Attention: Now enroll in our Golden Market Card, for a yearly fee of $20,000 US you'll recieve a 5% discount.

Attention: Due to a major raid by Leafanistani National Police we have lost the capability to produce certain heavy equipment. We will find alternatives to supply to you soon.

Universal Exports

IC: Welcome dictators, religious extremists, 'special interest groups', corporations who want to redefine 'corporate responsibility', crime bosses and anyone else, to Universal Exports, a cover-name for the Republic of the Red Islands. Thanks to your patronage we have finally achieved the ultimate goal of our organization, the capture of islands in the Galation Archipelago, and we are now an independent country. We manufacture and import, our specialty being small arms and light ground vehicles, though our other products aren't too shabby. Take advantage of our low prices and give us production rights to certain weapons, sell us weapons, you can earn money from us too! We even sell human resources.

We'll ship from our own freighters (disguised of course if you wish). All sales are secret.

We will sell to anyone.

[END INTRODUCTION]

OOC: Discounts do not add up, if you forget to include them we won't do it for you. As usual, this is a DYOM, Do your own Math. I do check up on math occasionally, if you have cheated me, expect a swift ban and a I'll probably make one last shipment with a 35 kiloton nuke. I've made an example of one person already by nuking them.

Corporate Alliance items are CA viewable only.

Delivery Vehicles

Unless otherwise specified, you need a way for your weaponry to arrive on destination. Besides our collection of Scuds, we have special ways of transportation that don't fit well anywhere.

Towed Scud

Developed by the Soviet Union to allow their ships and submarines to rapidly deliver Scud Ballistic Missiles to their target without building specialized ships, these quickly found their ways into North Korean, Chinese, and Argentinean hands. They can fit a single Scud and can go up to 50 meters below the ocean surface. The ship must surface to allow this to fire. First the bottom ballast fills with water to right the vessel, then the top opens, and the Scud fires, destroying the vessel. The line must now be detached to allow the dead weight to sink. These are single use.

$90,000 US each

Nuclear Threats

Uraninite

This is where Marie Curie found her radium, and this is a terribly dangerous radioactive mineral, good for cheap dirty bombs, and can be refined into fissile material. Shipped in a max of 200 kilograms.

$45 US per kilogram

Pure U-238

Highly radioactive, extremely dense, and dangerous, it's price is dropping dramatically due to large finds of uranium ore throughout the world. It is shipped vacuum sealed in argon and in amounts no greater than 200 kilograms at a time. Good for dirty bombs, incapable of nuclear fission. Contains trace amounts of U-235, impractical for use in gas centrifuges.

$1 US per gram of U-238

Pure U-235

This is the motherlode, it is extremely rare fissile material, perfect for a dirty bomb or a nuclear reactor, or even a workable bomb, implosion or gun type. Is not shipped in amounts exceeding 25 kilograms.

$75 US per gram of U-235

NW-590 Tactical Nuclear Warhead

Stolen from old Soviet Confederation and Leafanistani stocks, this is a fully operation but dated 12 kiloton yield implosion type plutonium nuclear weapon. Small, but packs quite a punch.

$150,000,000 US each

Kraven Tactical Nuke

35 kilotons of destructive power. It is salted with Cobalt to spread more gamma radiation.

$1,125,000,000 US each

Biological Threats

E. Coli

Escherichia coli is a common tool used in Microbiology and this deadly strain was taken from a stool sample after 15 people died at a salad bar from contamination. This strain is highly virulent and can kill within days though it is easily susceptible to antibiotics. The only reason it killed 15 people was because they thought it was simple food poisoning, however, it rapidly went into septicemia and caused multiple organ failure. Good for contaminating the waters with.

4 tubes of nutrient broth teeming with E. Coli.

$230 US each

S. typhimurium

Also known as Salmonella enterica, it is common in food poisoning and this particular serovar causes typhoid fever. Was used in an unsuccessful terrorist attack on salad bars sickening hundreds but with no fatalities. With better planning especially targeting children or perhaps livestock you too can cause havoc.

4 blood agar plates with S. typhimurium cultures

$670 US each

Kraven DNA

Wanted to know the secrets behind what made Kraven troopers some of the most dangerous and feared warriors ever? The secret lies in their DNA, and thanks to recent disruptions in Red Tide we've obtained a sample of flesh and extracted a full DNA sequence of Kraven Capitol Police trooper's DNA, and using PCR we have duplicated it. Now it is offered on the international market.

