The door was suddenly opeaned by a female civil servant as the elected leader of The Holy Republic Of Paulna Mr.Gillon entered the grand announcement room in the leaders house to a flurry of camera flashes and focused media men.
The room fell silent as everyone took there seats and Mr.Gillon took to the stately pulpit.
‘ Citizens of the world. I am overjoyed with delight to announce the birth of a new nation, my nation, our nation, your nation. The Holy Christian Republic Of Paulna. Located in the Mediterranean sea and a member of The Genesis Federation, we are an island nation just below the Hellenic Republic Of Greece and The Republic Of Italy.

Our National Animal is the dolphin
Our Currency is The Velt
Our Leader is myself, Mr.Gillon
And Our Spirtual Leader Is Jesus Christ we are in full Spirtual Union With His Holiness Pope Benedict the 16th in The State Of Vatican City.
We have already stated that we will legislate tomorrow on compulsory voting for all our Paulnan Citizens and we are working to Establish our nation more.
We will have the most potent military force.
We will have the most excellent education system.
We will have the most wise Law Courts and Policing.
We will have the most effective and innovative health, science and research.
