The Empire of Crimmond and it's satalite state of -Needles- sit in the center of the region of Europe, while the third section of the Crimmond Empire, Quarell is in Lodoss. The other province of the Empire is Mizar 3, located on The Planet Mars.
The capital originally was Warsaw, but was changed to Skye when the Crimmond government took power. The industrial capital of Myer sits where Lodz once stood.
Founding:
The Polish government for some reason decided to strike down at a group of Imperialists that had gained power in Eastern Poland. The Polish army had arrested and killed many, expecting some violence... the responce they recieved brought all out civil war. The East/West wars lasted more than a century. Then came modern technology. In the late 1980s, the East, the Crims, had succeded in aquiring American and Soviet armored divisions and supplies. This turned the stalmated war in thier favor.
In the course of six months Gdansk, Warsaw, Poznan and Lodz fell. The Polish were in all out retreat and were forced into the Czech Republic and then into Germany and Austria. The Crims had won their freedom and Emporer Vladimir Saratov I was crowned ruler of Crimmond.
Recent History:
The prosperity of the Empire came to a halt when the city of Myer(see below for city info) was attacked with a nerve gas. Over 200,000 are dead from the attack and the military is on a hunt for the Sword of Faith terrorists.
Among those killed was Lady Lara Tian, heir to the throne and only living family to Lord Reil Tian. He is personally leading the planning against the terrorists, his own form of revenge for his sisters death.

Skye, the capital of Crimmond and one of the oldest cities of Europe. Originally known as Warsaw, it has survived almost 1000 years of peace, war and abandonment.
For years, it sat devoid of human life, as Crimmond was 900 lightyears away, ruled from New Skye City, on Beta Cygni Prime. But, times changed and the people and leaders longed for home.
The city was very different from what it was when it was left. The city was in ruins, nothing worked, save for a single fusion plant that was producing power at ten percent of capacity.
But it has been revitalised and is now the jewel it once was, thousands of years ago when Emporer Vladimir Saratov I pushed the Polish out of their homeland and into Germany and Austria.

The Plasma Pyramid
Created using an interlaced network of clear tubes made to hold plasma, it is one of the favorite sites in the capital of Skye. Not only is it cool looking... it is a functional powerstation. At the center is the capital's auxillery plasma power plant. Also inside are shield generators to protect the pyramid from attack and from letting some idiot get himself killed wandering around it.

Myer, the Industrial Capital of the nation and largest population center in the nation. Formerly known as Lodz, it has turned into one of the most profitable cities in the region, grossing in the hundred billions each year.
It also held the record for pollution, pumping out the equivalent amount of smog as three LA's at it's height and used to pump out six times the waste, but has been cleaned until it produces only 85% of the air pollution LA does and twice the waste.
