I'm sorry, I made a mistake in typing. I meant II threads, which are International Incidents threads. Yes... I like biscuits, but what does that have to do with anything?

Moved, because asking about how to start roleplays in II is really not a question you should be asking in General. Trying asking the folks in II, since they're your target audience and likely to know more about roleplaying in II.

1. Read the stickies if you haven't already.
2. Take some time writing the OP. Make it enjoyable to read.
3. Commiting some atrocities on your people generally ensures a decently long lasting RP.
