OOC: I hope you dont mind me using a little fluid time here.

IC:Somewhere in the Pacific Ocean...

Three men and a woman, one a national leader, the other three, ministers, aboard a foreign submarine. Supreme Commander Gregori McKenna paced uneasily back and forth in his assigned cabin. He wasnt worried about Red Tides people, or the ministers he left behind, he was concerned on whether his money had reached the proper, foreign, and neutral bank accounts... and how his sports car collection was faring.

The ministers had equal concerns, each one of them were corrupt and had made a huge profit from their positions. It is a good time to point out who each of them were, Serev Nilioai, the big black man with a huge build, was the Red Tidean Minister of Defense. Nicolai Nivitovych, the man in the wheelchair with a hint of insanity, was the head of the Intellegince-Consortium. And Koriasv Tinaviko was the head of Red Tides Govermental reasearch.

So they sat, and waited, and worried.

Brianna Halo was the McKagan Imperial Security Agency's attached person aboard RMV Denny, the submarine who had rescued the Red Tidean governmental officials.

Halo was a 23 year old woman with blonde hair just below her shoulders. Standing at only 5'5" tall she didn't fit the usual image of an up-and-coming intelligence agent.

She wasn't usually assigned to submarines. Being a Junior officer meant that she was one of the unlucky ones sent all around the world to the places older officers didn't want to go. The crew of the submarine had to turn one of the state rooms into a cabin for her on short notice, and she had been virtually cut off from the rest of the (mostly male) crew to prevent "incidents."

Her job was simple - she was to be the first person to talk to their new guests.

After sending a satellite email to her direct superior in Kurora (their destination,) she had left her cabin with a tablet PC and nothing more.

She knocked on the door of the stateroom where all the guests were being held. The security guard who had been posted there was down the hallway or gone to get a coffee, or something.

Gregori looked up at the door and said "Come in."

He said it in Russian however. He quickly corrected himself by politely saying, in English this time, "Come in."

OOC: Sorry for doing this but Red Tide isn't responsive to my telegrams.

A telegram came into MCID headquarters at the capital, it was heavily encrypted and bore the signature of High Father.

We want to know if Red Tide still wants us to use a mercenary fleet to assualt the attacking fleet. They can be called off and will stop operations at their command.

Brianna didn't waste any time. She slowly opened the door and moved in.

"Hi," she started, "I'm with the McKagan Imperial Security Agency. I don't really know where to start. Unfortunately I don't think anyone really knows just who you people are - at least more than supposed high ranking members of the Red Tidean government. Could... we please get that information?" She said with a laugh at the end.

Gregori smiled and said, in English of course, "My name is Supreme Commander Gregori McKenna, the Leader of Red Tide."

The black man spoke, his voice had some menacing aspects of it, but was mostly polite, "I am Serev Niloai. Minister of Defence."

The redheaded women went next, her voice was sort of 'cute' sounding, almost cheerful but not completely, "Koriasv Tinaviko, Minister of Research."

Finally, the bald man in the wheel chair looked at her, smiled a deranged smile and said, "Nicolai Nivitovych, Head of the Intellegince-Consortium."

The final mans voice was dripping with insanity, not the mental asylum type insanity, but more like a determined, ruthless type insanity, the kind Adolph Hitler or Joseph Stalin would have.

"Ah. I'm Brianna Halo, you can all call me Brianna. Basically, I just need to know anything that any of you feel is of great importance. Did any of you bring any documents, disks, or computer-system identification with you? What are your opinions for the chances that Red Tide will survive?"

Gregori, Serev, Koriasv, and Nicolai all shared 'looks'.

"Yes, to your first question," Gregori said, "but we would rather wait to meet with some high level officials of your nation before turning the more... sensetive material over."

Serev stepped forward and handed a briefcase to Brianna.

"This is the designs of all of our CONVENTIONAL weapons." He said, it was a very heavy suitcase.

"As for your second question. Maybe, maybe not, so far the odds are not in our favor, but history is full of twists and surprises."

Brianna gave a slow nod.

"I fully understand about what you want to turn over to me. I simply needed to make a note as to what exactly you had. I didn't tell you this - but I heard an IMAF generally say that the IMAF is VERY interested in possibly procuring information regarding them. Some feel that the McKagan AA system is lacking in the mainland."

Brianna finally took a deep breath and then slowly let it out. "We'll be in port within 4 hours. Once we're there we'll all transport to a 3 storey compound in the Residential Bay district where you can have all the time to schedule your own meetings that you want."

We have recieved Red Tide's money and its orders. They are being executed. If they ever need a second home, know that High Father's arms are always open.

Included was a list of safehouses that Leafanistan had opened for Red Tide.

"We need to talk to at the very least the head of your intellegince department as soon as possible. We carry the only remains of information that have been designated as Class-Zulu-Alpha." Gregori said.

