I think it is time that the "Why is homosexuality a sin" thread be closed. It has been going on for far too long now and little in the way of new material is being contributed. The debate has become circular as new posters ask the questions that have been asked a long time ago. I think both sides have made their points and it is rearly up to the individual to decide which they agree with (though everyone insults my position as being "Bigoted" so much that it is seen as that when that is not the case). I ask you to close it and put it in the archive. I think its possibly one of the longest threads on record.

As i would say just for the fun of it "That thread should be ARCHIVEDzors!!!!!111!!!!11...."

But i do agree that threads lived far too long....Could some mod be nice enough to shoot it repeatably?

If you have any specific questions, telegram me or anyone else who you think may know the answer. But I think the thread has been going on for two long now and needs closing (Where are the Mods?)

Actually, that seems like a straightforward case.

1) General Forum threads will have a 65 page cap (1300 posts), at which point, they will be deleted if they are mostly spam (quote pyramids, word games, flaming, etc), or locked if they are mostly legit conversation (chatting/debating/etc). This is to prevent supermassive threads that clog the forum and only worsen the 'invalid session' problem.

The thread appears to be in the General Forum and has over 1300 posts. Therefore, it can be summarily locked.

It depends on the content of the post, if it's nonsense then it's closed, if it has some sort of meaning and/or purpose, then it's usually left.

*sniff* I miss the quote pyramids... especially the great huge pyramids to the mods of forum 7

The 1300 post rule applies to spam threads, like the Paradise Club. Once they hit the 1300 post, they usually get moved to the Jolt Spam forum or get locked on NS if they are a debate thread cluttered by nonsense or what-not. If a debate or RP or whatever gets going and continues on very well, chances are it won't be locked if it presents a problem.

That we are going round in circles is what bothers me, and that Grave and Idle asumed he won, when he hadnt. But thankyou mods for granting my request.
