Unite for what? Until the government of France is infected with communists there will be absolutely no unity. All we can do is sign non-agression pacts.

At the time bieng their are to much differences between Poles and French (and other europeans at that matter) for us t unite. Also history has a tendation to show that allainces with France are worthless (Napoleon and before world war 2). They take care of only themselves and use others to secure their position. Also the way they are acting now during the times when Poland is entering the EU does not give optimism. THey are currently trying to change the voting system to which was one of the many things that Poland had to negotiat hard to gain, also many poles are disgusted about the way that France wanted to force Poland to support their position about Iraq (they threatened to block Polands access into the EU).
No unless France drasticly changes it's politics their is no chance for poles and french to like eachother.
