Greetings, this is Queen Amanda of Rezew. Our populance is growing and will soon break 10 million Rezew-ites. We are a mostly peaceful nation, but we have found the need to increase police numbers recently. With the consent of parliament I am requesting that any morally sound nation with advanced tactical/police/military knowledge offer to train some of our forces. The newly created Royal Bureau of Federal Police, or R.B.F.P., will be receiving the training and they will pass their skills on to local police throughout the nation. We would especially like training in urban combat and hostage situations.
