Bob the Donkey is a representative of a much larger, older nation that has been developing a number of production facilities over the past 2 months (real time). The nation represented wishes to remain anonymous, and as such is distributing information through this means.


Unveiled at a recent ceremony in the unnamed nation were the following:

10 Orbital Ship Yard Groups (including support facilities groundside used for pre-manufacture of parts) Capable of producing, for example, a Feanor-class Battlegroup of 30 vessels in 2 weeks (RT)

15 Groundside Production Facility Groups (also including support facilities). Capable of producing a battalion sized untt in 2 weeks (RT) depending on level of sophistication. (M1A2 Abrams used for average)

20 Research Facility Groups (includes support facilities). 15 Groundside, 5 orbital.



All facilites are State-Of-The-Art, and are able to be converted as necessary to produce any desired weaponry, vehicles, etc.

Each group contains all facilities necessary to complete any products. Ground faciiliities attached to each Ship Yard are used to pre-fab parts to speed the manufacture process, etc.

There is an abundance of workers for each construction group, or if desired, only the security teams will be provided to ensure proprietary information remains as such.

The holy empire would like to place a bid for 5 orbital yard groups as well as 5 ground based groups the führer has authorised me to offer a mutual trade agreement, a friendship pact as well as a defense agreement as our offer.

We are most willing to accept this offer. However, the nation represented has privately agreed to provide 12 of the Ground Production Groups to other peoples.

The nation represented is willing to rent use of 5 Orbital Ship Yard Groups and 3 Ground Production Groups. At the end of this week (RT) there will be another 2 Ground Production Groups completed and available. These 2 will be held for Iraqstan if you so desire.


If this is acceptable, please, privately send a contract/agreement with more specifcs for us to review.