A 30 ml tube frozen in Liquid Nitrogen containing billions of strands of DNA in a neutral saline solution.

$2 million US, a small price for the power of Kraven.

Chemical Threats

The weapons offered here are available in 4 different forms:

Cluster Bomb (560 bomblets): $450,000 US each
Artillery Shell: $200,000 US each
Canister Grenade (Specify NATO or WP standard): $200 US each

Packages

Warrior-Slave Legion Package

Differing from the normal Slave Legion Package, this Legion only consists of those who are brain damaged, either from birth, or from the forced lobotomies we have to give them to control them. Not as effective at range compared to the normal Slave Legion, we have given them different weapons to compensate. They require far more handling by the Cohorts but can still manage to be an effective fighting force.

-500 Light Legionaries (Woodland Camo, 1x PPsH-41 SMG, 1x Bayonet)
-500 Assault Legionaries (Woodland Camo, 1x Mossberg 590 Pump Shotgun)
-122 Cohorts (Woodland Camo, 1x SR-762, 1x Bayonet, 1x R-9 Revolver, 1x Control Circuit, 1x Whip)
-1 Legionaries' Commander (Woodland Camo, 1x AK-47, 1x Bayonet, 1x 9mm Glock, 1x Control Circuit)

-40 Ural 4320 6x6 Truck (Capacity 28, 25 Legionaries, 3 Cohort Trainers)
-1 Sungri Scout (1x Kalashnikov PK MG)

$50,000,000 US

NOTE: Limit 3 per customer per order per 2 years

Slave Legion Package

A fully equipped and staffed Legion will ensure your dominance. Cheaper than ordering individual Legionaries and their commanders, it comes with vehicles to drive them across the territory they are conquering. Add heavy armor and new weapons if you wish to improve their capabilities.

-900 Infantry Legionaries (Woodland Camo, 1x AR-550 Assault Rifles)
-100 Assault Legionaries (Woodland Camo, 1x MG-560 Light Machine Guns, 1x R-9 Revolver)
-20 Legionaries' Cohorts (Woodland Camo, 1x SR-762 Designated Marksman's Rifle, 1x FMK-3 SMG)
-1 Legionaries' Commander (Woodland Camo, 1x M4 Carbine, 1x 9mm Glock Pistol)
-Total: 1021 Legionaries

125x BCT-50 MAAV (Mass Armored Assault Vehicle)
25 Sungri Scouts (1x Kalashnikov PK MG)

$60,000,000 US

NOTE: Limit 2 per customer per order per 2 years

Pelagic Escort Package

Designed to keep shipping lanes safe or provide rapid interdiction, this will keep the open seas safe; for you. It provides an Escort Carrier with torpedo biplanes and ASW helicopters. Two frigates will ensure that submarines stay far away.

While the Po-2 is outdated, its slow speed ensures that most mechanical gunsights will not be able to lock onto the target and will let your planes get close to drop dangerous torpedoes.

Service in the Groznyi conflict shows that these are far more effective than originally thought and sunk a large amount of enemy submarines keeping the 150,000 marines in the landing force safe.

1x Long Island class Escort Carrier
-6x Po-2 Light Torpedo Biplanes
-2x An-2 Biplanes Torpedo Bombers
-4x Mi-14 Haze-A ASW Helicopter
2x Krivak class Frigates
50x CFR-06 Economy Assault Rifles

As thanks for your services in Chitzeland, which is now on a road to recovery. We are willing to give you a rather large supply of aircraft that was otherwise slated to go to the Chitzis - whom no longer need them, since we found their stocks of modern planes and they choose to buy "more advanced planes" - these planes are FMX-6B ground attack aircraft, and from combat experiance, I have been told they took on fighter opposition 10 to 1 against, with each the planes they went up against being worth more than the entire squadron we sent. We confirmed that we shot down 6 planes, and badly damaged 25 others, and destroyed or damaged a large number of tanks, at the loss of only 2 of our own planes.

These planes (not the exact planes, as those were shot down later that day when ambushed while intercepting an enemy bomber) shall be given to you at scrap value costs, since the Chitzis already paid for them. Suggested street value is around $5 million each.

