Emporer Horace Oswald the Third died today leaving behind no Heir to the thrown. The Sithin Council is torn over who should succeed him, and some argue on wheather or not to abolish the old system all together and hold elections.

Several Prominant war commanders claim to have a right to the thrown, and it looks as if The Sith Clan could be on the Brink of Civil-war.

The Errikan Empire expresses its most sincere feelings over the death of your ruler, and sends condolences to his family. We also express our hopes that your current situation can be resolved peacefully.

OOC: Could you provide a list of factions involved (with descriptions)?

ooc; well basically all we have is the Sithin Council (made of 30 members) 7 want to start a more democratic form of government (with a president), 3 think the council itself should be the sole ruleing force, 10 support Head of Intelligence Faren Moulder as the New leader, though he does not wish to take the responseability. and the other ten have their various proposed candidates and systems.

As for the military factions:

The Grand Army wishes to put Commander Singleton as the new Emporer, the navy/ marines wishes Admiral Abrux to be the Emporer, and thats really it.

The councils heated debate over the future of The Sith Clan was interrupted by a large man bursting through the door.

"Councillmen, Commander Singleton is here, He demands to be involved in this debate."He grunted.

"Fine send him in" Replied one councill man. Shortly after The commander enterd and sat in a swivle chair.

ooc: if you want to role play a councilman let me know. If you want to role play some outside influence that'll work as well.

Regarding who Bomble wishes to see running your nation, we are undecided. Of course any right-wing candidates are looked upon more favourable than their left-wing counterparts. There is simply not enough information to make a decision.

ooc: i know not enough info. Basically, do we want elections for a president (candidates undetermined as of yet) or do we want Commander Singleton (Grand Army Commander) who favors sticking to the old regime, and the Constitutional Monarchy Like government previously held, or Admiral Abrux(Navy/Marine Commander) Who is more interested in Aboloshing the council and Having Supreme Power.

ooc:oh and also those who belive the council shall rule. I wont go into depth on their politicle views because, frankly i'm not sure they would all openly reveal that. If you ask questions -IC- they will be answerd.

I am Kis Jasui the royal messenger of The Imperial Force of Aiej. Instead of fighting over who should be leader, make a family member the leader and we can start an alliance with eachother. With that the oldest male of that new ruler would marry Emperor Joseph the third's daughter, Serena Lauren Imari Stargill Thomas. I hope you do this because you will fall without help.

We would do this, as has been the case for centuries. But Horace Oswald had no remaining relatives. He was the last of the line. Ever since his only child died in the Sith Civil War.

why don't you have a Council and a President

Previously we had a Council and a Hereditary leader. This has proven to be a good system. However with the death of Emporer Ozwald, their is no heir and so it is under debate whether we should continue the System.

The council announced that they have decided that they will continue the constitutional Monarchy style government. They are currently deciding who the new Leader will be.
