After months of rigorous testing, The Council of Seven has authorized Kelvini-Republic Arms to offer one of it's products on the open market. the KRSA-4 "Hekash"* Self-Propelled Gun is our first offering.
http://www.brickshelf.com/gallery/DoctorDevice/KRA/KRSA-4/a-gun-promo-640.jpg
-cost: Љ723,000 pistoolas per unit (approx. $800,000 USD) [NOT CURRENTLY FOR SALE]
-power: 8.1 liter 4-rotor SCORE internal combustion engine, tuned to run on regular gasoline, but will run acceptably on almost any combustible liquid (note: Kelvini-Republic Arms cautions against using high-volatility fuels, and will not be held responsible for damages or loss of life as a result of experimentation using such fuels)
-fuel capacity: the hekash carries enough fuel (assuming ordinary gasoline) for 12 hours of normal operation.
-maneuverability: the Hekash rides on 6 main tires, with 2 high-pressure outriders under the cannon-mount to absorb residual recoil. top speed over paved surfaces is approximately 85 km/h. over unpaved, hard surfaces there is a negligible reduction in speed, provided the surface is relatively free of large debris or major fluctuations in surface attitude. over soft terrain (sand, snow, mud, etc.), the Hekash's top speed is reduced to just over 56 km/h.
-armament: 255mm auto-loading ballistic cannon
-Rate of Fire: 1.7 rounds per 10 seconds (10.2 rounds per minute)
-Magazine: The Hekash can carry 120 rounds of ordinary HE-255 ammuntion, or 180 rounds of AIC (Airburst-Illumination Cascade) visibility rounds, or 75 rounds of HEAP "Cratermaker" rounds for use against hardened targets, or any combined load thereof.
-armor: 5" hardened steel overall, 3" additional steel around vital components and crew cabin.
-sensors: basic optical and laser rangefinding systems, long-range scrambled communications for remote-relay of target data beyond sightlines
-crew: 2: driver and gunner. space for a dedicated communications operator can be added, with requisite system interfaces, for an additional 28,000 pistoolas (but the cabin is hot and cramped then.)
The Hekash is a fire-support vehicle, designed to be positioned as much as 27 miles from it's target before using a communications link to remote observers to accurately zero in on it's target and deliver it's ordinance. note that the hekash CAN fire while in motion, but this is not recommended.
The AC-255 "Thunder" main gun uses a specialized floating-barrel system, coupled to a sophisticated recoil management mechanism to limit the amount of time. the widening of the barrel near the muzzel end is this system, which feeds a portion of the exhaust gasses rearward around the barrel. maximum range is achieved with this system deactivated, but the unit will generally have to re-aim after five rounds expended in this configuration.
*Hekash comes from the Old Kelvinis words Heka (meaning 'to throw'), and Sha (meaning 'Stone'). Hekash was the word used to describe Kelvini Siege Engines during the dark ages. Kelvini-Republic Arms feels this name is an accurate approximation of the KSRA-4's Mission Profile.

