The colony is near Menelmacar and Sunset territory
The colony was made possible by the collaboration of the Syskeyian government and various private contractors.
$1 trillion has been wired to various Sunset contractors to make arcologies at $70,000 per person.
The capital of the colony shall be New Syskeyiapolis.
The colony shall be a province of Syskeyia, and shall have a democratic republican government.
