President Janlah stood on his pedestal to announce his weekly announcement. He started to speak.
"As of today, Two million people have died in the country to the east that we control a quarter of, where we have Eight million Troops and are fighting an unrelenting barrage of enemy militia. This is a country that we have always wanted to keep an eye on, even prior to the Zansk republic. This Country is Mhoudia.
However, on Saturday, most of These Eight million troops will return home, and only two thousand will remain, as peacekeepers, in our allies the christians' sphere of influence.
We will hand over the capital, Mhoud, to our allies the Saint John's Army and they will establish it as their capital tomorrow. The next day the ground troops will leave while our air and artillery bombard the islamist Dar Ul Ummar one last time in their stronghold in the mountains of Karazistan, as we leave on hostile terms.
Our other allies, the Jayiries, are begging us to keep a few thousand troops in their territories but we fear that people will accuse us as occupation, as East Jayir has been claimed by us many times.
West Jayir, on the other hand, is non-negotiable. It is ours. We will fight until no-one doubts that.
We will support the Christians after our pullout and will defend them no matter what.
Let be this the start of a pan-gharrakan* peace."