Once again the Council of Seven has authorized Kelvini-Republic Arms to offer one of their products internationally. this offering is the KRAA-1B "Vulture" Heavy Bomber.
http://www.brickshelf.com/gallery/DoctorDevice/KRA/KRAA-1B/a-bomber-promo-640.jpg
http://www.brickshelf.com/gallery/DoctorDevice/KRA/KRAA-1B/bomber-promo-640-2.jpg
-cost: Љ1,800,500 pistoolas per unit (approx. $1.2 million USD)[NOT CURRENTLY FOR SALE]
-Power: KMP-24 Turbofan engine
-fuel capacity: the Vulture has an operational radius, under continuous cruising power and ceiling, of 600 km.
-maneuverability: the Vulture is a Glide-capable jump-bomber. it is not very maneuverable on normal engine power, but the pilot can, at his discretion, shunt thrust to any of the four under-mounted vectorable thrust ducts to give the craft a sudden push sideways or vertically. this is exceedingly fuel inefficient, and likely to give away the Vulture's position to ground-based defenses which might not otherwise have noticed it. top speed under engine power is approximately 400 km/h. it is designed, however, to be towed aloft and released to glide over it's target, so that it's ECM module can minimize chances of detection by radar systems, aided by it's zero-heat/zero-noise pre-strike profile.
-armament: see below
-Rate of Fire: N/A
-Magazine: N/A
-Armor: .75" hardened steel throughout, titanium reinforcement around pilot and vital systems
-Sensors: 65 km search radar, scrambled communications, internal FLIR
-crew: 1: Pilot/Bombardier
The Vulture uses a universal hardpoint system, allowing it to mount any standard mountable weapon. shown in the second promotional picture are a few options.
1) the KMRML-35 "Brimstone" Medium-Range Rocket system. with an effective range of 12 km, the Brimstone Multiple-Launch weapon fires lightweight, unguided high-explosive munitions. each launcher carries 35 rockets, and additional magazines can be strung together for higher ammunition capacity. the Vulture can mount 4 of these, with 2 additional magazines each. note that doing so will put a moderate reduction on performance, due to the increased drag of the launcher and magazine system. -4000 pistoolas per launcher, 1200 pistoolas per 35 rockets ($4400 and $1320 respectively)
2) the KFM-750 Freefall Bomb. the simplest of weapons, 750 kilograms of high-explosives in a hardened shell, with either a barometric, impact, or time-delay fuse. -1000 pistoolas each ($1100 each)
3) the KFM-1500 Freefall Bomb. exactly the same as the KFM-750, but with twice the payload. -2000 pistoolas each ($2200 each)
4) the KGM-3X Glide-Bomb. quite by accident we developed this weapon while researching designs for the Vulture. the weapon carries 3000 to 8000 kilograms of high-explosives or other ordinance. upon release the internal guidance system glides the weapon over it's target and detonates. the guidance system can accurately home in on a fixed target from a distance of up to 75 kilometers, but it is recommended that the weapon be released no more than 60 kilometers from target, due to the gliding nature of the weapon. of interest is that mounting of this weapon actually provides a small increase in the vulture's range and performance while gliding, due to the added wing area provided by the weapon's wings. -40000 pistoolas each [3000kg, add 800 pistoolas per 1000 kg of ordinance desired over 3000] ($44200 each, plus $880 per additional 1000 kg of ordinance past 3000) +NOTES: although we do not have the technology, the -3X can carry a nuclear warhead. the council has decreed that no more than 50 of these weapons may be sold to any nation.+
manufacturing of the Vulture is a slow process, with a current manufacturing speed of 10 units per day, assuming no fault in the process. we are expanding our facilities, but until expansion is completed, there may be delays in the delivery of large orders. we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
-Kelvini-Republic Arms, The Council of Seven, and the People of the Free Republic of Kelvinisgrad thank you for your time and business.

in response to the excellent sales of the "Hekash", the Council of Seven has authorized Kelvini-Republic Arms to offer it's Main Battle Tank for public Sale.
http://www.brickshelf.com/gallery/DoctorDevice/KRA/KRSM9-1/a-tank-promo.jpg
-cost: Љ821,000 pistoolas per unit (approx. $908,000 USD) [NOT CURRENTLY FOR SALE]
-fuel capacity: the beast carries enough fuel (assuming ordinary gasoline) for 17 hours of normal operation.
-maneuverability: the beast rides on 8 heavy tires. top speed over paved surfaces is approximately 100 km/h. overunpaved, hard surfaces there is a negligible reduction in speed, provided the surface is relatively free of large debris. the beast can climb a 55 degree slope with ease, and has a fording depth of approximately 2 meters. over soft terrain (sand, snow, mud, etc.), the beast's top speed is reduced to approximately 73 km/h.
-armament: 110mm auto-loading direct-fire cannon (x2)
-Rate of Fire: 3 rounds per 10 seconds (36 rounds per minute, both barrels)
-Magazine: The Beast can carry 204 rounds of either standard HE-110 ammunition, or EI (Explosive-Incendiary) rounds, or 90 DSAP (Discarding Sabot, Armor Piercing) "Tank Killer" rounds, or any combined load thereof.
-armor: 6" hardened steel overall, 3" additional steel around vital components, driver, and throughout turret body
-sensors: basic optical, NV, and IR systems, laser rangefinding, medium-range scrambled communications for Command and Control, and reception of remote target data for BLOS (Beyond Line-Of-Sight) firing
-crew: 2: driver and gunner.
The Beast is the Kelvini Main Battle Tank, designed to close with enemy armor and eliminate the target from medium range. note that the beast CAN fire while in motion, and do so with reasonable accuracy.
The MC-110-B "Longbore" main gun uses a floating barrel system similar to the Hekash, and a breech-flush venting system to clear combustion gasses from the firing chamber as soon as the projectile is clear of the barrel (the vents for this system can be seen on either side of the turret). expended shells are automatically extracted from the breech and stored in a compartment below the turret and in front of the magazine. if the council allows, a future model of the Beast will be offered with an remote-operated turret and a liquid propellant cannon, allowing an expanded magazine and lower target profile, as well as a smaller crew. we will offer upgrades to the vehicle to previous purchasers for an appreciable discount.

