This shouldn't be a blatant, out-and-out if you're a newbie you're protected under the terms of the alliance. True to your word, some newbies need protection, but COME ON, what about Freemantia or Nazi Power? Both of them got raped because they were idiot newbies throwing their non-existent weight around.

Or Xolistan? Seriously, some newbies don't deserve so much as a penny towards protection.

How about before the N.P.A. helps anyone, we should determine whether or not they have read the stickys? I don't think anyone wants to risk their forces fighting for someone who can't be bothered to read a few pages of rules. How about a test is TM'd to them, something like:

1. What is Godmodding?
2. Define: NS, RL, TM, and ROFLMAO
3. Can you RP other peoples characters/nations/forces?
4. How does one hijack a thread?
5. What is a *bump*?
6. How many nations can you have in the UN at one time?

In addition I think that if a N00B provokes a larger nation to attack them we should also hesitate to help, if they deserve to be conquered because they are harassing other nations I don't feel they should be protected, this should just be for the N00B nations who are starting out and trying to learn the ropes.

This thing is useless. Why would anyone attack a newbie? Yeah, I know that a lot of n00bs have been beat up, but they all deserved it. And if a nation attacks a new one, then pretty much everyone will gang up against the bigger nation.

You do get odd situations, where new nations find themselves in a IC legitamate war with a larger nation. versus some who nOObie hunt for nOObie hunting...

They also get cover from Pre-emptive strikes providing they have not commited any heinous acts in their past, but we will alway support the reduction of WMD.

Iuthia is willing to offer this pact to any members of this allience and we are also willing to back this allience (un-conditionally) should it require it. Of course, should my nation already be partaking in the defence of itself or other nations then I will not be able to assist. But otherwise I am willing to help.

if you read the stuff about about the validation msg it says that it may be treated as junk mail by some accounts so keep an eye out for that. it got me several times

i think you have 10mins to validate the email before your sign in name is deleted so try again, or simply use a different name
