ooc: this is a rp,all those who want to feel free to join in.

A man dressed in a long black trench coat walks down a smooth marble hall.He throws open two large doors and enters a large room filled with computers and large wall sized screens.On one wall a large plaque reads: VHO COMMAND CENTER
The man continues through the room to a shooting range.A woman is firing at targets with a pistol.She sees the man,stops and salutes.She picks up the gun and hands it to him for the man to inspect.As he is doing so she speaks.

"Sir Raven,this mission really is dangerous,I really don't think you should go."

*The man stops inspecting the gun and puts it in a holster in his coat.He picks up another and puts it in the other holster.The woman catches brief glances of other weapons under the coat.*

"I did not get command of this new branch of goverment,to just sit behind a desk."

*He smilies,showing fangs. He goes back into the command center and stands behind a man.and looks at his screen.It shows a list of 10 names.*

"Summon them!"

*The man gets to work sending the messages."

(OOC My character is a vmapire, and he has had a rich past, so...How should I join? My character is Kain from Soul Reaver.)

OOC: You said he wasn't Kain from Soul Reaver. And there's a new vampire nation? Why wasn't I informed?

(OOC In appearance etc. He obviously is not, it would not be possible. His emotions and actions are different. Should have said that.)

OOC: Another lovable, killable vampire? Better not have both of us in. By the way, did Assington tm you what we decided on?

Night Vanquish of the Ishkabibel Psi corps awakens in his lair he over slept again tonight. He paces the dark corridors of his home he senses something but as of now he can not tell what it is. He remebers the nights before he was a creature of the night. They were not like this not so full of tension and they did not contain that cursed need that plagues all vampires that of the need for human blood. He senses his friend Griffith is at his door he wonders what he wants perhaps there has been a message from lord Grim and they are to mobilize somewhere. He possess telekenisis not telepathy or at least not full blown telepathy.