The Red Tidean intellegince classification designations were public knowledge. The Red Tidean went from Class-Alpha to Class-Zulu-Alpha. Class-Alpha was public knowledge, Class-Zulu was 'black' knowledge, Class-Zulu-Alpha information, in the meantime, was information that had never, ever been heard of by the world outside of Red Tide. Those who had claimed to have access of any Class-Zulu-Alpha Intellegince that was not a head minister or the Supreme Commander of Red Tide was always proven to be bogus.

"And you will have that chance," Brianna said.

Several hours later RMV Denny had docked beside a pier in the straight that went towards the Kurora Port area. This was an area almost never used. The vast expanse was called a flood-prevention unit - and it was - the McKagan secret agencies just used it for various tasks as well.

After arriving at the drop-off point the four Red Tidean officials were offloaded into a black limo. To be a limo it was actually fairly short - but all the more survivable.

After cruising around the northeastern side of Kurora the limo arrived at the safe house. A two storey (not including basement) house on the shoreline had been prepared for them. With a long stretch of beach below the house - it would appear highly unsecure. However - a "hidden" IMA fortress a few KM's away would provide highly effective personnel should anything go down - and they'd know the moment it did. The MCID had bugged every square inch of the house both inside and out.

Soon after arriving at the house the Red Tideans got their first visit. A dark blue sedan pulled up front an a tall man in the typical "operative" outfit got out, walked to the door, and opened it.

He announced himself.

"I'm an operative with the McKagan Central Intelligence Division. I'm cleared to speak and act for the Director. What do we need to talk about?"

"Ah... good, let me first say that because this is classified as the highest top secret material in the Red Tide Goverment, I pray that you will do the same." Gregori said, then he motioned to Koriasv. "This is Koriasv Tinaviko. She was a biologist and was instrumental in developing a way to both keep our soldiers loyal and well trained at an easily affordable price. If you will, Koriasv."

The redheaded ex-biologist stepped forward, she carried a rather small suitcase with a coded lock on it. She laid it on the table, put in the code, and opened it. She removed a electronic-looking collar, a some sort of electronic canister, and a vial of some-sort of yellowish-red gas. She put the three down infront of the Operative.

The electronic-looking collar was instantly familiar to anybody who had any familiarity with the Red Tidean Military, it was the exact same collar that all Red Tidean Regular Soldiers and Intellegince-Consortium Agents wore.

She pointed at the collar, "This is what we have labelled as the Hallucigenic Control Collar. It contains a vial of this gas which we have labelled as HCG-01A, or Hallucigenic Control Gas Model-01 Alpha."

She picked up the collar, and turned it around, a hollow, vial shaped area where the vial went was shown.

"Using specialised automated tools, a small hole is cut in the side of the subjects neck all the way to the spinal cord. Then the collar is clamped on."

She closed the forward clamps on the collar to illistrate, out of the side of the collar came leaped out a tiny tube.

"The HCG-01 comes out through this tube directly into the spinal cord and is carried to the brain. Depending on the version of HCG-01 being used, the subject experiences a memory change that continues as long as the collar is able to function." She went on, "They gain skills that they would have otherwise not have possessed. It also completely rewrites their memory, in all versions, this memory rewrite makes the subject absolutely loyal to the Supreme Commander."

"There are downsides, if the collar is damage, a number of things may happen, none of them good. The subject may go insane, be killed, or revert back to their pre-hallucogenic memories. It also does not affect their physical stature. If a person is fat, for example, when this is clamped on, he/she will remain fat and have all the weaknesses associated with fatness." She finished

"This is a very interesting device," the Operative started. "The McKagan military doesn't have loyality issues. However, do you think it would be possible for our intelligence forces to produce a smaller, wrist-worn version? It wouldn't need to last as long - only long enough to aid in small time-scale operations. It's something to think about, at least."

The Operative decided to take the lead. "What can you tell me, or give me, in regards to Red Tidean anti-air systems? The McKagan system is highly advanced and covers our entier mainland. We just have trouble projecting that power into the warzones we go to overseas. The Kriegzimmer designed products work really well - but are so highly available that any number of solutions to them. Many in the MIDD have suggested creating a Red Tidean/McKagan hybrid system."

"For your first question, this," She picked up the injector like device, "Is used on our G-Men and Special Forces. It is surgically planted into the brain and injects the HCG directly into the brain. It is, however, more costly then the collars."

"As for your second question..." Koriasv turned to Serev.

"We actually dont design our own weapons." He said, "All of our weapons were designed by the Tech-Com Corporation. The engineers have joined the revolts that are still occuring from our latest info."

OOC: Hate to interrupt again but McKagan can consider Leafanistan who has obtained large amounts of Red Tidean defenses and offensive weapons. With the country falling apart you can probably steal a few.

[OOC: Now that's a great idea for a future RP. A few batteries of AA defenses simply disappearing would be hilarious. :)]

"Ah. I see. McKagan isn't really a vast user of mind control - which may work to our advantage one day."

"That's really too bad. Our project is making headway on its own. We'll have to aquire our technology through other means."
