The PNA have ditched their old name and region; now, they are restructuring in a region called "The Cartel Alliance." I've no idea what they're up to, but it's certainly worth keeping your eye on.

Actually, I just kicked about 15 of them out of the UN for rules violations, so most of you are probably pretty safe from these guys.
Thanks for kicking so many of the cheating countries out of the UN, Melkor. They've messed around in a lot of regions, but once they messed with the Australian goths in the gothau region, we knew they'd taken it too far.
