My friend, Hobbeebia, has lost his nation. His computer had a motherboard blowout, and he was unable to utilize another computer, having been banned off our school computers. Being a high-school student, it was some time (approx. 32 days) before he was able to aquire a new computer. I am asking the moderators to reinstate Hobbeebia.

I may be wrong, but I think Hobbeebia himself will need to create a puppet and request a resurection himself. At least that seems to be what most people do.
