VLT Automotive Group N.V. is always interested in acquiring additional assets. This not only means we are interested in buying automobile manufacturers, but also engine manufacturers, automotive electronics companies and parts distribution corporations. In this brochure, we will be explaining you why your company should join VLT Automotive.

Who is VLT Automotive?

VLT Automotive is one of the world’s largest automobile manufacturers. With an annual profit approaching 5 trillion USD, and sales around 550 Million units annually, VLT cannot be neglected on the Automotive market. Grand Duke Koen van Luxemburg of Van Luxemburg owns the majority of shares in VLT Automotive, with the Van Luxemburgian Government owning all remaining shares. As an N.V. not noted on the Stock Market, VLT cannot be bought by any foreign conglomerate, meaning a safe and stable future for your company.

VLT Automotive was founded in 1946, and has produced a successful model range ever since. Since 1995, VLT also has the licenses to domestically produce all cars destined for the Van Luxemburgian market, meaning VLT has almost got a monopoly on homeland sales. When your company is taken up by the VLT Automotive Group, you will also be offered a vast new market: Van Luxemburg. With total annual sales exceeding 180 million, and still rising, Van Luxemburg is an excellent opportunity for any VLT Automotive subsidiary.

Why VLT Automotive?

There are a few reasons why you should join VLT Automotive:

- A stable new market: Van Luxemburg
- Access to VLT technology and engines
- A certain degree of independence guarantees your identity
- VLT-allocated budgets allow for better cars
- VLT stands for good treatment of your employees
- Better for your economy, since VLT will produce most cars destined for your markets in your own nation
- VLT Automotive is always expanding, meaning new markets will be opened up continually
- We pay for the acquirement of your company in lucrative amounts, related to the size of your company.

How to join VLT Automotive?

Dear Sir,

We appreciate your proposal. After some studying of business details, we have been talking with both the Board of Managers and the Grand Duke of Van Luxemburg, we have decided to offer your company $300 billion USD, in order for it to become part of the VLT Automotive Group N.V.

If the offer is accepted, Afterburner Automotive will become part of the VLT Automotive Group. It's current model range is guaranteed to run on in it's current form, for at least 3 years. All next facelifts will then be done by VLT's Centro Stile, making use of Afterburner's history and identity.

- Bar-Hahs
- ViZion
- Lost $1.2 million USD, 73,310 sells last year
- Owned by Johnson Motorworks, this small brand is an entry-market manufacture that sells cars ranging from $7,000 USD to $24,000 cars and small crossovers.

Johnson Motorworks is looking to cut its losses, wishing to sell this small brand to you for $5 million USD, while Bar-Hahs is looking to have a different management that will put more money into it to improve its product line and help it become a larger, profitable company for the first time in the past 7 years, when it recorded a $252,000 profit and sold 152,631 cars in ViZion.

Currently, the cars it sells:
Kay - $7,000-$10,000 subcompact; 35% of its sales
Chase - $11,000-$16,000 sport-oriented compact sedan/coupe/hatch; 10% of its sales
Discu - $14,000-$21,000 midsize budget family sedan; 35% of its sales
Pierre - $18,000-$24,000 small 5-passenger crossover; 20% of its sales, only profitable car

Addressed to Kristin Becker, VLT Automotive N.V.
Addressed from Anatol Suslov, 'Electrikwerke' Vehicle Electronics
Subject Offer

Esteemed members of the Board,

As the domestic car market in Russkya wanes in favour of overseas imports, barring three "maschinafabrika," one of which is owned by the government, the automotive electronics firm "Electrikwerke" is being offered for sale to VLT Automotive N.V.

From 2007-2008, the firm amassed some 8.7 billion dollars in profit. This was due to proliferation of electronically adjusted drivetrain and suspension components amongst "Maschinafabrika Kasturiya" designs as well as aftermarket upgrades to car radio and audio systems, instrument panels, and a six speed semiautomatic gearbox variable system featured in three of four 2007 designs from "Maschinafabrik NATIONAL" facilities.

The extensive fabrication, distribution, and logistics network under the control of "Electrikwerke" would be a boon to VLT Automotive N.V.'s ability to produce quality electronic systems of all kinds for the domestic and export automobile markets.

All the best,

Dear Sir,

We appreciate your proposal. After some studying of business details, we have been talking with both the Board of Managers and the Grand Duke of Van Luxemburg, we have decided to make a bid of 85 billion dollars, in order for Electrikwerke to become part of VLT Automotive. We believe this will be a very useful addition to our inventory, seeing we currently lack infrastructure to be almost completely self-sufficient, which is a thing we are currently aiming for.

If the offer is accepted, Electrikwerke will become part of the VLT Automotive Group. It's technology will be used in VLT's products, and therefore be distributed all around the globe.

Esteemed members of the Board,

All members and employees of Electrikwerke are pleased to hear of your new acquisition and look forward to improving VLT's standing in the global market. The very generous bid of eighty-five billion far outweighs what the regional rival was offering, and when combined with the high regard in which VLT and indeed, Van Luxemburg itself is held, the offer has been accepted.

From: Harry Calhoun, Arthur Automotive

Dear Ms. Becker,

Arthur Automotive is an electric car manufacturer based in Hitchin, Havl. I founded Arthur in 2004 to produce alternative-energy automobiles. The company was forced to become state-owned in 2005, although I was able retain creative control of the brand and its products. Since that time, Arthur has served as the national vehicle of Havl. We provide 100% of the nation's service and support vehicles.

We produce one commercial model at a time. Our current model, the Arthur v8, has been in production since January of this year. The v8 will be the last Arthur vehicle powered by a traditional battery system before we implement a regernative power system. As well as being ubiquitous in Havl, the v8 has been sold in almost 20 countries on four continents, including Van Luxemburg.

Arthur v8 specifications
Motor: three-phase, four-pole electric
Power: 235 hp (175 kW)
Max RPM: 11,000
Max torque: (180+ ft-lb) is made from 0-5,500 RPM
Efficiency: 90% average, 85% at peak power
Top speed: electronically limited at 200 km/h (124 mph)
Range: 250 miles (400 km)
Battery: Lithium ion
Weight: 3,000 lb (1,360 kg), centered
Rear wheel drive
Available as a 2-door or 4-door coupe, and a 4-door wagon.

Arthur has always been motivated by the promise of advancing technology. However, as demand for our product has increased, the majority of our funding has shifted from research and development to production. We no longer have the budget to invest in the science of discovery. We cannot afford to invest in unproven ideas. Therefore, in order to move forward, we need a partner in production and development.

Our next project concept is a continuously variable motor that does not require a standard transmission. As partners, Arthur and VLT can share new research and development results, as well as all previous Arthur technology. VLT and Arthur have a proven relationship in the Motorola VLT-Arthur SuperFormula racing team. I believe this partnership could work on a global scale to produce better, more efficient electric vehicles.

Arthur Automotive would like to become a technological partner and member of VLT Automotive Group. VLT would receive production rights to the v8, as well as all future Arthur models. In return, Arthur Automotive would receive a research and development budget, as well as a percentage of global sales.

I await your reply.

Dear Sir,

We appreciate your proposal. We can indeed understand the problems you face; we ourselves have found these problems too, due to our international expanse. Therefore, we are very interested in your offer, but also because it gives us the chance to profilate ourselves as a 'green' marque on markets that desire these actions.

Concluding our considerations, we would greatly desire the cooperation with Arthur on a worldwide scale. Arthur would receive an R&D budget from VLT, who will market the vehicle worldwide. We propose that Arthur receives 40% of the global sales, as well as an R&D budget of at least $100 billion USD.
