Excellent! Best of luck with your endeavors. I wish to thank the Brotherhood of Nod for their most gracious offer. I will most definitely keep it in mind.

As with most things, I hope to observe before making any hasty decisions. Call it my overly cautious nature, if you will. Historically, I've never been a great fan of alliances, though that obviously has changed somewhat.

Perhaps for now, a look at possible trade and diplomatic relations might be in order? I'm certain, if all parties are amenable to it, that I could introduce others in my little alliance (http://www.nationstates.net/forum/viewtopic.php?t=60132&start=0&postdays=0&postorder=asc&highlight=) to yours for such purposes? We do boast some rather impressive resources, numbers, and economies altogether, and I would think such avenues could only be to our mutual advantage.

Again, I will be watching with interest, as I have for some time now. My thanks again for your offer.

Aye, but what you cannot see is that it is indeed yet another reincarnation of the GDODAD...just a worse name. It will serve the same purpose and face the same troubles as the last GDODAD did, although without the brilliant leadership of one of its most glorious members. Even the Emperor could not hold down the flaws of the Dominion, and without him, SAVIOUR will become the same n00bish warmongering alliance we have known to hate, forever tainting the good names of it's leaders. We talk of escalation. Not of actual combat. We do not attack another nation unless and until one of our allies or us ourselves are attacked. And I never said that I wanted to dictate who people can associate with. Anyone can associate with anyone. It is one of the principles Tiburon was founded on. We have chosen to associate with the UNAOTO. You don't see me sending troops into the Brotherhood of Nod (as an example) just because they are the Brotherhood of Nod. We would send troops if Nod attacked Tiburon, a UNAOTO member, an NCA member, and/or a member of NATO, but unless and until this happens, there would be no attacks on the Brotherhood of Nod. (This is just an example, I chose Nod because he was the first non-friendly country my eyes saw on the monitor a few seconds ago) Be warned, though, that we will not hesistate to defend ourselves, our allies, and the rights of all of humanity if (and only if) attacks are warranted. The accusations of Tiburonese oppression, bloodthirst, evil-mindedness, rampant warmongering, and unwarranted attacks are totally unjustified and unfit the head of any nation.

With our extremely powerful (around 250 in the world) military, not to mention our many other strong fascets, we find that this alliance could be very useful. Funny.. Looks like these guys will never get enough. These alliances of dictators just don't seem to last, they fall apart in a week after they've born.. Looks like there will never be a coalition as strong as GDODAD was, Kekkonen thought, while drinking his coffee and reading the news he had on his table.

Frankly, this is the first time I've heard of this other 'alliance' or group. We have absolutely no ties to them. Any ties here remain to be seen. At the very least I find myself to be inclined to a favorable position towards nations such as Nod.

Even if you are an Earth nation, you have space tech. The incident was about space pirates attacking a roanian convoy of spaceships. You cannot hide behind something intended to protect Modern Tech nations from Warmongering future tech nations.

And OF COURSE their reasons are shaky at best. You were attacked, you succesfully defended yourself and now several nations are declaring war on you.

You are now a manageable threat. Later you might be really dangerous, so they war against you now. They told you: it was a matter of time that this happened. Now you have Tor Yvresse backing you and you are member of an alliance. May be tomorrow you won't have that and will have to face that same threat by yourself.

As a member of SAVIOUR I call upon you all to come to my defence, as I speak MIDAS forces. I have waited trying to deal with it on my own...but it has gotten out of hand I invoke SAVIOUR To defend me and my allies as they are obligated by this alliance.
