This is Saruman the White, I am addressing all nations in the hope of garnishing support for this new endeavor that I hope will shift the balance of power throughout the NS world.
Small nations, are you tired of the self-righteous puppets of the Elf Lady Sirithil bothering you and baiting you as if you were some inferior being, or are you tired of being attacked by other Imperialists who are seemingly invulnerable to your attacks, I know I most certainly am.
This is why I am forming a new organisation and region called The Orthanc Alliance, we are dedicated to enhancing our power to defend against all who declare their hostility for us.
We appreciate our cultural differences so any nation, no matter of practices and reputation may join as long as they are supportive of the alliance and do not disrupt the workings.
By joining the Orthanc Alliance, all members will be responsible for defending each other and will trade regularly with other members of the Alliance first before excepting outside aid, this would have the effect of enhancing our economic strengths and military power.
All nations will have the same and equal voice in group decision making
Another of our ultimate goals is to create a third great power block, the other two being Menelmacar and allies and Melkor Unchained and Allies. This power block would protect other nations from the other two.

We hope that many newer nations will be sensible enough to join our alliance.

Elves are a minority in the alliance, you need not worry. They are here because they want to create a new way for the Elven people, a way seperated from the imperialistic actions and designs of the Lady Sirithil. They are a part of the Alliance, I hope you respect that.
