The United States of Celsus
Good Afternoon Ladies & Gentlemen,

After being promised and denied democracy, free speech and political stability, my nation and I wish to leave The Chemistry of 923 immediately. Celsus believes in a region where democracy is not used a tacky ploy to attract nations. Celus believes in a region devoted to democracy, freedom of speech, and justice. Celsus believes it is 100% hipocritical to promise democracy and to:

1) Deny nations a vote on the governing body
2) Deny nations a vote on major regional, international and UN issues.
3) Refer to the region as "MINE".
4) Use my personal past against me because I made my opinions clear.

Tuesday Heights currently decides YOUR government, YOUR opinions, YOUR UN position and there is currently nothing YOU can do about it. My nation believes it is wrong to hide one's opinions and to sit back and take it. When my nation made it's opinions clear, Tuesday Heights, our unelected leader brought up my past regarding Studium and Eowyn. I was previously leader of both, but was forced to resign due to my busy personal schedule. It is totally wrong to believe that NationStates dictates the lives of us all. It doesn't - we all have our personal lives. It is totally unacceptable to use my personal life as a PUNISHMENT for expressing my views.

Celsus therefore plans to create a new region, where democracy is not a empty or cheap promise, but a way of life. The region is called The Democratic Alliance of Arcadia and I personally invite all nations to experience a true democratic and free region.

In Hope,

President Michael J. Cage

Due to the limitation of regional name length the new region will be called "The Alliance Of Arcadia".

Thank you,

President Cage

The Esanfrasenra of Dwingdon
Tuesday Heights, and anyone else that this applies to,

I, the Prime Minister of Dwingdon, will have to on this occasion will have to agree with Celsus. I'm sorry, but what you said makes no sense, how can it be a democracy if you are always in control? This region has little, if any democracy in it at all.

I know that you think I am doing it as a friend of Celsus in the real world, but, I have to agree with what he has pointed out, and what you seem to have missed. Also it is NOT right to point out his past, that is why he started again, to get a new beginning.

Tuesday Heights, on the World Factbook entry, it says we have freedom of speech, and internal political stability NONE of this is true. You are at heart a dictator, and nothing will change that, it even goes as far as to say they are upheld. They were all broken, when you wouldn't graciously pass on leadership to someone that was 'voted' by the people to be better than you for this region.

In conclusion, I would urge ANYONE, that feels the same way, to come to the Alliance of Arcadia, I will be leaving shortly, and hope that people can do the same. We, at Arcadia, will allow people to take delegacy at any time, and will hand over all powers to the delegate, because that is what the people want, and that is what does NOT happen here.

Thank you for my stay here, I found it very good, until I realised it is not a democracy.

Matthew Newton
Prime Minister of
The Esanfrasenra of Dwingdon

Celsus agreed not to post regional recruiting messages on my board once he left over our squabble on regional politics, but he has encouraged other members of his new region to do so without warning them.

Understood, but this is causing trouble in my region now, and the last I read the back-up is 4-5 days there.
