each they turned to the Zoir after attacks by the ever agressive Kejian Empire.
The Torivai System:Became a Protectorate of the Zoir Imperium after the Zoir found two primative prespace races on the fourth and third Planets.
The Kejian Empire: Prehaps the most troublesome race in the Doira sector they are an highly agressive race of catlike beings, known for attacking other races in the Doira sector. They are usually foiled in expanding their empire by the Zoir Imperum who often come to the aid of races under attack by the Kejian.
