We at the Delkorian Iron Works (http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showthread.php?t=528075) are interested in expanding our product line. However, to compete with foreign companies, we find that our products are lacking in more technical equipment. As our nation's industry is focused on mechanical and industrial production, we find that we lack in the technical and electronic area. Therefor, we are seeking contracts with foreign companies for the following components to be used with our products. Please keep in mind that we do not require state-of-the-art, just good equipment that would be combined in our final product to be passed on to buyers. We seek the following:

surface-to-surface radars
surface-to-air radars
fire/gun-control computers
surface-to-air missile launchers (VLS and twin-arm systems)
surface-to-surface missile launchers (VLS, single-arm, twin-arm, and canister systems)
CIWS, or similar systems
nuclear reactors (for providing power and propulsion)

For missile systems, we only require the launchers, not the missiles, as these will be provided by our buyers. Universial launchers only, please, that can fire most/any types of missiles. When making a bid, please provide as much information as possible. This is not first-come, first-serve. All bids will be considered. Thank you.

Having had good relations with Delkor in the past, Phoenix Dynamix is willing to share some of our mid-range weapons and fire control systems with Delkorian Iron Works. Our CIWS mounts, VLS systems and associated fire control computers will be offered to you. We will compile a report on the systems as well as prices for plans, production rights and other licensing for the equipment.
Also, we are willing to sell the designs for our higher-end nuclear reactor technology and we will compile a separate report for that.

Maximus Seville II, CEO Phoenix Dynamix,

I look forward to reading your report. Our prior relations with P.D. leads me to believe that this would be a great benefit for my shipyard.

Mixolidian,

Can you provide a list of possible equipment?

From left to right: Type 3.1, Type 3, Type 2.1, Type 2, Type 1
Phoenix Dynamix Close-in Weapons Systems
All systems are radar guided, use 5, 6 or 8 barreled Gatling-type rotary cannons, are salt-waterproof and have critical electronics encased in Faraday cages. We are still working out reasonable terms for pricing.

Type 3: The type 3 dual gun system is available with 25mm, 27mm, 30mm or 35mm Gatling-type cannons. The Type 3 CIWS has built in radar and computer systems and is capable of being mounted directly on top of a deck with no modifications to the hull. It is extremely effective and size efficient. In most cases one Type 3 system can cover the same area as two individual emplacements. The cannons are not independently targetable but the radar system can queue over 25 individual targets at a time.
The Type 3.1 system is identical to the Type 3 but it protrudes a bit under the deck plate to which it is mounted and also does not include an integral radar. Although this means the system must be tied into the ship's main radar or a secondary phased array system, the 3.1 is ideal for maintaining a low profile and helps to reduce radar cross section.
Type 2:The Type 2 is the most advanced fully self-contained CIWS we can offer you. It is available in 20mm, 23mm, 25mm 27mm or 30mm and is a highly versatile platform. In addition to automatic radar CIWS defense, the Type 2 CIWS can be fitted with LADAR, FLIR, and optical tracking systems for use as an anti-aircraft gun. The Type 2 was designed to be installed with an ample under deck protrusion, but we also have the Type 2.1 which can be mounted above deck with no protrusion.

Type 1: The Type 1 system is a basic self contained CIWS available in 25mm or 30mm. Although its on board radar is very basic, it can be linked with a ship's main radar system or a secondary system to boost effectiveness. The type 1 has an extremely shallow under deck protrusion but that is the only way it can be mounted.

VLS systems

One cell, many uses.
Phoenix Dynamix Vertical Launching Systems can be quickly configured to fire a variety of missiles. In the most basic configuration, each cell can fire a single large diameter cruise missile such as the SS-22-N, BGM-5, or BGM-6 or large SAM like the SA-102. It can even fire small SLBMs. In another configuration it can hold a trio of SM-3 missiles, SA-101, tomahawk cruise missiles, harpoon, exocet or simmilar anti-ship missiles. This is all capable within the same framework which includes watertight cells with automatic missile doors and seals. The Phoenix Dynamix VLS system can be mounted on everything from small missile boats to submarines and huge battleships.
Fire control computers
Phoenix Dynamix fire control systems and weapon computer have been developed alongside their respective weapons platforms and are among the most advanced in the world.
We can offer:

Mk 901 CIWS radar environment system
Mk 58 Gun Director
Mk 18 VLS Launch Computer

We are interested the the 'Type 3' 35mm CIWS, Mk 901 CIWS radar environment system, Mk 58 Gun Director , Mk 18 VLS Launch Computer, and Phoenix Dynamix Vertical Launching Systems. We would also like a contract to purchase this equipment in bulk to use in constructing new warships in our shipyard.

That can be easily arranged. I will set up a meeting with my associate Robert Mermillion and he will work out a pricing and payment plan with you.

OOC: I really have no idea what to charge for those , so can we just say its a nice chunk of change and leave it at that ?

Various Dian Military Grade Companies in Consortium are willing to provide any lacking components on production partnership or export arrangement.

While mix and matching components is possible, for interoperability many of the systems should be consistent to maximize efficiency of the systems.

The Consortium in respect to your request feels that Sensor Systems, Electronics and Nuclear Propulsion and Electric Generation are best suited for export markets.

The Dian Military, which 99% of all weapon systems are supplied to has non standard ammunition sizes including missle sizes, so unless your purchases is willing to conform to Dian ammunition sizes and types our weapon system components will not be of much use.

ICCD has very advanced computer systems, programs in the military field and while all those systems are not available for export some of them may be.

Each component partnership would be dealt with individually, while export arragement for compents would be on a per purchase basis. Outright production rights on the component could also be arranged.

Because of the vast number of weapon system available to the Dian Military Goods Consortium, it would be best to make specific inquiries as to the requirements of your systems.
