The Government quickly released a press release to the general public, authorizing the following...
The following uses of water shall be directly authorized by the Inner Offices of Duzitikki as long as water is recycled;
Hydroponics for any medical information and recerational uses of Marijuana as long as taxes are paid per a gallon of water, and that all water is recycled and filtered. Only 22 crops of Marijuana are allowed to be issued per a month, yielding no more then 1 tonne of marijuana's final product. Distribution is unregulated.
Processing of X, ecstasy, E, E Bombs shall be granted a limited license by the government for the sheer use of medical and recerational and no exceptions shall be granted per the usage of water determined by the Government. Taxes will be paid in full per a gallon of water and shall be filtered and recycled. Distribution is unregulated.
Processing of any derivative of cocaine or the cocoa leaf shall be granted a full license to allow medical and recerational use, to the general public. Per every 500 pounds, a fee of 950 credits shall be required to keep any company that makes cocaine or any other derivative under regulation 9.68.005 (DUZITIKKI REG). Distribution is unregulated.
By these regulations, Duzitikki recongizes and fully understands that the drugs above, have safe recerational uses and medical uses and relaxes the regulations on them and will always consider the safety above anything of it's citizens. Duzitikki, wishes that the record will reflect, that taxes will be assesed also on the market of the following drugs to the general public.
Duzitikki makes one annecodation, any country or civillian within a country with or without treaty, shall accept any order for any product that was grown/manafacturered within Duzitikki to be shipped outside by private military/governmental carrier. Any forms of payment shall be taken included bartering. Reciever shall be responsible for all laws and parachuting shall be permitted from air to drop items.
