Presenting (OOC'ly) the Raysian Arms RS-0018 Super-Canceller - Basically a miniature boombox with a microphone and a few microchips, all in the size of a canister grenade -
Jace Sa'Fyre, one of the ELDERS, dressed accordingly in his military armor, walked into one of the many hideouts of the raysian-based terrorist groups called the "ReSaints."
He walked in relatively unnoticed and flipped a simple switch on the canceller, mounted on the side of his P90 machine gun.
Everyone in the room, a Starbucks actually, a common front for the terrorists, suddenly tapped their ears, checking their hearing as they turned "deaf," every last sound in the room fading quickly into silence.
people heard thumping noises coming from the front of the store, and when they turned, all they could see is a man with a P90 carefully picking off several people in the room. no one could hear a scream louder than 2 decibles, and it was almost like being in a scary movie. people ran for the doors, glass broke, but still, no sound was heard.
After all ReSaint targets in the room were dead, including several key, top ranking members of the orginaization, Jace flipped the switch again, and quickly, yet graudally, all sound became audible in the room, and screams and moaning were heard much louder now as people ran out of the building, oblivious that they were sitting in a terrorist base... were.
Jace left the place casually.
