This is a follow up election since there appears to be a tie!!!
Ruhr is now in a process of electing or relecting the Chancellor position, in the Ruhrian Parlaiment.
The following are the Candidates:
Chancellor Victor Firestorm: Former General in the Ruhrian Army, logistical master. He has brought up the civil rights, and the economy has maintained an all-time high since his election.
Admiral Michael Benz: Admiralty of the Ruhrian Navy, leader designer of the Ruhrian Navy R&D Department. He has led Ruhr through 8 victorious campaigns and has avoided serious casualties in every combat situation. Through his guidance, Victor Firestorm has managed to transport troops and supplies to arenas of warfare, and protect the shipping lines. Besides Victor Firestorm, he is a great candidate.

Chancellor Victor Firestorm:
"I have worked hard to increase the civil rights of the people of Ruhr. I have led you all to victory in several engagements, both peaceful and violent. The Ruhrian Flag has never flown so high, as it has now. When Ruhr, Haraki, Derietes, and Celack created NATO, we rejoiced in the streets. When we were victorious over the Ulfian Terrorists in Ruhrian Isles Colony, we held our TGPA allies close and we fought together against the ultimate evil of Terrorism.”
“I pledge, that if elected president, I will make it possible for every citizen to have the rights desired, within good and moral judgment. I pledge more victories under the Ruhrian Belt, and to continually expand our military to ensure the defence of both us, and our allies. I also pledge to maintain peaceful status with as many countries as possible, while acting against terrorism and unlawful acts."
Admiral Michael Benz: "With Victor Firestorm by my side, we added the niches to the wall of victories. Since rebuilding the former fleet, and construction of two new battle groups, we have been able to protect Ruhr from Direct Invasion and secure our shipping lines with enough force left over to defend out allies! We have the power, I promise the safe, and inspirational life of the Ruhrian People! With the devoloping space program, we can finally explore the seas, as well as space. The pride of Ruhr depends on the successful line of Chancellors! Vote for either me or Victor, we will work together in the future to ensure the prosperity of Ruhr's economy, ecology, civil rights, and political freedoms."
