OOC: This is a training battle with Calerman and Tundra before they go to war with the Oscean federation side by side, they are using an island of the coast of the nation Blancmanges for the training operation. Each side is putting small bean bags into there guns, and using large paintballs for explosions, if a soilder is hit, he is taken off of the island. Its about 96 miles long, and 112 wide. The island is all Jungle, and is very mountanious, Tundra is holding the island, and Tundran forces have built two airfields. And a port for there fleet, Calermanian naval forces are ready to strike the island, Tundran armies dont know where...it begins the next morning

IC: A Tundran scout was protrolling around a quarry looking with benoculars for the Calermanians, off in the distance he counted 12 Calermanian ships, and ran back to the nearest Tundran HQ. He got there and alerted his fellow soilders, they prepared defences, it was perfect, two Huge mountains were next to the quarry where Tundran High command believed they were landing. 24 Heavy artillery guns were placed on each mountain making a total of 48 guns. They were loaded up and dug in on the, two mountains, luckily covered up by the foilage of the Jungle so the Calermanian Navy ships couldnt see them, then about 1,673 Tundran snipers crawled up into the trees on the treeline right off of the shore, from there they began to pick off pilots, they took about 234 of them, due to the distance they were tough shots. The pilots who were hit were now done already for the entire conflict, then they ceased fire, and moved to new positions so that Calermanian landing forces didnt know where they were, the snipers waited for the landing force, quiet as mice, they silently breathed and sat in the trees... almost invisble from the view at the beach

IC: From the top of a control tower of a Calermanian Aircraft carrier a officer looks out to see the beach area before launching the landing crafts. The Officer sees nothing, and orders 6 landing crafts to go to the beach. The landing crafts contain about 15 - 20 soldiers. Once they reach the beach they find cover and send in a message to bring in more soldiers. The Calermanian Soldiers hold Position till the renforcements arrive.

IC: The snipers watched as the Calermanian troops landed on the shore but didnt want to give away there posiiton and watched as the enemy took cover. Due to there hieght above the Calermanian troops, staying put was a stupid move, as they were as clear as day to the Tundran snipers. The snipers began picking off the Calermanian expedition force, starting with the officers. Then the lead sniper, and the most experinced one, radioed how many Calermanian troops landed and then counted how many more landing craft were coming, after he did that he took a shot off of a younger Calermanian soilder, the Calermanian dissapointed that he was out of the excersise already. The Tundran soilders picked off about 94 of the original force, and those troops that were hit (remember the bullets arent real, and if your hit, your out of the excersise) stood up, and waited for the second wave of landing craft, so they could load onto those and head back to the fleet. Tundran snipers could no longer see the remaining invasion force as they now found better cover. So the snipers started firing at the soilders coming in the landing craft, before they even landed...

IC: The Calermanians report that there are snipers in the area, a lot of snipers. The Calermanian troops start rapidly shooting in the area hoping they hit the snipers. As they call for air support to start firing at The dense forest. The Calermanian Officers in the Carrier are at lookout for snipers.

IC: The Tundran snipers came under heavy fire from the helicopters. Still firing, and hitting most of the 2nd wave. They lowered there bodies a bit so most of the bean bags missed, about 456 of, the original 1,673 were hit and began to make there way back as they were done now. The Tundran lead sniper took one last shot, and hit the driver of a landing craft, therefore he had to let go of the wheel since in war he would have been killed. The craft went out of control, and hit another, in real life they decided the craft would have blown up, so both of the craft had to turn around and head back to the fleet. Then The Tundran Lead sniper gave the command to fall back, the Tundran snipers quietly crawled down, and ran back. As they were running back they could still hear bullets hitting the trees, and knew they escaped successfully. Then they formed a collem and quickly, also quietly moved towards the nearest outpost to the North....

IC: The Helicopters are still firing at the treese for about 10 minutes. Then land and give the report to the Aircraft Carrier, The carrier orders the helipoter to return to the Helipad and load up with 6 troops. All 5 helicopters gather 6 troops and start flying back and forth. The Calermanians get up to 1,500 troops at the beaches. They begin to make camp, reload, gather supplies, and prepare to head north into the dense jungle.

