In Theodoraea, the Minister of Education, John Tzimisces, unveiled a new program. It was a foreign student exchange program, foreign students could come to Theodoraea as foreign students to learn and have their education. Theodoraea's Ministry of Education sent out this notice to the world.

''Greetings to the world and its esteemed nations. We, the nation of Theodoraea have opened up a foreign student exchange program in our nation and we would like it if nations could send students to our nation and participate in our program. All we need is info like age, name, health issues and similar things. If you have any questions, etc., just ask and we will try to answer as best as we can.''

No one interested in my foreign student exchange program?

This sounds nice, we will arrange a few possible candidates for the exchange program.

the Theocracy has started a search for likely candidates who would be acceptable for this program. please may we have a few more criteria, such as what level of education are we talking here??

I am interested in this, but I would like more information.

The grade level for this first program is high school as we will try elementary and junior high later. Also, anyone can join from Royals and nobles to commoners.
