I wonder if anyone knows how the ranking of stupidest citizens is calculated. Has the government priority of education anything to do with it?
I'm confused, because I did everything I could to boost education, ("the government devotes most of its attentions to Education") and still my country inhabits stupidier people than a few neighbouring countries that didn't care about education.
The civil rights, the political freedoms and the economic situation cannot be the reasons, because they are better than in my neighbouring countries with smarter citizens.
