i just faced an issue in which one of my officials had an affair with his secretary:

ban tabloids

jail the guy

reduce tax to divert attention

my problem is, when clinton and monica were all over the newspapers, none of the above happened... i mean, i am not jailiing my employee for getting excited, thats not crime; i dont want to reduce taxes, and banning tabloids will screw up my civil rights... i hv noticed a lot of issues usually hv a fourth (or third) sensible choice, and i think this one shud b edited

well, you can add a 4th option whenever you can convince a mod to let you. (hint: it won't happen)
