You are not the only one to receive this message, but I have not delivered it to nations that would not be sympathetic to my request or do not have the industry necessary. UN nations and those who would fight me over this have also been excluded from my "mailing list." As the leader of a terrorist nation I need nuclear arms. I understand that terrorism is frowned upon by the UN so I will keep this as discreet as possible. I will pay extremely well for any nation willing to be my private manufacturer of nuclear, chemical, and biological weapons. Nations must have the industry required to be able to produce these weapons for me. I will give you my specs and will buy them from you as you produce them. Reply to this address if you are interested. It is a P.O. box that will be checked, it is not in any way an address of one of my executive buildings. Thank you.

The note is imprinted with an address to a P.O. box and is signed with a flourish of black ink written in a quill pen. The signature says the bold name of "Trager."

That's what they call Godmodding. See, you can't just say that you have spies in our countries. You have ro RP (RolePlay) that out, and let all participants to say what their representatives, security forces/soldiers/whatever do. You obviously have no clue on how the RolePlaying in NS works, so I recommend you read the stickies to get the basic idea. You're going to get ignored if you keep posting this sort of shit.

My shadow runners are not godmoded, all things related to shadowrunners in RPs are agreed apon befor they apear (it says so in the thread). There also just Black Op Mercs who are highly trained.