http://www.brickshelf.com/gallery/DoctorDevice/KRA/KRSM9-2/a-tank2-promo.jpg
-cost: Љ975,000 pistoolas per unit (approx. $1,078,000 USD) [NOT CURRENTLY FOR SALE]
-power: Same as the KRSM9-1
-fuel capacity: Same as the KRSM9-1
-maneuverability: same as the KRSM9-1
-armament: 110mm auto-loading direct-fire liquid-propellant cannon (x2)
-Rate of Fire: 3.2 rounds per 10 seconds (38.4 rounds per minute, both barrels)
-Magazine: The Beast can carry 306 rounds of either standard HE-110 ammunition, or EI (Explosive-Incendiary) rounds, or 120 DSAP (Discarding Sabot, Armor Piercing) "Tank Killer" rounds, or any combined load thereof.
-armor: Same as the KRSM9-1
-sensors: Same as the KRSM9-1
-crew: 1: driver/Gunner
The Beast 2 is an update to the venerable Beast (KRSM9-1), with a lower target profile, liquid-propellant cannons, and a larger magazine. it's mission profile is identical to the original vehicle.note that the beast 2 CAN fire while in motion, and do so with reasonable accuracy.
The MC-110-BL "Bluebore" main gun uses a floating barrel system similar to the Hekash. due to the new liquid-propellant system and semi-automated turret, the Beast 2's main guns have been partly recessed into the turret body itself, and the barrels have been lengthened by several inches. the propellant system also significantly reduces muzzle flash.
note that the vehicle is not ready for public sale yet, but we are accepting preliminary orders. we expect testing to be completed within the month, and orders will be delivered soon thereafter.

http://www.brickshelf.com/gallery/DoctorDevice/KRA/KRAH-6A/a-gunship-promo2.jpg
-cost: Љ2,110,000 pistoolas per unit (approx. $2,330,000 USD) [NOT CURRENTLY FOR SALE]
-Power: KAP-40 Turboshaft engine
-fuel capacity: the Raptor carries enough fuel, assuming normal operations, for a 300km sortie radius.
-maneuverability: the intermeshing-rotor, NOTAR design of the Raptor makes it a very agile weapons platform, ideal for operating at extremely low altitudes and high speeds. it's top speed is 330 km/h in level flight.
-armament: standard armament on the Raptor is an integral KAATC-20 "Shredder" 20mm Anti-Tank autocannon. capable of 350 rounds/minute continuous firing, the Shredder fires hardened anti-armor bullets, designed for maximum penetration. also standard on the winglet hardpoints are KSRML-32 "Crossbow" short-range Missile Launchers. each launcher carries 32 wire-guided anti-armor minimissiles, which can be fired individually, or in salvos of 2 to 8.
-Rate of Fire: KAATC-20: 350 rounds/minute. KSRML-32: 32 rounds/minute maximum
-Magazine: the KAATC-20's internal magazine carries 1160 rounds of 20mm anti-armor amunition.
-Armor: the Raptor is the First weapons platform from Kelvini-Republic Arms to utilize Tungsten-Titanium Alloy (TTa) armor, for improved durability over comparable Steel plate, with less weight, allowing for improved vehicular agility. all vital components, as well as the cockpit, are surrounded in 1.3" of this new armor, while the entire vehicle is plated in .6" TTa armor.
-Sensors: 40 km search radar, scrambled communications, standard Optics, internal FLIR, and PLA (Passive Light Amplification) systems
-crew: 1: Pilot/Gunner
the Raptor is our "Tank Killer" platform, designed to wait behind cover for enemy armor, then pop-up and strafe the target with minimissiles and cannon fire. it is capable of totally autonomous operation, and is designed for ease of serviceability for maximum operational time. the hardpoints on the winglets can be equipped with most standard rocket or missile systems easily, including a variant on the KMRML-35 "Brimstone" Medium-Range Rocket system. ammunition for the installed KSRML-32 rocket system costs 1000 pistoolas per 32 minimissiles ($1100 USD), while anti-armor ammunition for the KAATC-20 cannon costs 750 pistoolas per 1000 rounds ($830 USD)

