Looking for a good region...

...have you seen one? :P In all seriousness however, I'm getting bored of sitting around in North America collecting dust. Few nations there come onto the boards to RP that I'm aware of, and I think it's about time I found a region more suited to myself.
Wretchengard is an enormous, devout nation, and an economic and military power. It is under the totalitarian rule of an Overlord, namely Overlord Bradley Steelblood.
If you know any good regions (preferrably with military alliances and a number of nations that visit the boards as well) that would suit me, by all means post them here. Thanks in advance.

It is not implied. It is very specific. Please view the world descrption of my region. And if you read the mottos of the nations inside the Empire, you will find most of them are quite loyal to their Emperor and his cause. Atop this, our region is reasonably active and the people there actually respond to your questions and concerns. They're not just my puppet states, only the 3 EODS states are my puppet states. The others are fully competent players who willingly allow me to be their Voice in this world beyond the status of a mere U.N. Delegate.

The thing is, we don't include any dragons or dragon-like beings in our population. None have been encountered in Wretchengard as of yet.

The Heartland likes capitalisim, and totalarians are tolerated as long as you arent a warmonger, willing to help out your neighbor, dont abuse your citizens, ect.
Basically, if youre a Nice Guy we like you.

We are not warmongers, although we are militaristic and battle is a big part of our culture. We gladly come to the assistance of allies in times of need. I don't think we abuse our citizens, but that's from my perspective. We don't condone slavery and avoid unnecessary cruelty to the populace, but we are strict and our justice is heavy handed, sometimes deemed as too severe by others (search for the thread 13 Deaths of Wretchengard to learn of our harshest punishment). Whether or not we are "nice guys" depends on your perspective.

Yeah, I knew about the basic idea behind your alliance (the forum's news to me however :) ), but I was more interested in specific requirements to join the WMNK, restrictions, and so on. Also, I believe I read about some policy changes in another thread. Is there any truth to this, and if so, what is the new policy?

Requirements? Well, we do require a background check, but I'm sure yours will be clean. Otherwise, don't practice false divinity and don't go about waging war for no reason, and you're good.
I think the policy change was just that we've started education N.0.0.B.s instead of immediately chiding and flaming them. The SLAGLandic Heirarchy of WMNK Action has been our biggest new policy. Other than that, there's nothing that I can think of.

Yeah, that's why I quit the UN. Democracy and Wretchengard are like water and oil, and I didn't appreciate them trying to mix them.
Join the empire of cobra. Are goal under the laedership of cobra commander is simple. WORLD DOMINATION! And we will do whatever it takes to accomplish this. Even if that includes nuking ever nation on this planet.

World domination, while intriguing, is impossible. There are simply too many nations to conquer the world by force. Thus world domination is not a priority for Wretchengard, and neither is the nuclear obliteration of the planet. We do kinda live on it after all...

You don't have to have even a majority population to join the Empire, but it is noted that you must accept a lessor status in the Empire. So long as you are willing to put Draconic interestes first, then there would not be a problem in your admissions.
