Mehmet Çeau was in the Hall of the Party in central Terevesti in the presidential Office. He was looking down on Provoçe Square. Cranes and construction sites were all over the city. He would see workers digging up the roads and moving building materials. New Trees were also being brought in to line the central boulavard. The country was well on the way to rebuilding itself. Billions of dollars was from lump sum payments of aide from friendly nations back in August but the cost of constructing entire cities was expensive and Mehmet hated the thoughts of borrowing money and having to pay it back. He seemed to have an instant aversion to offers and deals of loans he would accept nothing but free aide or nothing at all. To him Loans had the power to destory the country.
But there was still billions of dollars in aide and it was not ready to run out just yet. In the meantime his second in command Humar Maneci suggested he distract the population from thier problems with a state visit either he visit another country or another head of state visited Bulgislavia. Mehmet though on the idea.
He rememberd back to the days when Provoçe use to invite stalinist leaders and make them jelous of the stability and discipline of the people that the stalinist leaders would return to thier countries inspired and adopt Bulgislavian Legislation and Bulgislavian inspired laws. Mehmet wanted to have the same effect is almost excited him thinking about it and he might learn a thing or two from his guests.
He then phoned the foriegn ministry and asked them to send Invitation to all leaders that have the similar government system as Bulgislavia