We're interested in your Hekash and Beast tanks; what purchases would you reccommend with an allocated budget of $150 million? (That is, we're willing to spend a total of $150 million on Hekash and Beast 1 and 2 tanks)
OOC: That's really cool with the Legos and stuff, hehe...
Kelvinisgrad
27-04-2003, 11:47
that really depends on the situations you're likely to encounter in combat. if you're a largely defensive nation, the Hekash will be of less tactical value to you, since hitting a moving target with artillery is difficult with anything short of a barrage of saturation fire. if, on the other hand, you're a more expansionist nation, the Hekash will be far more valuable to you as a ground-based support vehicle for removing hardened emplacements like bunkers and command-control structures.
the choice between the Beast and the Beast 2 depends on a number of factors. first, the size of your armed forces, in particular those trained in maneuvering tanks. obviously the Beast 2 will put more stress on your Tank Corps, since the drivers are also partially responsible for gunnery, although if your piloting corps is exceptionally skilled, you might want to forego purchasing any Beast 1 tanks in favor of all Beast 2's.
our suggestion would be a small number of Hekash and Beast 2 units, and a large number of Beast 1's. the Beast 2 operates well at night, where it's low target profile and low muzzle flash make it harder to spot, while the Beast 1 works better for combat with enemy armor, since the driver can concentrate on driving and the gunner on firing.
thank you in advance for your business.
yeah, building them first is more fun than just coming up with specs. :D
The Holy Empire of Panalusia would like to purchase 50 of your impressive Beast-1 battletanks for it's new military forces.
Due to the increasing number of psychotic wannabe world dominators, our police force alone will no longer be able to effectively defend against potential invaders, therefore we need such machines.

Holy Empire of Panalusia: thank you for you business, we have the vehicles on standby, awaiting the transfer of 41,050,000 Pistoolas ($45,400,000 USD) to KRA accounts. once the transfer is confirmed, your order will ship and an invoice will be telegrammed to you. you can expect your order to arrive within 48 hours.

First of all, let us commend the skill of your arms industry. This kind of stuff is exactly what we're currently looking for, and then some. We would like to purchase 800 of the 'Raptor' helicopters, and 1200 of the 'Hekash' artillery pieces. We would also like to know the price per round for 'Hekash' ammunition, and we would also like to purchase the following amounts of ammo for the 'Raptors':
500 million KAATC-20 rounds for US $334 656 000
14 million KSRML-32 rockets for US $15 206 400
We would like 600 of the 'Raptors' equipped with the KSRML-32, and the remaining 200 equipped with KMRML-35 rocket launcher that you mentioned. Before ordering ammo (EDIT: ammo for the KMRML-32, that is), however, we need to know what it's rate of fire is and what the price per rocket is. We recognize that owing to the size of this order, it may take some time to fill (though it may not; we don't know how fast you can produce ammo), and thus would be willing to accept staggered deliveries as the product is finished. OWing to our current situation, we need the arms ASAP. Whuile we are offering cash, we are also prepared to barter with an equivalent amount of uranium from the mines of our allies in Alecrast.
EDIT: Excluding the prices of things we don't know the cost of, this comes to a total of $2 214 822 400.

one of us has an error in our math on the ammo, and I don't think it's me.
I'll take two of everything.
I smell godmoding. You can't afford it.... Godmoder!!!!
that really depends on the situations you're likely to encounter in combat. if you're a largely defensive nation, the Hekash will be of less tactical value to you, since hitting a moving target with artillery is difficult with anything short of a barrage of saturation fire. if, on the other hand, you're a more expansionist nation, the Hekash will be far more valuable to you as a ground-based support vehicle for removing hardened emplacements like bunkers and command-control structures.
the choice between the Beast and the Beast 2 depends on a number of factors. first, the size of your armed forces, in particular those trained in maneuvering tanks. obviously the Beast 2 will put more stress on your Tank Corps, since the drivers are also partially responsible for gunnery, although if your piloting corps is exceptionally skilled, you might want to forego purchasing any Beast 1 tanks in favor of all Beast 2's.
our suggestion would be a small number of Hekash and Beast 2 units, and a large number of Beast 1's. the Beast 2 operates well at night, where it's low target profile and low muzzle flash make it harder to spot, while the Beast 1 works better for combat with enemy armor, since the driver can concentrate on driving and the gunner on firing.
thank you in advance for your business.
yeah, building them first is more fun than just coming up with specs. :D
Well, my nation is pretty defensive at this stage, and we have a lot of our offensive artillery capability being fulfilled by SCUD knockoff missiles we've purchased from other nations. So I will probably go with a lot of Beast 1s, a couple Beast 2s, and even fewer Hekash.
In that case... *does some math*
...
*we need better mathematicians in Lomastan. Note to self: Increase education budget*
...
Okay. I'd like to buy:
10 Hekash mobile guns for $8 million American dollars
100 Beast 1 Main Battle Tanks for approximately $90.8 million American
20 Beast 2 Augmented Battle Tanks for approximately $21.56 million American.
Subtotal: $120.56 million American. That leaves me with approximately $29.64 million American dollars left to use to buy ammunition. According to my math, I should be able to buy
5200 20-round packs of HE-255
5200 10-round packs of Cratermakers
5200 40-round packs of AIC
For a total of $150 American dollars. Do the Beast tanks use the same ammo as the Hekash? If not, we ought to be able to domestically produce it. If not... well, our enemies don't need to know! ;)
Kelvinisgrad
29-04-2003, 03:57
the Hekash fires 255 mm shells (approx. 10" diameter), while the Beast and Beast 2 fire 110 mm shells (approx. 4.25" diameter). fairly standard sizes, you should have little difficulty producing suitable munitions domestically.
additionally, your math checks out, so as soon as we recieve payment into KRA accounts, we'll start shipping your order (if you don't mind slightly used Beast 1 tanks, let us know, as we can ship some of our surplus to you, get your order filled faster. most of our surplus has never seen real active combat... you can consider them "broken in", if you like ;) ).

