Other information:I don't do much trading with other nations, but if i did, i would most likely export mithril, gems, and automobile parts. I would import oil. We have a pretty open immigration process, but we will do background checks and will not admit anyone who has been convicted of a serious crime or anyone who has a serious contagious disease and is not being treated, or is not willing to be. You must reside in our nation for at least three months before you can become a citizen, which will give you a passport, the right to vote and the right to run for office. We don't have much of a military because we are a peace loving nation, we will not even send weapons to other nations or send them money for weapons, though we will provide humaitarian aid and volunteers. 18 is the legal age for most things, to vote, to run for office, to gamble, to look at and buy porn, to drive, to drink, to smoke, to use drugs, which are legal in my nation, to have sex, though if the age difference between two partners is only a few years, such as 15 or 16 and 18, we overlook that. You must also be 18 to get married without your parents permission, but with it, you can get married at whatever age they say is okay. As soon as a girl starts menstruating is when she can go see a doctor and not have to tell her parents, including for birth control or abortions. Same sex marriages are legal in my nation, as is euthanasia, abortion, polygamy and bigamy, and the marriage of relatives, as long as they are consenting. Marriage between races, whether differing human races, or a mixture of the elvish, dwarvish, and hobbit races is also allowed. Schools are required to teach both abstinence and about birth control, and they are equipped with condom machines. If they want to teach about religion, they must teach about all faiths and cultures in a class appropriate for that subject. History teachers are required to teach about the history of various nations, and about the history of all the races in our nation, human, elvish, dwarvish, and hobbit. We want our children to be open minded and well rounded. My nation is a modern day one, but i figured there is nothing wrong with having a nation of this century that also has elves, dwarves and hobbits. Our people are intelligent and friendly and we are a compassionate nation. If you ever need our help, we will do our best to aid you.

This thread has been and will be discontinued. Why you ask? The move to the new Jolt forums meant a heap of new URL's and I don't feel like perusing through the forums to find updated URL's. With 100+ entries, that would take too long.