No one, and we mean no one will learn of this. The women will be shipped, they will be inside a shipping crate, adequately sedated and cared for, you will find no harm done to them.

The ages are between 16-24, we are sure that is what you want.

Enclosed with this package for long-term buyers is a gold plated GPMG with platnium bullets. Thank you.

We have no full Birthing Vector machinery, but we do have the remains of what was once in Leafanistan and all over Cydonia. We have damaged bottles, photographs of complete ones, and some technical research done by SWC scientists obtained from the National Archives in Concord.

We can ship as whole a machine as we can for $650 million, and release the classified technical research for another $20 million.

It is entirely worth it, trust us.

HEY AESON, I'm selling decoy weapons, they just make clicky noises when the trigger is pulled and are made of shiny paint, plastic, and some cheap iron inside to make them heavy. I suggest buying a ton of hte cheapest uniforms I have, dress all the hostages, a la V for Vendetta, and force them to stand at attention in a gymnasium or somewhere large for them to be lined up. It looks like the school is filled with them, but in reality, these are just some poor chumps dressed up like it.

OOC: Stats posted along with price, I was hoping you would have noticed the change. I suggest you build an airfield and defend it. I suggest the 40mm Bofors gun, along with some HAWK missiles. The most advanced aircraft I'll be likely to sell is the Chengdu J-10, possibly made with stolen American equipment!

Damn Chinese Communist Spies. Hurting my people while the party gets ahead! Damn them.

EDIT: OOO OOO OOO! I have a devious idea. Find out the main infantry weapon of Kamasha, then buy decoy weapons for only $15 each, along with some C7 foam and a single live round. Rig each one to blow up, and airdrop it via Hong bombers, or Xian transports as a gift from the 'emperor'. The scattered booby trapped weapons will demoralize them and ensure they are afraid.

I also suggest mild biological warfare. Such as a flu virus, one that doesn't kill, just incapacitates. If anything, in the cold, and hard labor, their immune systems will be weak enough that thousands will be incapacitated and incapable of fighting, and those who are mildly ill will have their performance reduced.

A full spectrum attack, starting at night with well equiped forces, with significant air cavarly support and fast moving vehicles and attacking from multiple fronts along with constant fients and endless artillery will force this battle to end fast.

If you want it based on our imitation CP armour, we can do that easily, it'll be expensive though, and probably up for public sale in order to confuse others.

The light armour, we can use the lighter CP armour base.

As for the heavy suit, we may have to resort to a powered option?

Think of it not as cheating you, but trying to secure a good deal. Nuclear warheads aren't exactly easily obtained, and we have to jump a lot of hoops. How about 250,000,000 million, we can settle for this low because you aren't asking for a launch vehicle.

Options include but are not limited to:
Barometric pressure, ex: on takeoff the bomb is armed, when landing the bomb goes off
Temperature, ex: when it gets hot or cold enough, kaboom!
Tampering, ex: if the internal movement sensor detects a lot of motion, bam!
Damaging outside, ex: a small current is passed through the external metal shell, if it is disrupted significantly, such as a plasma arc welder cutting it open then bam!
Time, ex: self-explantory, set timer, run.

Thank you.

The price of the nuclear weapons are negotiable, we suggest around $500 million US?

As for the spigot launcher, at first we were baffled, but then we realized what you really meant. The M60 spigot launched rifle grenade, is simply a rifle grenade. It comes with a spigot that attaches to the rifle of your specification, and uses a blank round to ignite the propellent charge and fire the grenade from the gun.

All items confirmed and sent. Decoys are listed at the bottom of the catalog.

OOC: The rifle grenade (can we call it that?) has marginally better range, is more affected by the wind and is slightly more powerful. The downside is that it requires the use of a blank round and with fully automatic weapons, that requires hand loading blank rounds. You can save time with a magazine filled with blank rounds but it will still be inconvienent. It is meant for guns that cannot mount the grenade launcher.

