The corporation will be doing some in-country contracting for awhile till I decide what to do with them. The person who owns it has far too many connections for a setback like this to close it down.

Do you need the propaganda boost from not "stooping to their level"? Then worry no more nations of the world! Our nation has no laws regarding the treatment of un-authorized non-citizen criminals! Realizing the amazing opportunity this afforded, our CEO quickly bought one of the smaller islands in the chain and set up a facility (Currently covering 3.1 acres, and further expansion is planned) for the internment, execution and/or interrogation of whoever our clients deem fit. We currently offer several services for all your clandestine torture needs. It is preferred that you send an advisor to oversee your targets. Sodium thiopental factory currently under construction. We offer free disposal services for any and all bodies.
Hard labor:50$ per person, one time price. These prisoners will be kept at our facility and used for cheap labor. Under certain circumstances female prisoners will be slated for other duties.
Facilities only: (BYO interrogators/supplies) 15,000 US$+$50 per person , no restrictions/questions.
Level 1 interrogation: Mostly psychological torture and starvation/deprivation of sleep, low level electroshock available. Forced exposure to live feeds of higher level targets. Leaves no scars or physical evidence. 10,000 US$+100 per person per month.
Level 2 interrogation: High level electroshock and minor injuries. (fingers in vices/low level burns etc.) Minor broken bones and scars probable. Low levels of LSD available. 15,000+100 person/month
Level 3 interrogation: Wide uses of Burns/brands, high level electroshock, crushing of entire hands/feet and possible separation of digits/ears. Females often fare very badly as the guards are less supervised at this level. Low levels of LSD used, high levels available. (Risk of death projected at .5-2%) 18,000+200 per person/month
Level 4 interrogation: Minimum 4wks confinement, incisions along the skin available on request. Whippings and dousings available/possible amputation of hands/feet and/or acid baths. (Currently testing hallucinogenics for use at this level) (ROD projected at 5-10%) $20,000+250 per person/month
Level 5 interrogation: Minimum 2 months confinement. Chemical/biological weapons authorized, incisions intentionally infected, mutilation. (ROD projected at 35% after 3 months, 60% after 6) 30,000+300 per person/month (Extra price is for the expense of medical care at this level, keeping these people alive isn't cheap.)
Humane execution: Single shot to the head with a high caliber revolver/rifle. $150+$10 for every person over 10.
Inhumane execution: Method must be specified. Base price at $200+50 per every person above 10
