(OOC: If anyone who knew me previously is reading, I've pulled a total retcon of Toopoxia's past, essentially I'm starting again with this, ironically, when I was actually playing this game I struggled to quit, then when I did quit, I struggled to rejoin.)
A Message from the Toopoxican Fascist Party
It is my personal belief that the nations of the world are judged by their actions in their history, this may seem strange, as considering the context of this message in relation to Toopoxias own past you would be forgiven for leaving the rest of this message unread, but as with the misdeeds carried by past regimes you must consider the glorious actions Toopoxia has taken, as we consider the same deeds and misdeeds for the nations around the world.
IndentTo view Fascism in the same way, examining the corrupted and twisted meanings of bloodthirsty Reichs it is no surprise to me that Fascism has garnered the reputation it stands with on the world scene today, I ask you the worlds leaders to look again at Fascism as a whole history, not just to focus on those who have it twisted for their own power hungry means, but to examine along side it the Fascist States which have worked and progressed into peaceful States.
IndentI wish to refer to our own history, as a nation and goverment under scrutiny and examination today, we have tried the ideals of Democracy, as a peaceful united state we felt that to shun to Democracy was to shun superiority, instead we invited the ideals of corruption as our society quickly balkanised along the left and the right, our stability was destroyed by the order of Democracy and our Monarchy collapsed caught in midst of Communists and Nationalists, it was only the intervention of intelligent men we were saved, with the open option of the third path.
IndentI ask you to understand with this history in mind, that Fascism to us represents the relief of unity and stability, that this alone forgives us the misdeeds of other Fascist Regimes who may have dirtied our name.

A Message from the State
Democracy was introduced to the country Toopoxia in the early 1800's, as a way through the fuedalism of our Medieval cousins, of course this initial foray was harshly regulated by the Monarchy, only wealthy Land and Business owners were allowed a vote, the Proleteriat would have to wait another century for their opportunity.
IndentThis trivial knowledge put aside for a second, it was the phillosophy of Fascist scholar Luc Bessant who put forwards the eeringly approximate prediction for Toopoxia and presented the state with its option for salvation, to quote his famous work, Le jugement de l'intelligence-1897, "Understanding of the field is the key to success, I postulate, would you send a farmer to lead an army into battle when there is presented before a you great General? No, and in many other scenarios the answer remains, including when it comes to the choice of leadership, so would you have a farmer decide who to lead a people?" Luc Bessant's work would not see major popularity until the mid 1910's when the early skirmishes of the Civil War began, to expand upon this quote, Luc protests that the Toopoxican citizenship do not possess the qualifications to decided which leader would suit the purposes of the nation, and that as a result the final decision would come to whoever could appear to be the best candidate.
IndentHowever, I must stress that it is not only due to Political inexperience that the citizenship is denied their vote, during our bloody civil war our nation faced stressed collapse as the Communist and Nationalist parties violently fought to control Toopoxia, or rather the vote of the Toopoxican citizen, harkoning back to Luc Bessant's idea of who appeared as the best candidate , Fascism was presented to us as a means for peace, stability and the promise of continued existence.

A Message from the Society
I wasn't alive during the Civil War, and I wasn't there when we showed our ineptitude towards making decisions for ourselves, but I'm sure I would have cried to see our immaturity result in us losing a right we deserve, it's a single transgression we must live with, much like a child who has a toy removed from his cot, only good behaivour will see it return.
IndentWe're not ready yet, I see still the political idiocy of our majority, that would likely see a madman come to power, I realise the efforts the State has taken to encourage our own poltical intelligence, and infact several other independant movements to peacefully restore a democratic system through poltical expertise.
IndentI pray that, if not I, then my children, can partake in an election which see's our nations greatest leader rise to prominence, through our own understanding of the political situation.

As I have previously discussed, Toopoxia is now under your scrutiny, I encourage all nations to consider founding an embassy within Toopoxia, I understand, however, that primary concerns may be raised with our Political Union, thus at the very least I support your questioning of Toopoxia's moral ethics and political standing even if you may decide not to found an embassy here.

Whilst we encourage the opening of embassies in Toopoxia, we must advise that there are items banned from embassy usage, the use of firearms is strictly monitered, as such, an embassies Security Staff is limited to operating only Pistols (in the 9mm Caliber), Submachine Guns (in the 9mm Caliber) Non-Lethal Shotguns, Non-Lethal Tazer Guns and Type III Ballistic Vests.
IndentIt goes without saying that vehicles added to the Embassy Garage whose purpose is strictly offensive will be removed, you are permitted to use armoured vehicles so long as they do not include attached weapons of any kind.
IndentFor your own security, and that of others in the Toopoxican Embassy zones, Toopoxican Straznik Shtorma Soldiers will be placed at points exiting the embassy zones, parties leaving the Embassy zone will be required to provide an itenerary to these soldiers, and will have their vehicles and persons subject to a non-invasive search, otherwise Embassy Staff are free to roam.