Kelvini-Republic Arms is proud to announce the public rollout of our new Mobile Anti-Aircraft Platform, the "Scorpion"
http://www.brickshelf.com/gallery/DoctorDevice/KRA/KRAD-A3/a-scorpion-promo.jpg
-cost: Љ1,005,000 pistoolas per unit (approx. $1,111,530 USD) [NOT CURRENTLY FOR SALE]
-power: SCORE 580-3190R, 3 Rotor, 1500 HP engine
-fuel capacity: the Scorpion carries enough fuel for 10 hours of normal operation.
-maneuverability: top speed over paved surfaces is approximately 115 km/h. over unpaved, hard surfaces there is a negligible reduction in speed, provided the surface is relatively free of large debris. over soft terrain (sand, snow, mud, etc.), the scorpion's top speed is reduced to approximately 81 km/h.
-armament: Triple-barreled 32mm Rotary Anti-Aircraft Gun (x2)
-Rate of Fire: 300 rounds/minute/gun
-Magazine: the Scorpion's Magazine holds 15,000 32mm Airburst-Flak (AF) or Armor Piercing (AP) rounds.
-armor: 3" hardened steel overall, additional .75" TTa around crew compartments and vital systems.
-sensors: standard Optical, Integral Radar, NV and IR, long-range scrambled communications link
-crew: 3: Driver, Gunner, Sensor Operator
the Scorpion is a mobile defense turret, designed to operate in teams or as anti-air support for an advancing force. it can fire while in motion, and has a maximum effective range of 6 km.
the turret can elevate to 95 degrees, and rotate 360 degrees horizontally while firing, thanks to a slip-ring ammunition feed system. The ARC-40-A "Stinger" guns draw power from the main engine to spin them up. once spinning, integral generators will keep the guns in motion until they are spun down. the electric drive motors are rated for 400 hours of continuous use at maximum capacity, and should never need to be replaced.
note that the Scorpion is NOT a front-line unit, and has no defense against ground forces, except for whatever sidearms the crew may bring aboard.

to fill a need for ground-based recon, Kelvini-Republic Arms announces the KRSR-11 "Flea" Light Scout Trike.
http://www.brickshelf.com/gallery/DoctorDevice/KRA/KRSR-11/a-scout-promo.jpg
-cost: Љ115,000 pistoolas per unit (approx. $127,200 USD) [NOT CURRENTLY FOR SALE]
-power: SCORE 580-2116R, 2 Rotor, 1000 HP engine
-fuel capacity: the Flea carries enough fuel for 18 hours of normal operation.
-maneuverability: top speed over paved surfaces is approximately 250 km/h. over unpaved, hard surfaces there is a negligible reduction in speed, even in the event of large debris. over soft terrain (sand, snow, mud, etc.), the Flea's top speed is reduced to approximately 197 km/h.
-armament: single-barrel, liquid cooled .50 caliber machine gun (x2)
-Rate of Fire: 120 rounds/minute/gun
-Magazine: the Flea carries 1000 rounds in two magazines. the guns can fire Armor-Piercing (AP), Flechette (FA), Explosive-Tipped (EX), or standard .50 caliber ammunition.
-armor: .62" hardened steel overall.
-sensors: standard Optical, Integral Radar, NV and IR, long-range scrambled communications link, ECM.
-crew: 1: Driver
the Flea is a fast reconnaissance vehicle, designed to survey enemy troop movements, emplacements, and capabilities. it is equipped with a powerful radar system and numerous sensor suites to allow the operator to accurately gauge the status of opposing forces, while it's ECM and small size keep it hidden from enemy radar.
the Flea's two .50 cal machine guns are fixed forward. the Flea is not designed as an agressor unit, and the driver must be prepared to take evasive maneuvers at any time to preserve his life. the vehicle has very thin armor, and most of the structure is made of lightweight alloys, which allows the Flea to reach it's impressive top speed, but sacrifices durability.

