It was high time that The Hyperborians make peace with some nations. Time was diplomacy, which The Hyperborians were not prone to do. Ayame decided to use Diplomacy, which was the greatest weapon in The Universe.

Ever since the failed Invasion of The Star Wars Galaxy, The Hyperborians had been laughed at, called week.......all the while the Hyperborians saw the true Cowardice of The Terran Federation and The Chronosians.

To show them that Hyperboria was not weak, Ayame decided to send a Message to The Galactic Empire saying sorry for the invasion.

To: The Galactic Empire
From: Ayame Khan

We invite you to peace talks to show you that we are sorry for the Invasion of Your Galaxy, We needed a new home after The Cowards of The United Terran Federation drove us out. We only were forced to return after the last Khan,Alexandria, failed in the Invasion. We have decided for peace with you.

She hoped that they would listen

TO: The Excrement (aka Hyperborians)
FROM: Emperor Treize Kushrenada, Galactic Imperial Adviser

Your message has provided me with a good moments mirth. While I do not fully speak on behalf of the entire alliance, I am sure that my words will retain the collective spirit. Let it be known that each time any Galactic Imperial forces should ever come across the sight of any ships belonging to the Excrement that they will be destroyed with impunity and without pause, only to be wiped off our boots afterwards. You desire peace? You can have it when you and yours sleep beyond the grave.

Signed,
Treize Kushrenada

While we were at war once, it will never happen again. If we make peace, we shall help in ending The threat of The Rebels once and for all.

We find it amazing that Hyperboria had invaded the galaxy once before, yet still dares to ask for forgiveness. However, we admire their tenacity, and wish to let it be known that the official government position in this matter is that we push for peace. However, we will not help in annihilation of the rebels.

IMPERIAL ANNOUNCEMENT
From the Desk of the Galactic Emperor

http://images2.wikia.nocookie.net/starwars/images/thumb/2/2e/Imperial_Emblem.svg/120px-Imperial_Emblem.svg.png

The Galactic Empire will not sign a peace treaty against any foreign invader of our Galaxy, that has, is or will desire peace at any moment in past, present or future.

The Empire regards all formally or presently extra-galactic life, which trespasses upon our territory as a permanent threat, which must be neutralised at the earliest convenience of the Imperial Starfleet.

In regard to this position, the Galactic Empire will not recognise the peace offer of the Hyperborians, but will however invite them to surrender full location of all populated planetoids, asteroids, and fleet specifications and positions.

In the name of His Most Glorious Majesty, Remiel De Drakan, Emperor of the Chronosian Imperium, Warmaster of the Galactic Empire, Scion of Chaos, Most Adored and Beloved By All, this message is here presented;

The Excrement is unwelcome in any galaxy, unwanted in any swath of space. To look upon them is to gaze upon sub-human, alien, heathenish beings who wish only to despoil the purity of mankind, to subvert its divinely appointed rule over the stars.

As the cowardly and impotent servants of the Whore-Khan fled from one galaxy after another, so shall they be driven from Imperial Space if found. Any Excremental subject of the Whore-Khan found in the bounds of Imperial Space, shall be slaughtered, and his world of origin be destroyed.

You are weak rutting beasts, and we have had our fill of you and your inanity.

Consider this the final warning for all of your wretched cowardly and constantly failing breed.

From the Office of the President of Virgon
Ministry of Foreign Affairs

To Khan

CC: Emperor Vader, Courescant
CC: The Thrashian Empire
CC: Emperor Remiel, Chronosia Prime
CC: The Quorum of Thirteen, Caprica City Caprica

The President of Virgon, along with it’s cabinet is very pleased to hear that you nation as well as your leader have decided to pursue the noble virtue that is peace amongst those you wished to enslave and conquer.

However, your words seem hollow. As a child says they are sorry to get out of a punishment, so this government believes your leader Khan and your people to be doing. History has shown that your government and military often embark on ventures of war, for little to no apparent reason. We are grateful though that with as little foresight you have in reason for such aggression, that your leaders have the same attention to detail in battle strategies.