IC: From atop the mountains near the quarry where the first engagement took place, the dug in artillery brigades reported the Calermanian positions on the beach saying there were quite a bit of them now, and they were still sending reinforcements. Another thing they noticed was that the lead carrier was the nerve center of there organization. A squad of 13 Sabers fueled up, and got there missles loaded. Then they flew off the Western Tundran airfield ready to strike. In about 12 seconds they saw the Calermanian landing party, and shot about 3 Tanks that had just landed, the tanks got covered in paint, some of the paint hitting Calermanian infantry, everything that was hit awaited pick up by the next helicopter to head back. The Sabers slowed speed, and lowered alltitude. They launched the paintballs at the Carrier, most of the paint hit the anti-air guns, also a lot of it hitting the deck, they estimated it would take about a day to repair, and that would take away most of the Calermanian air power. The Sabers flew back with lightening speed to the airfield, and landed smoothly. Also, back up in the mountains, command sent five anti-armor squads to deal with the helicopters. They came from the Western Mountain, where about 60 yards from the Calermanian camp, they took good solid cover. Two of the squads fired covering a helicopter in paint, it landed on the carrier, never to take off again. The squds rolled to the left, another two firing on another helicopter flying in, that one too covered in paint. The rocket squads thought that was good, and walked quickly but stayed low back to the mountain.

IC: The Calermanian troops now know that air support is useless angainst Sabers. So the Calermanian troops start to move up farther into the dense forest. They are sure to watch out for any movement. On the third landing area they send ten squads of 10 out of the denser part of the jungle and go into clearings. Also every base is getting Far ranged artillrey. The Calermanians will continue up the jungle prepared to meet any Tundran Personal.

Squad A - 340 troops

Squad B - 230 troops

Squad C - 300 troops

IC: Tundran lookouts see the Calermanian battallions moving into the jungle, from atop the mountains. They report that about 800 of them were moving forward. Also, seeing that some of them were moving towards the mountains, Tundran command quickly thinking gave a speical order. First about 123 gliders took off from the southern airfield, flying low so that the aircraft carrier wouldnt see them, Gliders are aircraft that makes no noise waht-so-ever, purposely crashed into jungle that was about a mile ahead of all Calermanian battalions. It was engineers that dropped in from the Gliders, they began placing landmines then covering them up with dirt and samll patches of leaves, they did it quickly and quietly. The new mine fields made a huge circle around the camp and marching battalions. All three squads were headed straight towards mine fields and had no possible idea they were there. Then the engineers fell back, and began to build camoflaged bunkers, and fortifications. Back on the mountain it was time, first the artillery soilders buried the guns even more, so that the light when the guns fired wouldnt show, and scattered the guns so it looked like the fire was coming from all directions, and they couldnt report the coordiantes, and fire back. After the digging was done, the artillery began to ring out from all over, and the Calermanian new HQ was in total dissmay and dis organization they scattered around to aviod the paint. The guns fired quickly and accurately, much of the Calermanian troops and equipment decimated. The Calermanians lost about 823 soilders from three barages...

IC: A Calermanian caught a glimse of a Glider plane crashing close to the trees and ordered all battalions to hold positions. The Calermanian respone is to at least take control of one area of battle, as Air is controled by Tundra, so now Sea shall be controled by Calerman. The Calermanian Main fleet will send the entire fleet to hunt and destroy the Tundran Fleet. Since we have No idea where the fleet is it'll be a rough chance of attack on the Tundrans. On Land, The Calermanian squads try to meet with each other to wait for tundran soldiers. As 3 helicopters also prepare for the attack.

IC: The view from the mountains aided Tundra greatly, especially since the Calermanians had no idea they were garrisoned up there. The radios were hot with new messages, as Tundran scouts cponstantly reported new action. Reports of helicopter activity were recieved, and Sabers began to fuel up. Also views of the Calermanian feet steaming North of the island were also reported, the Tundran fleet consisted of 3 aircraft carriers, 8 battleships, and 1 submarine. The submarine lead the way scouting, then wiring information back to the main fleet. Tundran command had no idea of the battalion's movements due to the foilage, and engineers stopped building and advanced forward silently, and quickly as they thought the mines would have gone off by now they moved to investigate, but once again did it carefully and silently, at all times watching for anything suspicious. Night fall begins to take place....

From the view in the Mountain, Tundran lookouts see the Calermanian soilders getting ready to leave, and begin celebrating with cheers, and high fives, then they rush down on both of the mountains, and the engineers rush forward after they hear the reports of good news. There they met thye Calermanian forces and hugged them saying "Good fight" or "Ill be honored to know yoiull be fighting on our side" The Tundran troops march for the fleet wich is now docked at a city after Calerman's surrender and begin to load up on the ships for there return home
