I'll try to make it as much as the real one as possible (http://www.uefa.com) with three qualifying rounds, a 32-team group stage, eight groups with four teams each. Teams may now enter as such:
24 first timers: Domestic Champions in 1st qualifying round
10 participated in 1 CL, did not pass group stage: Domestic Champions in 2nd qualifying round
6 participated in 2 CLs, did not pass group stage: Domestic Champions in 3rd qualifying round, Domestic 2nd place in 2nd qualifying round

18 in 3rd qualifying and 14 winners from 2nd qualifying play home and away. 16 winners progress to group stage
16 in group stage and 16 winners from 3rd qualifying play home and away in 8 groups of 4. Winners and runner-ups progress to knockout stages.
16 in knockout stages play home and away in a knockout fashion until the final champion is reached.

The EFA would like to enter into NSCL the top 2 sides at the end of season. Please note:

1. McKillops Bridge is the current NSCL champion.
2. Rooty Break has not before played in NSCL.
3. Ellery Camp has played twice and, made it past the group round at least once.

If Rooty Break does not fulfill the registration requirements yet finishes ahead of either or both of the other two sides then the EFA will not enter the side or sides that finish below it. Simply put, that would be unfair.

Kaze Progressa participated in CL2 but failed to make the second round, and hence their champions will enter at the second round of this season's competition.

The news is expected to further the excitement in the Premier Division where Quarua Lakeside are favourites to take the title but have surprise competition from Jauranians as well as unsurprising rivals Kaza X-Teem who won the title last year and nearly made the knockout rounds in last season's CL.

Two first division sides, Big Tree Camp and Monkeytop, are amalgamating prior to the next season to become Monkeytop United. Bemm River and Waratah Flat will be relegated to division 2. I have been without power due to the aftermath of hurrican Isabel, but I would like to reserve places for my teams, if there is any room still availible.

Athletics East has advanced to the group stage in both previous CLs, and Timopolis F.C. advanced to the group stage in the most recent CL. They did not participate in the first CL.

The format is as follows:
24 in 1st qualifying play home and away. 12 winners progress to 2nd qualifying.

16 in 2nd qualifying and 12 winners from 1st qualifying play home and away. 14 winners progress to 3rd qualifying.

18 in 3rd qualifying and 14 winners from 2nd qualifying play home and away. 16 winners progress to group stage

16 in group stage and 16 winners from 3rd qualifying play home and away in 8 groups of 4. Winners and runner-ups progress to knockout stages.

16 in knockout stages play home and away in a knockout fashion until the final champion is reached.


In other words, 24 new teams play against each other and the top 12 go through to the 2nd qualifying round.

The Giant Zucchini Premier League trophy ends up once again in the hands of Marauding F.C., Urk and Zurich once again providing the goals to ensure them the title as well as the team with the most goals scored in the league. May I pask a question: Are amateur teams allowed to play in the CL?
The rejistanian FA always allowed amateurs to play in every league they qualify to. Normally this does not turn out to ne a problem, they get promoted to Heven mje'het (first league) win a few games, lose much more get relegated. But now he team Karela lines (Karela Yellows) is on a qualification spot for the CL. Can Karela lines participate or shall we nominate the next player in the table?

Can't see why that would be a problem. Almost all of our domestic league players are semi-pro, with only those slected for the national team being paid as full professionals.

Dorminian Rovers have lifted the title for the first time in their history, only beating Alan City on Goal Difference. Susan City managed to grab the final spot, scoring the most amount of goals-an average of almost 3 a game. At the other end of the table however, Renault City were bottom without a win. Tony county manage only 19 points with the worst Goal Difference and newly promoted Doal are going straight back down with only 10 points. Kektomatica and Camdean stayed out of relegation with a safe 14 points being beaten by newly promoted Dramnti who did excellently in their first season in the premier league. Above them lie Sarah Athletic who scraped into 7th by scoring more goals than Dramanti. Sharp United were the best of the newly promoted teams picking up 18 points. Ian City managed 5th with 22 points and Wessex United narrowly missed out on a champions league spot on goal difference to Susan City.

If the first timers that have been upgraded can send 2 teams now, I'll add SF Queldas to the mix.

2012 champions Graceville managed only ninth place this year, and #2 ranked San Diego is being relegated to the second division! On the flip side, Yuba United, promoted from the second division after the 2012 season, managed a very impressive second place finish.

Therefore, the Jamaica Giants, not the Graceville Salamanders, will be entering the Champions League. If the BFL has a second slot, Yuba United will also participate.