presenting the KRGC-5 "Overseer" command-control hovervehicle
http://www.brickshelf.com/gallery/DoctorDevice/KRA/KRGC-5/a-comcon-promo.jpg
-cost: Љ2,519,700 pistoolas per unit (approx. $2,786,800 USD) [NOT CURRENTLY FOR SALE]
-power: SCORE 580-6347R, 6 Rotor, 3000 HP engine
-fuel capacity: The Overseer carries enough fuel for 10 hours of continuous travel, or 40 hours of stationary operations.
-maneuverability: the Overseer is the first vehicle from KRA to employ ground-effect fans for motion. this makes the Overseer unhindered by terrain, and gives it a flight ceiling of up to 3 meters. top speed over all solid surfaces is approximately 310 km/h. over water, top speed is reduced to 220 km/h.
-armament: double-barreled, liquid cooled .50 caliber machine gun
-Rate of Fire: 160 rounds/minute
-Magazine: the overseer carries 960 rounds of standard .50 caliber ammunition in it's magazine.
-armor: 1.12" TTa armor throughout.
-sensors: standard Optical, Integral Radar, NV and IR, long-range scrambled communications link, Tac-Com military intelligence uplink, ECM.
-crew: 5: Driver/Gunner, Commander, Communications Officer, Radar Operator, Electronic Warfare Officer (EWO)
The Overseer is designed to take position a safe distance from the combat zone, and then to use it's powerful sensors to detect and direct troop movements in combat. it's armor, while not paper-thin, is not designed to withstand sustained fire, so the unit should be protected at all times.
the Overseer's .50 cal machine gun can be controlled by either the driver or by the commander, but it is a defensive weapon, designed to eliminate infantry and light vehicles before they can engage the Overseer. the driver should be ready at any time to fall back, even if the Overseer is defended.

an offering from Kelvini Motor Enterprises, the KMEC-PA "Truthsayer"
http://www.brickshelf.com/gallery/DoctorDevice/KRA/propagandawagen/a-wagen-promo.jpg
-cost: Љ84,300 pistoolas per unit (approx. $93,250 USD)
-power: SCORE 70-4026R, 4 Rotor, 500 HP engine
-fuel capacity: The Truthsayer's fuel tank provides for 600 km of driving.
-maneuverability: the Truthsayer is a road vehicle, built on a RIOT van. it is slow, bulky, and ill-suited to high-performance driving of any kind. it's top speed is approximately 110 km/h over paved roads. it is recommended that the vehicle be kept off unpaved roads unless absolutely necessary.
-armament: N/A
-Rate of Fire: N/A
-Magazine: N/A
-armor: 6" steel plate throughout
-sensors: medium-range scrambled communications link.
-crew: 1: Driver (space for 3 armed troopers in rear, if necessary)
the Truthsayer is a Public-Address vehicle, built to deliver important news or emergency information to the general public. the huge speaker stacks mounted on the roof, powered by a dedicated 5 kW internal generator, can reproduce transmissions or recordings at up to 140 db without loss of sound quality. click here for audio sample (http://us.f1.yahoofs.com/users/52134a97/bc/Kelvinisgrad/KMEC-PA+sample+message.mp3?BCT7eI_A2xLQH5nr)
since the Truthsayer's chassis and armored hull are based on the common RIOT van, it is equipped with emergency lights for clearing traffic. the heavily armored body will also withstand light arms and even small explosives, making the Truthsayer an excellent choice for a mobile public announcement system. should a public figure be making a decree of less-than-favorable public opinion, they can easily duck into the vehicle, seal up the rear hatch, and escape if the crowd becomes unruly.

