It had started back in the reign of Queen Seria's parents when they had given approval for several projects to insure the safty of Tordor. Working in secret they had been devoleping ground and space based anti Starship weaponary, as well as some space based weapons, some of which were alrightly in earth orbit. So far they had keep this under wraps but how long could they build up an antistarship stockpile without anyone knowing and then there was the space based weapons of mass destruction. Who knew how the international community would take that. But they had been building these weapons up for 20 years and nobody had seemed to notice. Surely they could continue this.

200 on an unhabited Island in the north Alantic a Tordoran sub observed a the three mile long island careful to be far away from the Island as possable. This was the test site for the frist test conducted of the newest Tordoran weapon, the most powerful to date. Around midnight, a large satallite moved into place and then there was what looked to be a flash of light coming from the sky crashing into the Island from the massive satallite. Shortly afterwards the Island dispeared in a flash of light and heat that could be seen for many miles, moments later the sound of the sea rushing in could be heard it took the place where the Island stood before the weapon fired. Shortly afterwards, the data recorded the Tordoran sub left the area to return home.
We are developing the same defenses systems.....maybe we can cooperate with each other
OOC:huh? The only clue that the system exists was the fact that the Island got vaperized, they have manged to keep it a secret that they were devloping such weapons. One could trace it if he had determied spies and Itellengice networks.
The Next and final stage of the Tordoran weapon program went into phase as ground based anti Starships weaponplatforms, the one thing they couldn't hide began to be build.
OOC:Lets see what to do next, maybe vaperize some Pirate and slaver bases as tests...
Scene flashes to a slavers base somewhere in the backwaters of Asia, there is a flash of light as the slavers base is vaperized along with the surrounding 3 miles and 300 feet of earth as another orbital cannon is tested. The Tordorans chuckled, the perfect way to test Orbital weapons was to vaperize people nobody cared about, Pirates and slavers. After all they were criminals no body would miss.
OOC:I just notice, NS Greenpeace must hate Tordor... well they would if they knew, after all destorying Islands and all.
Project Shadowrath had a new mission, to come up with even more powerful orbital weapons because with the rise of Synchronized war was going to come sooner or later and to protect those weapons from the word and protect any type of take over even better.
