Experienced Delegate searching for a region

I've just today had the founder of the region i was in kick me out and destroy it by leaving himself so I am looking for a new home.
As I say in the title I do have some experience having been a delegate and submitted an admittedly Unsuccessful proposal that failed to reach quorum my about 2/3's of the required votes.
However I do have 2 other Ideas for proposals that I would appreciate help in getting written and hopefully passed as well as editing the previous one that was based on ending the use of the Death Penalty in NSUN member states, there for I am looking for a fairly powerful, well connected and liberal minded nation though I do not RP but am highly active inside the NSUN.
My preference of course would be to be Delegate of a region but I realise that is not always possible so would like atleast to be allowed 2 approvals so that I can submit my proposals.
Any Regions or States that wish to create a new region please do not hesitate to send my Diplomatic office a Telegram.

I've suffered a malicious region crash myself and would not do that. Really it comes down to trust. Plus I would not risk getting deleted for griefing.

The Asian Continent (http://www.nationstates.net/cgi-bin/index.cgi/target=display_region/region=asian_continent) is always looking for more countries. While I can't promise anyone will elect you Delegate, you can try to barter your way to having at least two endorsements.

Well, although you can't be delegate of it, I suggest you join Hyrule. Not only can you get more than two endorsements to submit proposals, we have much more to offer, including:

-Regional government. If you join, you can nominate yourself for a cabinet posistion, and could be elected!
-A map where you can draw your own area (if you want).
-Our very own nature reserve.
-Laid back and active discussions.
-UN voting where the delegate votes based on people's opinions.
-And much, much more!

You can move to Athar, and gather enough support to be elected UN delegate in the elections in November. We also have a forum and active people, and you can get the required two endorsements easily. Everyone has at least two, I believe.