a new offering from Kelvini-Republic Arms' "Naval Warfare Systems" division. the KRNA-14 "Stinger"
http://www.brickshelf.com/gallery/DoctorDevice/KRA/KRNA-14/a-stinger-promo.jpg
-cost: Љ904,200 pistoolas per unit (approx. $1,000,000 USD) [NOT CURRENTLY FOR SALE]
-power: dual hydroxyl rockets
-fuel capacity: the Stinger carries enough hydrogen and oxygen for .5 hours of continuous, full-throttle operation, or up to 2 hours of low-thrust operation. additionally it has a small internal battery pack and emergency screw built into the underside of the hull, enabling it to reach safety even after it's rocket fuel is exhausted (though at a MUCH slower rate)
-maneuverability: top speed is approximately 300 km/h on the surface, 100 km/h underwater.
-armament: single-barrel, liquid cooled 20mm cannon (x2)
-Rate of Fire: 150 rounds/minute/gun
-Magazine: the Stinger carries 900 rounds of 20mm APEX (Armor Piercing-Explosive) ammunition
-armor: .92" TTa overall.
-sensors: standard and enhanced Optical, Integral Radar/Sonar, short-range scrambled communications link.
-crew: 1: Driver/gunner
the Stinger is Kelvinisgrad's first internationally available sea platform. it is designed to take large amounts of damage and still bring the pilot home safely. underneath it's dense armor is a very solid frame designed to absorb impact, so that the Stinger can survive deployment. it is designed to be dropped from a low-flying bomber (500-1500 ft.) and dive straight into the water. once the vehicle is underwater, the pilot may activate the rocket engine and deploy the foils. once the Stinger re-emerges on the surface, the pilot will use his 20mm cannons to tear open lighter-armored enemy vessels, and harrass larger craft (a large number of these working together can take down an aircraft carrier under the right conditions.)
as a VASH-type (Variable Attitude Submersible Hydrofoil) vehicle, the Stinger has distinct advantages over it's surface-bound counterparts, especially when it's rocket-propulsion system is taken into consideration. look for it's public Debut at the NYNJ Naval Exposition.

the latest addition to our lineup, the KRSA-7 "Hydra" MLRS is now available
http://www.brickshelf.com/gallery/DoctorDevice/KRA/KRSA-7/a-hydra-promo.jpg
-cost: Љ2,437,600 pistoolas per unit (approx. $2,696,000 USD) [NOT CURRENTLY FOR SALE]
-power: SCORE 580-4112R 4 Rotor, 2000 HP engine
-fuel capacity: the Hydra carries enough fuel for 17 hours of continuous operation.
-maneuverability: top speed over paved surfaces is approximately 110 km/h. over unpaved, hard surfaces there is a negligible reduction in speed. over soft terrain (sand, snow, mud, etc.), the Hydra's top speed is reduced to approximately 75 km/h.
-armament: KAR-VMLU Variable Munition Launch Unit
-Rate of Fire: N/A
-Magazine: the VMLU can carry 8 775mm "Vengeance" class missiles (including the LRCM "Retribution" cluster munition), or 32 380mm "Pugilist" class medium rockets, or any combination thereof
-armor: 3.5" TTa armor overall, with an additional 1" around vital systems and crew compartments
-sensors: Standard Optical, Integral Radar, long-range scrambled communications link.
-crew: 2: Driver, Fire-Control Officer
The Hydra is a long-range support vehicle, designed to surgically strike or saturate a target area from up to 75 km, with minimal warning prior to munition impact. it's scrambled communications link offers secure target-data transfer for accurate launch and guidance.
despite it's relatively heavy armor, the Hydra is NOT a frontline unit, and has no defense against ground forces at close range. it should be protected and kept well back from the front lines.

http://www.brickshelf.com/gallery/DoctorDevice/KRA/KRAA-9F/a-fighter-promo.jpg
-cost: Љ3,270,900 pistoolas per unit (approx. $3.6 million USD) [NOT CURRENTLY FOR SALE]
-Power: KMP-60G Rotorjet engine, 2 supplemental afterburning boosters
-fuel capacity: the shrike has an operational radius, under continuous cruising power and ceiling, of 520 km.
-maneuverability: the Shrike is a high-performance aircraft designed for low-altitude offensive strikes against enemy targets, as well as interception of enemy bombers and fighters. it has a top speed of mach 1.3 using it's supplemental boosters, and mach .98 without.
-armament: standard armament is 2 KA3C "Ripper" 20mm cannons. hardpoints allow the loading of up to 3000 lb of disposable stores, including laser-guided bombs, drop tanks, or guided missiles
-Rate of Fire: the KA3C cannons have a variable cyclic rate of up to 410 rds/min
-Magazine: the Shrikes internal magazine carries 2000 rds shared between the two cannons
-Armor: .9" TTa armor throughout, with an additional .6" around pilot and vital systems.
-Sensors: 70 km search radar, scrambled communications, laser designator, KRA-CS-280 targetting systems
-crew: 1: Pilot
the Shrike is one of Kelvinisgrad's finest achievements in jet aircraft design. it is fast and agile, with remarkably high survivability for an aircraft of this type. it is designed to engage in high-speed dogfights with enemy aircraft, although it also serves very well as a low-level bomber, employing NOTE-PU "Nap of the Earth-Pop Up" strike techniques to minimize chances of detection. this is not, however, a stealth aircraft, and as such, should not be used as a first-line bomber.
those interested in a visual demonstration of the Shrike's capabilities may reference the video "KAS-SST-001" and "KAS-SST-002", videos of the most recent performance of the KRA Shrike Stunt Team, or may make arrangements for a live demonstration at the KRA airfield.