Greetings. I just had a chance to survey your most-interesting website, and am afraid I have created quite the shopping cart. Since my nation has found a bit of cash on hand as of late, I need somewhere to spend it, and your fine establishment seems like the most convienient place. To that end, I would like to place an order for eighteen-hundred of your “Budget Soldier” packages (a total of $4,500,000 U.S. dollars), twenty “Attack Rigid Inflatable Boats” (total of $150,000 USD), four Mi-2 Hoplite gunships ($1,000,000), four Mi-2 Hoplite transports ($800,000), five hundred RPG-2s ($225,000), and enough ammunition to get some use out of the above. I didn’t bother to figure out just how much ammo I need, so feel free to charge me what you think is fair. My credit card number is xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-x127.

Being the savvy businessmen that you are, I’m sure you are always looking for new places to filter money and weapons through. Rorque island is a perfect location for this. We’re smack-dab in the middle of the Caribbean and have a large number of unemployed workers willing to smuggle just about anything for a buck. Plus, nearly all the local pirates either work for me or can be cheaply bought off. So please, next time you need to route something (or someone) anywhere in North or South America, consider us. Only, seeing as we lack any commercial airstrips, the cargo should probably come via sea.

Satisfied, Sergei leaned back and tapped his cigar’s embers into a tray. He reached for another, but the box was empty. Thinking quickly, he turned back to the email.

P.S. I hear you can get some pretty specialized items. What about two boxes of Cuban Cigars? Put ‘em on my card. Which reminds me, the total of our little transaction is $6,675,000, not counting ammunition. That’s a tidy sum, and since my order is so large, perhaps it would be better to smuggle it in over a few years?

He almost hit send, but decided to tack one last thing on.

By the way, I didn’t see any manpack G-t-A weapons. Do you know of any reliable suppliers of Stingers and its assorted ammunition?

Also, you should consider adding the V-22 Osprey (http://www.navair.navy.mil/v22/?fuseaction=aircraft.main) and the RST-V Shadow (http://www.army-technology.com/projects/shadow/). Both very cool. :)

$27,500, but you won't find it for less anywhere else. And if you do, we'll beat or match that price, within reasonable limits. Scamming us by working with a storefront owner to purposely lower Stinger prices gets you an insta-ban

The link wasn't dead, just never updated. But thanks for alerting me, that $300 credit is for you!

As for the V-22 Osprey, and RST-V Shadow, they are too expensive for us to either import or to manufacture. The Mi-2 is a good replacement for it. Our customers do not require such dangerously advanced technology at such high prices. I'm sure we can easily build something similar.

I was thinking of marketing a hatchback in the style of the RST-V Shadow.

Perhaps a McKagan built one. ;)
Or if that doesn't pan out a General Resources hatchback.

Uparmour it, put in a police pursuit engine. Paint a camo scheme.

Eclipse Fast Recon Vehicle (McKagan)

A McKagan built hatchback, modified with General Resources car parts. It has a raised clearance, with offroad wheels and included snow chains. It has a new turbocharged engine that runs on Ultra high-octane fuel. 95-100 octane fuel. The same fuel used to fuel the Yak-9UL.

The vehicle is uparmoured with the ability for the car's body to withstand grenades at .5 metre range, it can resist 5.56 NATO and 5.45 R armour piercing rounds.

The navigation system is the standard off the shelf GPS system that can interface with GLONASS, Galileo, and the Congshanglai Ditu Positioning Satellite Systems. It mounts a Luna IR illuminator attached to a 19" LCD screen which interfaces with all the equipment.

The navigator is also the gunner and the vehicle can mount a submachine gun, rifle, light machine gun, anything compact that can fit through the opening in the glass in the front. However, it is highly limited, and only has a 90 degree angle of fire.

However, that isn't the important part. The rear seat behind the driver's seat mounts a 3 metre periscope with a non-reflective mirror. The periscope has a 10x optical zoom, and a 20x digital zoom with a thermal sight and a night amplification sight. This is single-handely the most expensive piece of additional equipment.

The vehicle is designed for urban and suburban fast recon. It can operate in any theatre that is road worthy and deliver fast and accurate information about the battlefield. With the periscope removed and another weapon mount, it can act as a light scout car.

As for the U-235...

Pure U-235

This is the motherload, it is extremely rare fissile material, perfect for a dirty bomb or a nuclear reactor, or even a workable bomb, implosion or gun type. Is not shipped in amounts exceeding 25 kilograms.

