I know very little about computers so, if you can help me, great!
Here is my description ;
The color of the flags field is a bright but deep rich golden yellow. ( not light yellow, not orange yellow. ) Forming a frame or border around the edges of the flag, running along both side edges and across the top and bottom edge, alternating red and white diagonal stripes. ( think of an old time barbers pole, the alternating red and white diagonal stripes. that's it. )
In the center of the flag is a medieval-German type black eagle, but with these modifications ; on the eagles head he wears a Russian-Tsarist type crown. The eagles breast or belly is large and perfectly round, a large perfect circle, as if the eagle were pregnant. In one talon he clutches a white scepter , and on the other foot/talon he wears a dutch wooden shoe.