Please be advised that we are not selling weapons or devices in mass quantities, merely the technical specifications and plans, as well as a number of working models sufficient for any nation to start the production of their own military and non-military technology. Of course, some of the items that we have available require a certain level of prerequisite technological background for any nation to be able to put them into production, but we also have trained technicians available to assist you with your needs. Please send a private message to The Bodhisattva for a list of currently available items.
Wong Wei, Monk of the Fourth Circle, Minister of Research and Development, The Holy Empire of the Bodhisattva.
TRANSMISSION ENDED.

Transfer complete. We'll pay extra if you can speed things up.. given that a ridiculously large nation of axe wielding lunatics is threatening to invade soon, we'd like these things finished as soon as possible.

though we understand your haste, I'm afraid we cannot produce units any faster at this point... a second KRA production facility is being built, but it will be some time before it is operating. we apologise, but there is, unfortunately, nothing that can be done at this juncture.

Comrades, today is a great day in the history of the Kelvini Empire. Kelvini-republic Arms, working closely with the Lex Militas' advanced research group, has produced a viable magnetic-levitation vehicle. the KRMX-1 Hunter is the pinnacle of Kelvini Technology. this Magnetic Levitation technology is expected to become standard on all light and middle-weight military vehicles in the near future.

-cost: not for sale
-power: Experimental KP-220 reactor/battery system
-fuel capacity: theoretically unlimited
-maneuverability: The Hunter utilizes powerful magnetic fields to counter the force of gravity. this unique mode of propulsion gives the Hunter unsurpassed maneruverability over all surfaces. while it could theoretically achieve orbit, it's maximum operating ceiling is generally considered to be 30 meters. it's maximum speed is 430 km/h, but the vehicle becomes dangerously unstable at that speed. cruising velocity is 200 km/h
-armament: 1 fixed 20mm cannon, 6 external hardpoints
-Rate of Fire: 180 rounds/minute
-Magazine: The Hunter carries 900 20mm cannon shells. these may be armor-piercing, incendiary, fragmentary, explosive, or any other 20mm round of standard size. the 6 external hardpoints are normally equipped with 6 "Harbinger" variable missiles. warheads may be explosive, heat or laser guided, incendiary, chemical, biological, or low-yield nuclear payloads
-armor: 2.2" TTa armor throughout, additional 1.8" around the pilot. production models will also have additional armor around the reactor
-sensors: basic optical and laser rangefinding systems, long-range scrambled communications for remote-relay of target data beyond sightlines
-crew: 1: driver.
The Hunter is an experimental vehicle, a testbed for Kelvini Magnetic Levitation technology. the test vehicle has been highly successful in both controlled laboratory conditions and simulated combat zones, where it's ability to change it's bearing while maintaining heading has allowed it to cripple light pursuing vehicles, and it's extreme speed and independence from surface features has enabled it to escpae from heavier pursuit.
the Praetor Magnus informs us that ML systems will eventually become the standard mode of transportation for all but the heaviest of military vehicles.

-cost: not for sale
-power: (2x)KP-160 reactor/battery system
-fuel capacity: theoretically unlimited
-maneuverability: The Mammoth utilizes powerful magnetic fields to counter the force of gravity. this mode of propulsion gives the Mammoth unsurpassed maneruverability over all surfaces. while it could theoretically achieve orbit, it's maximum operating ceiling is generally considered to be 30 meters. it's maximum speed is 390 km/h, but cruising velocity is 180 km/h.
-armament: 2 14mm automatic coilguns, 16 internal hardpoints
-Rate of Fire: 215 rounds/minute/gun
-Magazine: The Mammoth carries 2 independant magazines of 1200 ferro-tungsten slugs each. the internal hardpoints are fitted with specialized Shorty-380 "Hammerfist" guided rockets, which can be fitted with conventional, chemical, biological, or low-yield nuclear warheads
-armor: 3" TTa armor throughout, additional 1.5" around the pilot.
-sensors: basic optical and laser rangefinding systems, long-range scrambled communications for remote-relay of target data beyond sightlines
-crew: 1: driver.
Continuing the migration of Kelvini military power to magnetic propulsion, the Mammoth is a light MLRS. while it's ordinance lacks the power of the "Pugilist" missiles fired by the Hydra MLRS, the Mammoth is designed to work in groups. a group of Mammoths can deliver a massive amount of ordinance to a target in a very short time, while staying clear of probable return fire.