$75 US per gram of U-235

One kilogram costs $75,000 US and we don't ship more than 25 kilograms at a time.

OOC: I recommend the UR-XX, http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showpost.php?p=11626567&postcount=484 .

Just send samples of ammunition and we'll use calculus to determine the optimal rifle statistics. And the UR base design is a solid steel and polymer design with ambidexterous controls.

OOC: First off, I doubt it can achieve Mach 5 in level flight but that is a different concern.

Suggest Akash missile: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Akash_missile and its accompaning systems. Think about it, while hte Patriot or the simple HAWK is no doubt effective, the Akash and its predecessor the SA-6 Gainful, can be set up in 15 minutes via a minimum of 2 tracked vehicles.

EDIT: How about I BS an Akash mod?
Leafanistan
21-09-2006, 22:30
In fact, I suggest the S-300 which is the soviet equivalent of the Patriot, but only takes an astonishing 5 minutes (claimed by manufacturer), to set up compared to the Patriot's 30 minutes.

If anything you can buy the newest upgrade package the S-400, which has twice the range of the Patriot, and is the most advanced missile Russia can field without breaking several treaties. China has bought a few sets and is upgrading it with the Patriot RADAR into the HQ-9. The UAE and Greece are expressing interest, along with Iran.

The system, with 1 TEL (4 missiles), a 36D6 (NATO reporting name Tin Shield) surveillance radar, a 30NG (Flap Lid A) fire control system and 5P85-1 launch vehicles. The 5P85-1 vehicle is a semi-trailer truck. A 76NG (Clam Shell) low altitude detection radar is also a part of the unit.

Will be $12 million US each.

I'll try to sell the SA-6 for much less and the RADARs seperately.

OOC: Okay, I'm sure this didn't escape your notice but Tocrowkia and his marxist buddies have declared that massive war on your Griffencrest Corporation. If anything you can do what United Airlines and Delta Airlines did when they thought post-9/11 that their corporations were going to collapse.

United created Ted and Delta created Song. If United were to ever fail, Ted would pick up where United left off, keep the United name and keep running. So just create Generi-corp and when inevitably the Griffencrest Corporation fails or at least takes too much damage, have Generi-corp a kind and caring company to take over Griffencrest's remains and take over.

I'm also offering asylum (The Mafia that is) to the corporate members, you can be within Port Zenith, sipping on wine, living it up with a full Leafanistani Passport as a board member with General Resources Inc.

Blackhelm, I suggest the fake silos, barracks, and control centers. Create fake launch sites everywhere, mount some real AA missiles there and a security detail to help evacuate the sites, and shoot down some planes wasting $20 million US smart bombs on plywood, sheet metal and paint. They'll spend their time hunting ghosts. Also buy the TELs and drive them around so they go Gulf War on them, shooting at fake vehicles wasting more smartbombs and risking the chance they are flying into hidden AA sets.

We would have expected nothing less than 40%, however, before we approve, we wish to see the technical description, and perhaps a demonstration rifle.

ANMC R10A AutoRifle
http://img167.imageshack.us/img167/9964/r10ahh2.png

Background
What it is and where it came from.

Design
The designer of this rifle is almost certainly the infamous Sergei Miklotov, with these blueprints found hidden on his premises following his escape from a prison is southern Agrandov. These plans were followed to every detail, creating an extremely reliable and effective AutoRifle dubbed the R10A by the ANMC. A modular design was used, and this yields huge advantages in the field.

The rifle uses the short-stroke internal mechanism, similar to the R9 family of weapons, to ensure that no firing residue is left within the chamber. This, combined with a relatively low amount of moving parts all coated in long-lasting dry lubricant, create a very reliable rifle that requires little maintenance to function. It is completely un-powered, and although heavy, the gun is very reliable and stable in any position.

The 7.62x51mm custom high-power round is highly effective at long range, delivering well over 3KJ of energy. The weapon is effective against lightly armoured vehicles as well as heavier infantry, with exceptional (but unconfirmed) armour penetration capability. However, the rifle will accept any 7.62x51mm ammunition.

Service
This rifle is currently in full production in Agrandov, although this is insufficient for export. It is in use with various special operations groups within Agrandov and will shortly be equipped as a squad support weapon in the Army.

