Declaration of Unification

Let it be known, that on this 20th of January, two-thousand and seven years after the Birth of Christ, the Pictish Imperium (and its associated states), and the Sovereign Kiravian Colonial Empire have officially engaged in this Act of Unification, uniting both Empires under the single supreme Authority of the Silver Imperium.

This Declaration marks the official Union of both nations, as well as the official Founding of the Silver Imperium.

Let it also be known that previous diplomatic relations, alliances, trade deals, and other ties betwixt either Empire and a third-party state are retained in full by the state to which they were made. The Charter of the Kiravian Commonwealth remains in full Force and Validity. Both the Pictish and Kiravian seats on the UC High Council remain separate. Kiravian involvement in the CN remains independent.

The Silver Imperium

The Silver Imperium is open to any alliances, protectorates, trade relations, or Embassies that come its way. The best of luck is wished to the allies of both constituent nations.

The Pictish Imperium is honoured to confirm its act of unification with the Kiravian Empire, citing Pictavia to now be "The Silver Imperial Dominion of Nova PIctavia". All Sovereign Protectorates of the former Holy Imperium of Nova Pictavia remain under the watchful guidance of Pictavia, and now share brotherhood with the equivalent states of Kiravia as the Charter of the Pictish Imperium retains validity. May the birth of this new nation; The Silver Imperium mark the dawn of an age of unequivocal prosperity for all peoples of the Pictish and Kiravian Empires. Let it be known that all allies of Kiravia are allies of Pictavia, that all trade with Pictavia be trade with Kiravia and vice versa. Finally, let it be known that any threat to the Peoples of The Pictish or Kiravian Empires be recognized as a threat to The Silver Imperium as an entirety.

Our Pictish brothers and sisters speak the truth. There is no higher nor nobler purpose or duty bestown upon a government than the protection and welfare of its people. He has predicted that the "Silver Imperium" will not be able to stand the test of time, and has said that a normal complete alliance pact would have served the same purpose while retaining national sovereignty. By merging the two nations together, Nova Pictavia and the Empire of Kirav have sealed their fates as faltering states in a collapsing nation.

The Silver Imperium reminds Stoklomolvi that a nation is not only an economy and a military, but a state, a people, and a civilisation, the merging of which a mere treaty cannot achieve. Nonetheless we wish your FOreign Minister well.

Will there eventually be a common currency for the entire Silver Imperium? We here in Nosorepazzau believe that would be a splendid idea!

(OCC:If we do adopt a common currency each nation should have its own version(like the EU in RL. I love the EU even though I'm american is that weird?)