This office does not speak for the Galactic Empire, as we are only allied, nor does it speak for the United Colonies of Kobol, as this issue has not been addressed in the Quorum, nor by the Admiral of the Fleet, but this Colony would endorse your desire to peace if you proved yourself sincere.

Since your nation has yet to prove how it desires peace, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Virgon has come up with a path for you to do so. If you reject this, then you will show your true intentions of not desiring peace, and your gesture will be proven empty.

Khan, the leader of the Hyperbolian Empire will publicly denounce the previous action’s it’s government has taken in recent years, and will promise on Holo-net time that such a path was in folly. She will then list off her crimes against two galaxies, and submit herself to prosecution to an international court.

The Hyperbolian Empire will pay reparations for it’s aggression. Each building and ship destroyed will be reimbursed to the nation it was destroyed from, as well as will pay the full salary to each soldier, sailor, and citizen that was killed, to their surviving family members for the rest of their natural lives. Payment plans would be negotated by the assaulted nation.

The Hyperbolian Empire will immediately halt all production of military vessels, and aquiring them through sales transactions or trade, and will decommission no less than twenty five percent of their armed forces.

The Hyperbolian Empire will release all conquered territories that it has aquired back to it’s nation of origin.

The Hyperbolian Empire will sign a declaration of surrender to all nations it is currently involved in hostile actions with, unconditionally, as well as any unresolved yet non active wars.

We hope that your words are not hallow, and that your nation and leadership has not wasted the time of Virgon and it’s allies. Failure to respond to this letter will be seen as proof that your nation and leadership have proved futile in their quest for peace, and further wasted the time of this and many other governments.

Sincerely.

President Matthew Harkin.

The Ta'Nar ignored the message. They did not answer or even joke about it. They simply filed the message away and went on with other business. If the other nations were foolish enough to trust them, it would be time for the Ta'Nar to act but now was too early to do anything, even making longwinded speaches or composing missives that would be tossed aside.

OOC:

Just to point out, you stated you were driven from your homes yet you claim to live in 800 Delta Quad systems. This alone makes a bad IC point to us that you are lying.

As a piece of advice, in the future make sure your facts coincide with each other because any conflicts you accidently make reflect badly on your nation. If I told you I needed a new world because I was being chased out and then later told you I controlled almost a thousand worlds, you would not believe me in one or even both IC statements.

While it is understandable to make simple mistakes, something of this magnitude is beyond simple. Keep tract of your background and do not change them if you can avoid it at all possible.

Just some advice and not any sort of flame or troll. I am trying to help.

OOC: Maybe the Hyperborians are being evicted slowly by the UTF from their worlds, or maybe they include some left-over worlds from the invasion? Of course, it may be both or neither.

IC: We wish to support Orthodox Gnosticism's treaty. It is quite fair. However, we wish to respectfully point out that the amount of money this will cost the Hyperborians might well bankrupt them, and create a situation similar to the result of the ancient Versailles Treaty, but with less impact.

OOC:

The reason they invaded the SWG was because the Shivans chased them out of the MWG.

OOC: Might be my last big post for a bit. Finals are coming up, and I need all the time I can get.

IC:

Given that Admiral Cain is missing at the moment, I, Christiaan B. T. De Bruyn, will speak further on behalf of the United Colonies of Kobol as Admiral of the Fleet.

It has come to my attention that the Hyperborian Empire desires peace with the Galactic Empire. While not an explicit member of said organization, we have ties with it and as such I am qualified to speak on the terms recently propsed by our man from Virgon, Mr. Harkin.

As I review the combat logs from the events in Melida/Daan and the behavior of the Hyperborians as of recent, I have come to the following conclusion that we of the United Colonies must see additional evidence that the Hyperborian Empire is willing to commit itself to a sane and peaceful course of action before I have the United Colonies take action at this time.

Sincerely,

Christiaan Balthazar Theron De Bruyn