Fire-tests and combat records show the weapon to live up to its expectations and then some, providing infantry units with a hybrid between Assault Rifle and Battle Rifle.

The Griffencrest Corporation has never done business with us, bu we know for a fact that elements of Red Tide Mafia whom occasionally buy large amounts of AR-550s from us may be reselling it back to Griffencrest Corp.

However, due to the fact that the Red Tide Mafia accounts for over $5 billion US in profits per month because of the volume of weapons they use we cannot cut off relations with them.

On another note, we aren't even sure they are buying guns from us and reselling them in some sort of gun laundering scheme, their service weapons are the same ones as Griffencrest.

We apologize.

Skin, hair, nail, and salivitory DNA samples would prove it was a fake...
Oh, and then semen samples...

Most of it was most liley burned/melted away, but toenails have a tendancy to remain intact. and hair and skin falls off the body constantly.

Fingerprints, though hard to obtain, are feasable as well, for that is one of the ways they IDed Hitler's corpse.

Might also want to consider where your corporation's credibility will go when Griffencrest turns up alive and well...

But then again, this is what we want to hear, so it will only be figured to be fake after some lab tech decides to triple check your findings on some lonely night at the morgue...

And the body is needlessly mangled, that many rounds, burned to a nice crisp, all they got are blood samples. The blood is what they took, why would they double check with other samples. Looks like Griffencrest, smells like a cooked Griffencrest, and bleeds like him. If anything it'll decend into various speculation and become a Kennedy assassination.

And Griffencrest won't turn up, trust me, I made sure of it.

Hall Class Arsenal Ship (Leafanistan)

Cheap and controlled from AWACS or similiarily equipped ships (Most ships above Destroyer have this capability), it mounts a 75 cell VLS launcher that fits most missiles. It either is reloaded from tender ships in calm seas or at port. It also mounts a CIWS system.

It can mount a crew, but it is usually automated. When the VLS launchers are empty, it is usually sent to the front of the fleet to engage smaller ships and take down enemy missiles with its 75mm Autocannon and its Gatling Gun, respectively.

It was built in extremely large numbers and a great number of them are still in Naval Reserve units. Many were sent to be scrapped and ended up with us.

Length: 55m
Powerplant: Sung Mark 9 Naval Turbine
Speed: 32 knots (max at 40 knots)
Crew: 0 or 10
Displacement: 2,420 tonnes
Armament: 20mm Gatling Cannon CIWS system, 75 cell VLS launcher, 2 2x75mm Autocannon

OOC: Typo on my end, the Smerch is an MRLS system, not an anti-aircraft system. The UAZ-469 is the Soviet's Jeep.

The Smerch is the newest in a long line of Soviet MRLS systems, meant for defeating infantry concentrations, soft-skinned materiel such as thin-skinned APCs and trucks, artillery batteries, command posts, and ammunition depots.

The UAZ-469 is known for its legendary reliability and off-road ability. However it isn't so comfortable. We ship with the soft-top and has the capability to mount a Kalashnikov PKM.

However, it'll take us several weeks to ship such a large order, up to 1 month for so many ground vehicles. They are all sitting in port warehouses though, so it should only take 3 weeks. The first ships arrive tomorrow.

The Kraven Corporation
31-10-2006, 18:32
As requested:

The Autocannon

The Autocannon is a 40mm man portable support weapon, it fires High Explosive Air Burst rounds, the weapons recoil however requires it to be at least mounted onto either a bipod or Tripod, however some are mounted on Sardaukar chassis and so neither are required (However it requires the Trooper to lock the leg joints into position to prevent his movement backwards)

it weighs roughly 65kgs, and fires at roughly twenty rounds per minute, the rounds are stored in a fourty round box, all Kraven optical systems are included.

The Assault Cannon

The assault cannon is a Kraven varient of the Minigun, and is the primary weapon of the Sardaukar and vehicle mounted machine guns, its 12.75mmx72mm weaponry is fired at a velocity of 1,500mps and is designed primarily as a shock and awe weapon, accuracy is poor, but not always needed, the sheer terror this weapon produces is enough to cause enemy troop formations to scatter, at which point the Sturmpanzer Capitol Police can quickly sweep in and begin the clean up operation.

Hope this helps, (I'm a little tired so appologies if it doesn't make much sense)
