Me and a couple of others have started up a RP and we are looking to populate it with others. I think the roleplay's got alot of promise and although we dont necessarily need other people to make it work, it would make things alot more interesting.
We already have a hub thread that should of done the job of recruiting, except well....It doesnt.
So what is this RP? Its a RP based around 1600 AD. Which war happened in the 1600's? The 30 year war. Basically the technology is very early napoleonic with medieval twists. Simple matchlock guns which are pretty rubbish but when amassed in large numbers begin to take its toll on the enemy. Theres also still alot of melee units in any formation, normally pikes, to supplement the ineffectiveness of the gun powder weapons of the time.
Our nations are based on a number of questions used in Europa Universalis 3. Basically this keeps each nation relatively balanced while giving the role player room to personalise the nation.
